Great view of Pelican lake. Furnished well, comfortable beds, and modern appliances.

It was a great place, the swimming area was not exactly what we though but with boat we didn’t need.we love this area so much to do. Wish they would have let us have access to a vaccum.

This rental met all of our expectations. The beach was perfect for the little kids, and there was enough space for our 2 families.

We loved the home - we had great weather, beautiful view, nice beach area, nice dock, great location.

Not a 3 bedroom. This is a 2 bedroom with a couple of other sleeping areas. One is in a loft area with little privacy and the other is on the main floor that has curtains for even less privacy. We had to buy toilet paper and firewood as there wasn't really any of either. Coffee pot is for individual use not for three adults that like coffee. My kids had a blast in the sand and water so I'll give it that. The advertisement is deceiving so don't be fooled about what you are getting.

Beautiful townhouse incl. outdoor table on deck. Nice beach, swimming, & dock. Firepit on grass & next to weeds was a bit buggy, and we didn't catch any fish (reeled steadily over the weeds off end of dock for bass but not even a bite) - otherwise things were great!

The home was perfect four our family my three little boys loved the clean beach! We enjoyed the quite street and the clean home! We will be back! This was our second time staying in the home!

This townhome was beautiful!! We had 6 of us there throughout the week but could have had 8 stay. Three bathrooms so everyone had their privacy. Having coffee on the dock over looking the lake and loons was one of my highlights! The place was clean, well decorated and comfortable like home. The host, Debbie was wonderful to work with and was so accommodating to our requests. Thanks so much! If I can I return next year I wil definitely will try!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well stocked. We had rainy weather so we were not able to enjoy the beach/outdoor area as much as we would have liked. I would recommend this property. The owners are very accommodating.

We come up every year for a week and this is the first year we had a seaweed free beach! Which was in large part due to it being well maintained and having a seaweed roller. The water was so clear which was perfect for our young children! The house was very clean and we'll maintained. We had plenty of room! We loved that is was in walking distance to a park and Breezy Point Resort! We will definitely be returning next year!

We joined family up here for a few days to relax and catch up with relatives we don't see enough. We are a pretty active bunch, never really sitting down for long. From guided fishing, unguided fishing, swimming, jet skiing - if you like being on the water it was pretty hard to beat! We also had a 3mo old with us and while he didn't expressly say "hey I love this place!" I'm pretty sure its only because he hasn't figured out how to speak yet. We'd stay here again fo' sho!

We spent the July 4 week here for the second year in a row and had a great time again! We had 7 adults (5 in the 20-30 range) staying here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The place is clean and well taken care of. The dock is really handy - being able to get up in the morning to go fishing or boating without having to put the boat in somewhere. The location is great - close to Breezy Point for restaurants and drinks, close to a lot of nice golf courses, and right on the lake! We will look at coming back again!

My family and I stayed at this Breezy Point townhome during Memorial Day weekend. The townhome was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished and offered a restful stay for everyone (including my mother-in-law who slept in the downstairs bedroom). The dock is large and provided a great spot to fish for the evening meal. A grill is also available for use. We enjoyed playing a couple of rounds of golf at the traditional course at Breezy Point, and we rented a fishing boat from the Breezy Point Resort marina for a very reasonable fee. Rafferty's Pizza in Nisswa was a hit. We plan to return this summer for a family wedding and will try our luck at Deacon's Lodge Golf Course this time around.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this Breezy Point townhouse. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our group of 7. The views are spectacular. After our morning walk around the beautiful area, the adults relaxed out on the patio and sipped coffee, enjoying the lake scene. The teenagers in the group had plenty to do and enjoyed renting jet skis from the marina at the resort and renting bikes to ride on the Paul Bunyan Trail. We were also able to rent a pontoon from the marina and take a tour of Pelican Lake; I had my first chance to see a loon at close range. Another high point of the trip was a very successful fishing expedition, and we had a wonderful fish fry that evening. The girls in the group enjoyed a couple of shopping trips to Nisswa while the guys played golf at a couple of different locations. We all played Bocce ball on the lawn in the evenings before firing up the fire pit for s'mores, and two of the kids even slept out in their hammocks a couple of nights. The dock is quite large which provided another gathering area to enjoy the views. The Breezy Point area is a great place for a family vacation, and the townhouse is well-suited for cooking meals and gathering for family time. We plan to return this summer.

Our family of 8 spent 5 days at the Breezy Point Townhouse, it was a wonderful relaxing vacation . The Townhouse very nice, decorated very nicely, and it was very clean. We loved the view of the lake from the house and the nice big deck. I want to thank the owner for letting us stay at your house and would love to rent it next year again.

We went up to the Breezy Point townhouse for 3 nights in July. We had a wonderful time. The townhouse was really nice. There was lots of room, and sleeping areas for 8 people, plus a pull-out couch if needed. It was a beautiful home, with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to do our own cooking, so we made our meals there. The dock was really big, and great for laying out on,but we could not swim right off the dock because it was too weedy. So, we went down to the resort to swim. The beach at Breey Point was really nice, so we enjoyed swimming/floating there. We also brought our bikes and enjoyed biking around the Breezy Point area each day. All in all, we had a great, relaxing vacation and would love to come back sometime.

We stayed at this Breezy Point townhouse for a family reunion. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and found the townhouse to be comfortable and accommodating for our group of 8. The kitchen set-up worked well for our pancake breakfast and our large family dinners. The views of the lake are absolutely stunning, and the adults spent many restful moments just relaxing on the beach or sitting on the dock. The kids enjoyed playing soccer and smash ball on the lawn after they had spent the day tubing, boating, and fishing on the lake. Even the youngest of our visitors had success catching sunfish from the dock. We were able to host a ping pong tournament at the resort recreation center and to catch a few rounds of golf at the Breezy Point traditional course. One of our favorite past times was to drive in to Nisswa for shopping, then to eat pizza at Rafferty's followed by ice cream at the Chocolate Ox. And, who could forget the pig races at the Brainerd County Fair? Fortunately, we were able to squeeze in putt-putt at Pirate's Cove, but we will have to save the excursion to the strawberry patch for next year. This townhouse was everything and more than we had expected, and the activities available in Breezy Point, Pequot Lakes, and Nisswa are too numerous to mention. We definitely plan to return next summer- we still have to catch the Elvis show!
