We all had a wonderful stay, only problem is that it is never long enough. We all slept well with comfortable beds. Our host responded to our questions in a very timely manner, and even suggested some great beaches that our grand kids enjoyed.

Our family had a great week with more activities than we had time for. Loved the layout of the house, the numerous amenities, the dock in the bay etc. We fished, kayaked, tubed, made use all of the garage activities, played numerous board games on the screen porch, and cooked great meals in the gourmet kitchen. We commented on all the perks that we have not had at other rentals like the hooks in all the rooms and the numerous place settings and towels. Enjoyed Wildwedge mini golf and maze. We have hundreds of photos to sort through to digitize for long term memories!

Our family of 12 has been going to the Breezy point area for 1 week every summer for the last 8 years and this was, hands down, our absolute favorite! The cabin was exceptionally clean, incredibly spacious, yet cozy, and absolutely beautiful, inside and out! The lake view is stunning! Everyone (ages 3-78) enjoyed spending time on the dock fishing and seeing lots of wildlife! The beds were very comfortable and there were enough that none of the kids had to share, which they loved! The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need, including a huge pantry to hold all of your goodies for the week! The garage turned game room was a HUGE hit! We all spent hours out there in the mornings and evenings for some ping pong fun! None of us wanted the week to end!
Josh was an amazing host that was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. He also provided the most detailed information about the cabin and surrounding area than any other VRBO we've stayed at. It made everything super easy and painless. Thank you Josh! We've decided that we won't stay anywhere else for our yearly "up north" family trip!

Our six kids & spouses and 4 grandsons all under 2 1/2 had a great time. It was an awesome set up for us. Loved all the different areas of the house. Screened in porch was a great place to eat. Huge updated kitchen with everything you could think of to use. So many bedrooms & it couldn’t have felt any cleaner or comfortable for us. Would love to stay here again.

Stayed here with my entire extended family. 16 total people. 10 adults 6 kids and there was plenty of space for all. The bedrooms are well designed for privacy and accommodate families with 2 of the bedroom having bunk beds. Having 3 bathrooms was also great. There was plenty of space for all our food and beverages that we could split between the 3 refrigerators. Plenty of seating for meals between the kitchen table and the screened in porch. We loved being on pelican lake and although there wasn’t a good area for swimming at the lake home we took our boats to a sandbar area and were able to swim there. We made good use of the kayaks and yard games / garage game room. Only issue we had was the variance in temperature between the upstairs and the downstairs. Being it was 90°+ the entire weekend it’s just what happens. We did close all the vents downstairs and that helped. Never ran into any issues that we needed to reach out the the host. A++ rating! Would stay here again.

This property was a lovely spot for our family vacation with 8 adults and 2 children (4 & 7 years old). The home was beautiful and more than accommodating for our group. Having the ping pong table, foosball, and pool table in the garage was an added bonus as far as entertainment goes. There was plenty of outdoor seating, both on the patio and deck. We also enjoyed the benches around the fire pit. We would have liked to have had some sandy beach area on the property, but it was quick and easy to pack up some beach items and go to the public beach nearby. The kids were able to fish off of the dock, and we were able to get our pontoon rental in and out of our docking space. We highly recommend this property and would visit again!

We had a large group from St. Louis MO travel up for the week. As the family has grown over the years it’s been harder to stay under one roof like we used to. This house was perfect for our family size. It was a great house and location for me entire family to stay for the week. Host was excellent in communicating back and forth with any problems we had. It was wonderful having everyone under one roof again and loved being able to play cards at night on the screen porch without fear of waking the kids. Hope to be able to rent here in the future.

The Lake House was perfect for getting all of our kids and grandkids together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the screen porch where all 15 of us could eat together was an unexpected bonus. It was a perfect setting for a wonderful week of making lifelong memories.

We loved our stay at this property. The amenities were clean, very comfortable and accommodating. Great space for a group or multiple families with children (lots of options for sleeping arrangements). Hosts went the extra mile with stocked books, binoculars, kayaks, games, etc. We went out on the kayaks every day and saw loons, turtles, and even otters playing on the dock. We loved the separate game room in the garage, it was perfect for the adults to hang out and play after the kids were in bed. Hopefully we will be returning!!

Could not have asked for a better destination for a friend’s trip up north. The cabin was excellent, lots of space, great amenities, and a fantastic location close to town while still feeling secluded. Josh was excellent during the entire check in process and was very responsive through out the whole booking/stay.

Hands down one of the best VRBO's I have ever rented. Very clean, great spaces, beautiful location, great host. This homeowner thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bedrooms are set up well with lots of hooks and spaces for clothing and suitcases. There are also hooks by the front door to stay organized when coming in from the snow. The garage converted to game room was great for gathering and some fun competition. Josh was always gracious and quick to respond. There is plenty to do, winter or summer. Truly a gem of a property!

We came here in the summer and it was spectacular! We loved the game room. We weren't sure if the game room would be up and running in the winter- but it was! We turned on the heat for a little bit and it was warm enough to play pool, ping pong, and foosball. This is our new favorite spot!

This is the perfect home for a group of friends or family. There was plenty of space to spread out or come together and this home has everything you need to enjoy your time together as a group. We especially enjoyed the views of the ice shacks and nearby cross-country skiing on the golf course. All agreed we wanted to come back in the summer for more time on the on the water!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 6 women and little kiddos ranging from 8 months to 11 years. The accommodations fit us perfectly. There was enough space for all of us to be comfortable. The heated garage with games was a hit. It was too cold to use the screened in porch but that would be so nice to use in the warmer months.

This was the PERFECT place for a fall weekend getaway for the 10 of us during our Girl's Golf Getaway! The house is beautifully decorated and with 6 bedrooms so we could easily spread out. The kitchen has everything you need - the 3 refrigerators gave us plenty of room for all of our provisions - and the bonus large space with the pool, foosball and ping pong tables provided hours of fun after our fire by the lake.
This house is on the top of my list of VRBO house rentals. A great value for the price! Our host, Josh, answered my questions promptly and was a big help throughout my rental process.

Some friends get together annually for the past 25 years to catch up and take a break. This was a very nice spot to do so. There was plenty of room for everyone to have some space, but also gather to catch up around the fire or play cards. The house had everything we needed which was really great for planning. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We really loved the bark deer in the den! There is much to do in the area. It rained some so we didn't golf but went into Nisswa for thier fall festival. I didn't mention we didn't locate the kayaks, perhaps they were put away for the season already. We had a great and relaxing time, and hope to come back again. Thank you!

Three families loved spending 4th of July on Pelican Lake. Plenty of space for 13 under one roof and to keep everyone busy. Spent most of our time on the lake fishing, swimming, and boating. Close to Breezy Point resort also spent time in Pequot Lakes. Would rent this again!
