Great house with plenty of room and three full baths was a plus! Enjoyed the screen porch and the golf cart made going to the beach a breeze.

The location and Sandestin grounds are beautiful, the golf cart was a great mode of transportation to the beach and shopping. The condo was great with plenty of space for the family and little kids to run around. Great weekend getaway!

Great location and family resort! Golf cart was very useful! Near the beach and across from the pool.

Took my grand children and my 85 year old mother in law to the beach for the first time. The house was better then I could have imagined. Clean, welcoming, quite relaxing. Weather turned off colder then I’d like but the heated pool made up for it. I would recommend to everyone. I will be a repeat customer.

Place was awesome every body was so nice lots of room to move around only thing that didn't work was the jets in the tub but not a deal breaker we are planning on staying there again soon

This property was extremely spacious and perfect for our family. I would suggest the cleaning crew pay close attention to detail. The drawer under the stove had coated grease built up where we found a lizard. I would also suggest taking up the carpet in the bedrooms. The golf cart that came with the unit was covered in sand. Otherwise, it was great and Beach Blue properties was most accommodating .

This property is in a good location and the resort is nice. You could walk across the street to the pool, or take a golf cart to the beach. The house was clean and had most everything we needed. We are a family of 7 and would stay again on the property. The golf cart was broken, but there was good communication regarding and they did find us a replacement. The only suggestion I have would be to provide some basic spices for cooking (salt/pepper/etc).

Tivoli Drive is a favorite of ours in the Sandestin community. This is the first time we have stayed in this unit and it was just like the listing! Very spacious, clean, beautiful place. Having a golf cart is a must seeing you can ride it to shopping, restaurants, bars, Publix, and of course the beach! Miramar Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to, so if you are questioning… just go! I do wish the unit provided beach chairs, but it didn’t and I knew that before hand so it wasn’t a huge deal to bring our own. Also, I love that this is all on one level unlike others we have stayed in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great location close to restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets, beach and activities, Bay Towne and just a great home for the family. Ohh did I mention the golf carts provided for getting around the resort! Overall excellent experience, thank you!!!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids under age 3. The spacious rooms and hallways made the home very comfortable! The golf cart made beach trips and quick coffee runs easy. Close access for groceries, shopping and dining too. Will definitely keep this place in mind for a future stay!

Enjoyed our location around Christmas time here. Great location with access to a semi-private beach. The property was as seen in the photos. Some cons -- Did not like the kids' bunk bed location ( in a closet) - had to move beds for a party of 6 adults and 5 kids. Also, found some roaches . The internet was very patchy. More bath tissues would be recommended. Being Christmas time, service was delayed, but prompt on other days. The fridge had an issue on the last day ( hopefully would be rectified for the next guests). Overall liked the property!

Condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The golf cart was perfect for going to the beach, tennis courts, Grand Blvd, and Baytowne.

Very nice place! Golf cart was nice to have! Wish there was a few more pans to cook with but otherwise no complaints!

My family of 5 had so much room to spread out! We worried that our 6 year old would not like the bunk "closet" but she loved it! We enjoyed the screened in porch a great deal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Loved being able to walk to the pool. The golf cart was so great and we wouldn't have wanted to stay without it. It made getting to the beach much easier! We had a great week!

Everything was beautiful and the process was smooth and went according to plan. We love Sandestin and plan to book here in the future.

The condo was great but Sandestin is a little tired and dirty. Lots of trash in the common area flower beds.
