We had an amazing time at Trisha's property. Well maintained and clean property. Lots of space to hang out. Wish we had some chairs in the downstairs outdoor area but other than that, everything was great! Definitely one of our favorite properties we've stayed at in Lake Tahoe.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The home had some repair issues but the view of the lake channel made up for the warped flooring and the other minor problems.

Pat's house is in a great neighborhood, with a very nice hot tub, and she is very helpful. 10/10 would recommend

The property was perfect for our 4 couples and one small dog. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful water view backyard.

The house is located in a beautiful community with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The house is a lovely two-story home. There were lots of activities, a pool table, a poker set which the guys enjoyed, foosball and a hot tub. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset each evening. The property is conveniently located next to everything you would need. The house was clean and well organized. The kitchen was a good size and funt to cook in. Overall our stay was fabulous with no complaints. We would love to come and revisit this location in the Summer!!

WELL STOCKED! Good location. Updated bathrooms. Good response from owner when asking about info about the area. Plenty of room for my party of nine. Pool table was fun. Nice view.

Overall we are very happy with our stay. It was snowing so absolutely beautiful. It has 2 natural fireplaces downstairs so we had to go buy some wood. My favorite part is how there are plenty of bathrooms. Every room pretty much has its own bathroom. Minus the updates master has to share with the loft. When you have such a big house with a large group not having to share a bathroom is so nice. I only have one little complaint is the dishes were dirty that were put away. I’m thinking the people who stayed before us forgot to run the dishwasher so dirty dishes got put away. Other than that we are all very happy. It has a early check out time of 10am when most places are 11am when we stayed their in the past. But seem flexible if you want to extend that time.

We had a wonderful stay and Patricia was very accommodating and patient as we ran into a few hiccups with the weather that affected our travel plans. Beautiful home, in a beautiful setting!

We chose this place for a family reunion and were really excited. The house itself can't be in a better place in Tahoe and everyone, including the kids, had huge smiles the whole time. The multi-level layout was super cool and my and my two adult cousins took the loft. The kitchen was newly remodeled and the yards were well-maintained. The dock was amazing and we put it to good use with swimming and a boat rental. The owners review of me (which I uave not read yet) may be mostly accurate. Various family members from the area decided to show up and I could not really turn them away. We ended up maxxing out the sleeping arrangements and some of my relatives haven't grown up as much as I had hoped. The kids broke a few things and we left the house in a state I was not proud of. After we left, my cousin saw dots all over her body and went to the doctor and it was verified she had bed bugs. She wasn't positive it was from the house but then her daughter, my sister, and her daughter all later developed them. They were there for five total nights. I sent a cautionary message to the manager about it but received no response. I sent a later one more strongly worded and I received a terse response that denied any responsibility. I guess the jury is out, but those two have no doubt about where they got them. All in all, we had a great vacation and we'll remember it that way but it did have an unhappy aftermath.

We enjoyed our stay. The decorations around the house were a bit old school, but quirky and fun. Be aware the 5th bedroom is the sleeping loft with several smaller beds that is open to the living area. You climb up a ladder to get to it, but serves it's purpose of accommodating a large group. Hot tub was great. Management company was helpful and responsive. Tahoe Keys was a great place to stay that is far enough away from the bustle of the rest of South Lake, but an quick, easy drive to get access to the restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores of South Lake. Be aware they have strict noise ordinances and parking rules with patrols in the neighborhood. You'll get plenty of notice about it prior to your stay and during check in, but Tahoe Keys won't be the best place for a rowdy group trying to party into the night. Great stay overall.

The place was amazing and was at the perfect location for nice weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and was spacious enough for 14 of us.

The house was absolutely perfect! Great location near everything that we wanted to do. We skied at Heavenly and the house is only minutes from the resort. Also easy to pop over to Heavenly Village for dinner and fun. It's also in a great location for a wonderful walk to view the beautiful sights of the lake. Our group had all of the accommodations we hoped for in the home, and couldn't stop talking how wonderful this place would also be during the summer months. The upstairs game room area was beyond great! The kids were in heaven. We are definitely going to look into coming back here during that time. It would be great for paddle boarding (which we are huge fans of) right out of the backyard!

