This condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. All you need is your suit and flipflops. We did one shopping trip at the Publix that that was close by and never left the condo for 4 days. The hosts provided beach chairs and beach towels and sand toys for the kids. We will definitely stay there again if it is available.

Ive stayed at this property in the past but not in this unit. This unit is up to date, clean, well stocked, and well taken care of. The owners have in place all the comforts of home. We had one issue and these owners IMMEDIATELY got the problem handled. Great communication with them, you couldn't pick a better unit. Just hope you dont pick the date we will want next year, as we will be back. Who ever decorated had a feel for beachy chic, perfect touches. Thank you for such a comfortable home.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This place had everything we needed and some things we didnt think we'd need. It was clean, well maintained, had up-to-date appliances, and amazing views of the beach! It felt so roomy and my daughter's loved having their own bathroom. We really enjoyed having our own parking space in the garage as well. We didnt have any issues but when I needed to ask a question of the owners they were very quick to respond. They even let us know the room was availabe several hours before check-in. There was some construction work in adding a pool but we knew about that in advance and it didnt seem to last very long throughout the day. We look forward to returning when the pool has been completed. Overall it was an excellent stay, with amazing views, and we couldn't be happier!

This trip was supposed to be for continuing education, and I truly enjoy learning. But with staying here on the beach in this beautiful condo, I can’t help but say I had so much more pleasantry in my downtime!! I absolutely plan to bring my family back to visit this area and will certainly call to stay in this condo again. It is clean and spacious, with lovely furnishings. All of the kitchen necessities are available. Bathrooms to accompany each bedroom…who doesn’t appreciate such accommodations!? The hosts went above and beyond to be sure any who stay here will be well taken care of. Thank you so very much! I look forward to returning!

Our family enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful beachfront condo. Looks just as it does in the pictures. Owners were great. There was an issue with AC , they were very responsive and were able to get it repaired within 24 hours. The pool was closed due to storm damage, but we were so close to the beach the kids were ok without it. Linens and towels provided as well as some chairs and umbrella for the beach. I left wishing I could stay longer.

Very clean and spacious condo. We loved the 3bedroom 3 baths so everyone had plenty of room. The parking was easy and convenient. And being on the 2nd floor was great because I never had to use the elevator. The only downside was no pool and construction due to the hurricanes. But that was Mother Natures fault!! We will definitely be back!!!

Location was perfect. Look out your window and the ocean was right there. Loved being able to fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves splashing. The condo was just as described. Beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. That is always a bonus for us. When you can get a great night's sleep away from home that's a true score! It was fully stocked with all the appliances and things we needed. Walk out side and the beach was right there. Honestly we didn't even miss not having a pool. The owners where so easy to get in contact with and so nice. I definitely recommend this place to others and can't wait to visit again.

Lovely condo, nicely decorated, *very* clean. Kitchen was big and well stocked. The building is right on the beach, so it has a great view out the floor-to-ceiling windows. There is no pool at this time, but that was fine with us. You can tell the building is older, but this unit is very nicely updated. And the location is great: close enough to everything, but not too close, so it is nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed for our family to enjoy the beach and cook all of our meals. We had the most spectacular views of the ocean, beach, sunrise, and so much more. We had a short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed every day. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you!

The property was as described. Our stay was when the area was still recovering from the hurricanes, so we had been warned about beach access and no pool. This did not cause any issues whatsoever. We spend most of the week at the beach and could easily access it. I usually like higher floors but chose this among others in the same building, and I would do it all over again. I loved the view and actually being able to communicate to the rest of our party when they were on the beach! The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. The locked doors on the property made us feel extra secure. Restaurants within a short drive or walk. Everything was perfect!

This condo was beautiful with lots of room. Although we had coastal flooding at the beach most of the week, it was still very enjoyable and would definitely use this condo again! The check in was ok. We arrived around 6pm and check in was at 4pm. The office closed at 4pm so we didn't check in until the following morning. It also seemed like an inconvenience for when we did check in with the employee at the front desk. Other than that, this condo and location was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and had great views. The only downside was the access to the beach. You had to walk around the building to get to the beach the back door access was not available. I believe this was due to hurricane damage so I am sure this will maybe be fixed in the future

My daughter go on a "do nothing" beach vacation every year, This condo was so beautiful and comfortable. It felt like home from the start. The beach is beautiful (great for early morning walks too). Any questions we had were answered right away. The location was great, Short drive to food shopping restaurants etc. We even had great seats (on the balcony) for a space launch. Definatly planning a return trip.

Amazing view of the ocean! Communication with owners was excellent, responded quickly. Condo was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommended! New favorite place to stay!

PROS:beautiful condo layout, view, access, and parking. We did get the price reduction; not offered until between the first and final payment,not until our personal contact AND, much discussion with the owner.BUT, we could not contact the owner from our Sat. arrival till Mon.,(of 3 t.v.s none worked) VRBO had the wrong owner contact #, on their site. The owner swore she,"got her calls."The condo handbook had the correct # nestled within. There was an offer to avoid VRBO costs,and call the Number listed in the management book. Condo managment, regular office hours was unable to help, as this owner does not work with the condo office, per managment. Obviously, everyone had to deal with the hurricanes, but the floor throughout was dirty. Furniture, cushions, discolored. Beach chairs unusable, portions of metal legs were missing. There was more, suffice it to say, an adventure we will laugh about, but not quite yet...

We loved this property. The unit was beautiful and the views from the unit were spectacular. The host was very prompt with any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

My husband, myself, and my cousin stayed here for a week for a wedding and little vacation. Beautiful condo and wonderful hosts! Easy to get in touch with and available. Would recommend and stay again! Had a great time! Condo has everything you need!

I'm always skeptical when booking reservations for a place that I've never stayed at. Pictures and reviews can be misleading. I was very pleased with the accommodations. The host was very prompt when I contacted him with a small issue with the AC and WIFI. The problem was resolved within 30 minutes. I was very happy that I chose this condo. I look forward to coming back. We had a wonderful vacation!

My family and I stayed here for seven nights and we absolutely loved everything about this place! It was clean and very comfortable, and I found it to be one of the best stocked kitchens that I’ve ever seen. The view from the balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise each morning. My children and their families loved the proximity and ease of accessing both the beach and the pool area. We will definitely keep this place in mind when planning future trips to Daytona!
