The condo was ready early which was great as we had a late morning flight. It was clean and spacious. Looked exactly as listed! The resort itself is nice. The condo is convenient to the water amenities and fitness center. We have no complaints and hope to stay here again soon!

Overall we had a great stay! Hallway had a bad smell almost the entire week which was disappointing and we only had 3 face towels for the entire condo upon arrival. But, we were able to get more from the cleaning crew on the 2nd day. Very easy check-in and check-out, condo was nice. Highly recommend bringing extra pillows and blankets.

The entire vacation and booking process was exceptional...A317 was perfect for our vacation and was very up-to-date and clean! Will definitely recommend this experience to all our friends and family.

First time at Waterscape and really enjoyed our time

Great unit for the family. Lots of space to hang out. It was easy to get to the pool and beach. Everything was clean. The only complaint inhale is the AC was very loud. Not sure if the owners are aware, but it should probably get looked at and repaired.

Loved it! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great as well. It’s right on the beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants. We had no issues at all during our visit. The pool on the property was great and my kids enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We are huge fans of Oskaloosa Island, and the Waterscape. Great location, plenty of space for our family of five.

We enjoyed our stay, Waterscape is perfect for families with small children. The chair service was perfect for days at the beach. Our unit had a great layout for our family. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but lacked some basic supplies, I left our salt and pepper behind for the next family. The beds and pillows were in great shape but I do wish there were an extra blanket or two. The view of the parking lot could be quickly overlooked as you were steps away from multiple elevators, to take you directly to the pool or the front entrance to access convenient restaurant options across the street, at least 3 within walking distance. We did have a slight issue with the AC over filling and spilling into the closet, we called and spoke to the Manager but no one ever came. Luckily my husband drained the unit, we cleaned up the spill and no problems after that. The basics of the unit were cleaned but needed a strong dusting a/o cleaning.. ceiling fans, base boards, glass lamps, glass doors etc.. I thought decor was up to date and the beach theme was perfect. Next time we may choose to upgrade with a better view of the water but this unit met all of our needs.

There were some issues with cleanliness of property in kitchen and main bathroom. They were addressed right away.

We are a family of 6 with ages ranging from 14 to the mid-40s. Condo A317 was great for our needs. There was enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and have their own space. A few maintenance items arose while we were there and Dave was quick to respond and have them taken care of so, they would not interrupt our stay. The resort location is fantastic and all of our kids (teens and young adults) were able to find something that interested them while we were there. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Everything was amazing from the clean updated condo to the awesome kids pools and beautiful beaches. We are already wondering when we can come back. They made the checkin/ check out process very easy and were very reachable throughout our stay. We had an issue with the ice maker making a loud grinding noise. The issue was address within hours. I would recommend this property to everyone. We enjoyed our stay with a 5, 3 and 1 year old. The pack and play was provided and the bunk bed nook was perfect for the older kiddos. Great place for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in A317 Thanksgiving week. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the unit is stylishly decorated. It is a short walk to the pools and the beach. The resort is fun and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend the resort and was perfect for our 6, 4 & 1 year old!

We have stayed at Waterscape before through a privately owned VRBO unit so we are familiar with what a unit at Waterscape, and the resort itself, can and should be like. That being said, we were disappointed in the lack of quality and attention to detail this time, from both the Waterscape resort and Coastal Vibes. Unit A317 was nicely decorated so looked good when we first arrived. However, we realized pretty quickly the cleaning service only does a “just ok” job. The coffee table was dusty, there was visible dust on walls, light fixtures were dusty, etc. The washing machine had mold in it. The dish washer doesn't do a great job. MANY dishes had to be rewashed before we could use them. Some trash was left on the porch. Aside from the cleanliness of the unit management of the unit itself could use some attention. The mattresses were terrible and desperately need to be replaced. We went on a scavenger hunt to find extra bedding for the hide-a-bed, extra pillows in one closet, extra blanket in another, sheets in the living room tv console. The safe wasn't working. No oven mitt in the kitchen. No working batteries in the Xbox controller. The vacuum didn't work. Paint needs to be touched up around smoke detectors. Some of these things aren't a big deal but show the lack of care from management. The only issue with the resort itself was the hot tubs. The first few days one hot tub was lukewarm. A drain near the other hot tub was clogged and allowed water to gather around it that had to be walked through. It was not being addressed and the water got more and more gross and slippery. I saw several kids slip but thankfully didn't get hurt. Despite these issues we had a great time and loved being in Ft Walton Beach. We will likely stay at Waterscape again in the future however we will reserve through someone beside Coastal Vibe.

The stay was great! The condo itself was very clean and updated, the walk down to the pool/ beach was easy. However some of the kiddie pool things were turned off like the mushroom (probably due to it being off peak season we stayed the second week of September). However the pools were nice and the kids really enjoyed them. Beach chairs were great to have already out for you, but like noted in the description it’s first come first serve and so if you’re wanting a front chair you should expect to be down at the beach around 630/7am to put your beach toys/ towels on the chairs to reserve your spot. Otherwise there was lots of chairs not directly in the front open throughout the morning too. Super close to the Gulfarium/ Boardwalk shops/restaurants. The closest grocery store we used was the Publix and we were able to instacart groceries too to make it easier. Lots of smart TV options for us to sign into on our one rainy day: Disney+, Hulu. The poolside bar/ grill was nice to have too, it’s hours were 11-5 during our stay. Overall a great experience, would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Fort Walton Beach and staying in this condo was very convenient. The short walk to the beach was great.

Excellent condo. Plenty of room for 7. Kid friendly. On-site pool and easy beach access provided hours of fun.. Washer & Dryer in unit was a definite plus. Communication with owner regarding any questions/issues was timely. Very enjoyable week and will consider renting this condo next trip to Ft Walton Beach

We loved our stay in the condo! Our boys loved the bunk room & thought it was so cool to have their own tv! The kids enjoyed the pools! It was great that we had access to the beach chairs and umbrella!! Perfect place for families! We had a small area on the balcony where we could see the beach. We contacted the owner about a few issues....all minor stuff that didn't really effect our trip, just to let them know. They were every receptive and responsive. The room only had 4 glasses which was fine for us but I wanted to let them know for future larger groups. They came that day and brought a whole new set of glasses!! We hope to come back in the future. One thing I would recommend was a full length mirror.

We had a fun, relaxing vacation over Thanksgiving in Waterscape A317! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids loved the pool area. The beach and Gulf water are gorgeous in November!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The beach was amazing. The heated pool offered hours a fun for the kids to burn off energy on the cooler days. Unit was very close to the heated pool access as well. Our only complaint was the view. You can barely see the ocean, and what you could see was covered by a palm tree. Although we did have a great view of the firework show on NYE. The owner or property manager was very responsive to all our questions. Plenty of bath towels and the convenience of in unit laundry is always a bonus. Would definitely stay at this property again but try a unit with a better view.