The house is on a beautiful canal and, though near the active South Shore scene, is quiet and dark enough at night to enjoy the stars.

The house was beautiful. Lots of space and everything that was promised! Gorgeous view. Definitely would love to rent this house again during the summer so we can use the dock.

Property seemed to be outdated couldn't use dining Room table due to the chairs being broken or legs loose refrigerator wasn't working properly . Make sure to take Before & After pictures the housekeeping accused us of having a dog when we didn't And the owner goes by what they says. And they also said that we took the paddle boat out from the garage when we arrived the paddle boat was already staged at the Lake.

We rented this house to celebrate my father's 75th birthday. It seemed ideal for our multi-generational group based on its description, and indeed it was. The house is very well situated and set up so that we could all fit easily as a large group, but it still felt cozy and comfortable. The deck really couldn't have been better designed, with the private dock and landscaping and sun exposure just when you want it. We had a few unfortunate issues during our stay, and I could not have been more pleased with the owner's responsiveness. We will definitely mark this rental among one of our family favorites!

Great home, picture accurate, lots of space with good wifi connection, really appreciate having extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags available. Coffee makers aren't working, just fyi. But would happily rent here again in the summer. Thank you!

Great place to stay! The house was in a perfect location....close to everything. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The game room was perfect for all ages. We would probably stay here again in the summertime! Thank you Pat!

My dad's 90th birthday surprise. We had a family reunion/surprise birthday gathering. There was 10 of us. The house was spotless when we arrived. The house was also well accompanied. Games, tv's everywhere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook with. The back deck was a the perfect place to sit and reflect on the entire family. Wow, I can't say enough about this great place. We even met the neighbor and his 3 little dogs. He joined us for a drink one late afternoon.

Great location next to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Our family ranged from age 14 to 84. The young ones played in the snow and billiards until the wee hours of the night, while the older set simply enjoyed relaxing (hot tub!) and watching the snow fall. As southern cal people we loved seeing all the snow and watching the lake freeze. Since it was Thanksgiving, it was so convenient to be close to shopping. We also hit the casinos and shopping mall only 10 minutes drive down the road. The house had every amenity we needed and was immaculate when when arrived. Would love to visit again in the summer to enjoy the warm weather activities. Thank you Pat!

Gorgeous setting in the Tahoe Keys,, nicely landscaped, open spacious LR and. DR with large patio table just outside, made cooking and dining in at this lovely home an inviting option for extended family visiting Tahoe for a famity wedding. Rented the two paddle boards, which were a big hit. Rode the complimentary bikes one morning to explore the keys. Woke up each morning to sunrise over the mountains in the distance, behind the houses across the key. Not lakefront, but LOVELY waterfront setting on the Tahoe Keys. Would return! Fireplaces would be great in cooler weather.

The property's location is perfect and the inside is very comfy. Really like the privacy of the bedrooms. Great for multiple families.

Was a first time renting a place like this and this one was awesome! My friends and family really loved the place. The view of the water was great even the kids loved it. It was really cozy and was big enough for everyone. Would really recommend this place to friends and family. Would love to rent this place again in the future. Thank you!

We had a mini family reunion here-- 8 adults and assorted grandkids. The location in the Keys was perfect for paddleboarding and other water sports, and home itself accommodated walker-dependent Great-Grandma perfectly-- it can be difficult to find bdrm, living and outdoor space all on the same level. The configuration of bedrooms / baths worked well for our four family "units," with plenty of privacy. We appreciated the comfy beds--a must for us over-50'ers! Kids loved the game area. There were no problems with the property-- clean with adequate supplies (TP). Patricia responded promptly to inquiries and made the process quite seamless. We've stayed in many VRBO's; this was definitely one of the more positive experiences. We'd love to return for more family fun!!!
