Safe.

The staff was not helpful. Made us wait awhile to check in due to changing shifts...after we drove 4 hours, did not provide any guidance to describe where room was, or 0atking for that matter even after we asked, didn't provide basic info re wifi. The room was run down looking with dim lights, a hole in the shower curtain and a dirty looking kuerig coffee maker. We are not from the area and had we known how bad the room and service would be we would gladly have spent more.

front desk guy is like a robot. awful breakfast

I ended up not staying at this property. When I received my key, I made my way through the parking lot full of people working on their cars, (actually up on blocks with no tires!) people sleeping in their cars and the BEST part was the blood splattered all over the ground in front of the door next to where my room was. NO WAY! This place was not safe!

The staff was friendly and let me park early so I didn't have to find public parking while at my conference.

The shower could have been cleaner. The walls are a darker color, but you could definitely see where it wasn't scrubbed well in the corners. Also the ceiling above the shower head had paint peeling.

Enjoyed the large soft bed and warm blankets. The breakfast was good too! The free parking was great.

The rooms are dated and the small amenities could be better. TV is old style flat screen.

Parking...not enough space especially for trucks

The gentleman that helped us at the front desk was great. Made us feel comfortable and made checkin and check out very easy.

I went for a convention and loved that it was right by the convention center and it was close to a lot of great food!

there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom and noticeable water damage. other than that it was fine.
