It was great and relaxing - nice location.

The unit was large with well appointed amenities. From the large balcony with a fantastic view to the spacious bedrooms! The owner really put out the welcome mat with fresh flowers, fruit and chocolate waiting for us when we arrived. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the condo, the views are beautiful! It was very spacious for 6 adults and they have everything you need for your stay!

This is probably the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It is our second time here and just perfect for us. Beach outside your window, plenty of restaurants, shopping, and Ubers! Gary is a fantastic host and answers questions quickly..will definitely stay again. I can honestly say the biggest complaint among VRBO users there are the huge extras being charged to customers by VRBO. I believe this is definitely going to eventually impact your business.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was beautiful, perfectly spaced for different family members to have privacy. Everything we needed was there. Awesome location. Perfect check in process. Our only complaint was the outside. We were told only the pool would not be available due to being under construction but the water park nearby was open. The park was not open. Only the go carts etc were. This was a big disappointment to our 10 yr old grandson. Also, actually the whole front of the building was damaged in a storm ( that was not their fault obviously but we weren't told that) but that meant we could not access the beach from the front of condo but had to walk out to the street, around a fence and down a driveway to get to beach. We also looked forward to a bque on the beach, but the grills also were wiped out. You could not sit out front as it was all being redone. You could not go out the "front doors" at all, they were all locked. This was a huge disappointment. The outdoor space was part of why we chose this spot and location. Again, the condo and everything else was 5+.

So welcoming - fresh flowers, bowl of fresh fruit, and chocolate was appreciated but so was having the staples needed before we could get to Publix - and they deliver. A several yummy places to eat within walking distance and many just an Uber/Lyft away. The view is spectacular and no place has a better walking beach. Another great trip!

We recently stayed in this lovely Florida VRBO and were absolutely delighted by the experience. As a family of six adults and three young children, we found the apartment to be exceptionally comfortable and spacious. The host was incredibly attentive and kind, ensuring our stay was perfect. The location of the apartment is superb, offering convenient access to local attractions. We were particularly impressed by the range of amenities provided, which added a lot of value to our stay. We did experience a hiccup with the AC, but the host was quick to respond and efficiently resolved the issue, demonstrating their commitment to our comfort. However, it's worth noting that the WiFi was quite slow and the phone internet connection was almost non-existent. This was the only downside in an otherwise perfect stay. Overall, we give this VRBO a well-deserved five stars for its fantastic accommodation, excellent location, and the extraordinary attentiveness of the host. Highly recommend for families or large groups looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Florida!

When my wife says this is the best of the best. I think it says a ton about the condo and the location. You have to rent it to understand what a true VRBO is supposed to be like. We’ll be back. Thanks for providing my family with great memories.

My wife and I along with our cousins had a wonderful time in the condo with the million dollar view. We turned the AC to 77 degrees and spent a lot of time on the balconies. We watched the sun rise every morning, had some good food and enjoyed the sites. Our experience was wonderful.

The owners were so thoughtful and the condo was so cozy. Sometimes you go on vacation and miss so many of the little things you have at home like Keurig, footstools, games, fans, books, smart TVs but this place had it ALL. They even had fruit, chocolates and some water battles in the fridge. Will rent this unit again.

Do not pass this incredible place up! It is by far the most incredible place we’ve stayed in that covers all categories. Everything was thought of to make this stay perfect. Top of the line loaded kitchen and any little thing you might need. I always pack so many extra items, but nothing was needed with the exception of our ziplock bags and aluminum foil! Incredible fresh fruit, flowers and a welcome box of chocolates. Amazing view all day, comfortable beds and furniture, games galore. You don’t even need to bring any beach chairs, umbrella or kids games. There was even a cart to take supplies to the beach. It was a bit wonky, but worked well with a little help. The only suggestion for guests would be to buy a bag of ice as theses new refrigerators don’t make much ice. This end of Daytona is perfect…absolutely loved the North Turn restaurant which is a little south. My husbands family came over from England and they stayed in the heart of DB and it was a tad too much/busy/cheesy for us…we stayed at our place mostly for the view. Again…do not pass this gem up!

This was a family vacation to include my 88 year old mother. The condo was perfect, very welcoming with fresh fruit, water, and seashell chocolates on the dining room table when we arrived. My mother was easily able to walk the short steps to the beach, and if she didn’t want to come, she could sit on the balcony-which was a great place to view the ocean, hear the waves, and smell the salty air. This was the place of choice to eat breakfast, watch the sunrise, see dolphins jumping in the ocean. The grocery store is less than two miles away, which made cooking a breeze. The condo was clean, with plenty of towels and fresh linens. Two bikes were available for our use. This was the nicest beach condo we have ever rented, and I hope to get back. Thank you Gary for this wonderful experience.

Excellent apartment, a very nice view, the amenities it has are unbeatable, it has everything from the moment you arrive until you leave to make an unforgettable vacation, from an assortment of fruits, chocolates, etc. to the beach umbrella, the chair, rackets to play tennis balls and many other things that make you feel that you are in the best place, totally recommended for anyone who wants to relax in a safe environment and with a beautiful view.

The condo is AMAZING! My family and I were sad to leave but will defiantly be back. Everything you need is there. The air fryer and crock pot were unexpected perks that we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and the beach closet was great. It stormed the 1st couple of days we were there. Although we had planned some indoor activties we would've been content just lounging around the condo. Thank you!

This was a great stay. Stayed one week with family members and we loved waking up overlooking the water every day. the unit was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely stay here again.

super comfortable right on the beach

Absolutely beautiful!! Fresh flowers and fresh fruit upon arrival plus chocolates made it very special. I believe they went over and above to make us feel welcome. We had a small issue with the shower and the TV and Gary took care of it immediately. We were very pleased with this unit. It was over and above our expectations! Thank you Gary for a wonderful stay!!!

Overall we loved the location and the condo! Weather not so much. We would consider returning to this unit at a different time of the year.

We loved our stay at the condo! We got married right out on the beach while we were there! The location is great! Beautiful views of the river and phenomenal views of the ocean, beach, and Sunglow Pier! The pictures don't do the place justice! When we arrived there was water in the refrigerator, chocolates, and a wonderful fruit basket on the bar in the kitchen! The personal touches make you feel like you are at home!
