The house was great! Easily accessible from town and plenty of space for all of us. The layout was perfect for our group with the common area and the pool table.

Previously remodeled and upgraded older 2 story/2 car garage in quiet residential subdiv, close to Heavenly Valley and City. Adequately furnished and maintained. Backyard fenced but no grass. Combo kitchen, dining,rec.room,bar, and 1 bath on lower level. Pool table and equip was a big hit! Well suited for 8 to 10 guests.

Mattresses are great, as well as the bedding and the towels. Lots of screened windows to open at night when it's cool. Nicely appointed bathrooms and kitchen. Amazing instant hot water and good water pressure. Comfy couches in the main room in front of the downstairs TV. Nice wrap-around deck. Not far from the lake, from Stateline; good central location.

This home is very comfortable. Plenty of room to move around. The younger adults as well as the older adults loved having the pool table. Kitchen was adequately stocked and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals here. We liked that they keep the backyard landscape natural so we could watch the cottontails, doves and other birds enjoy their breakfast in the morning. All in all it is a great home and location.

The property was amazing, it was exactly as described and very clean it was easy to make that place our home for the few days we were there. The master bathroom was nice and updated with a huge tub.

Our group of long time friends (all age 30+) had the best time at this property. It was great for our annual rotating ski trip. We weren’t expecting the futon in the photos of the bunk room to not be there, but luckily we didn’t end up needing it since we had a couple ppl cancel. If you need it you may want to confirm that it’s there. Ran out of dishwasher detergent after the first night and the Wi-Fi went out in the morning when a couple of us were trying to WFH, but Colleen was very responsive and those issues were immediately resolved. But the house was cozy, enough space for all of us, and its location close to California Lodge parking lot at Heavenly was super convenient. And the hot tub after a long day of skiing was everything!

This was the second time our group has stayed at this house. They layout was good for watching football as that is halfthe reason we go up on that weekend. Would happily stay there again.

It was wonderful it had a good neighborhood it was some clean my family like it.

Loved the property and tons of space. Only suggestion is to have flashlights and matches available for the blackouts.

We enjoyed our stay at this home since it satisfied our needs for space, location, and hot tub. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but it was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. An extra shout-out for the beds, the mattresses were excellent.

Wonderful spot for 8 adults. Location was great. Close uber ride to marina for daytime boating activities and then also close enough to hit casino in the evening. Colleen was always in close communication when we needed it but overall just let us just enjoy our trip. Would 100% rent again in the future and recommend to anyone looking to stay in South Lake Tahoe.

Pretty good location and not too far from the main downtown area. Liked that it was quiet and easy to get to. There is a great biking trail near by we liked. The kitchen was pretty good with an assortment of dishes, utensils, and cookware. The bedrooms had really cool pine wood log furniture which gave it a fun cabin-like feel. The back yard is large and the hot tub was nice. Owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to a couple of things, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a positive experience. With a few improvements or a heads up, it would have been better. 1. Have plenty trash bags and provide more cleaning and laundry supplies, especially for families who have children. There were only 3 very thin, kitchen trash bags to use. We had to double bag our first trash bag because it ripped. Would recommend a thicker, better quality bag and a few extra. 2. Pool table cue tips on all but one (small) were scraped down to the plastic. Would have been fun to be able to play with the appropriate equipment, but unfortunately we weren’t able to do that with the poor condition of the cues. (Also in a review from 2021) 3. A lot of the screens were missing from the windows, particularly downstairs (Only one larger window had a screen). With no AC, opening windows at night is a must, but we were not able to do this without the bugs coming in. Downstairs, we were only able to open the sliding door and the one window to cool things down. It was helpful there were bedroom fans upstairs. 4. There is zero privacy on the first floor with no blinds or curtains on any window or the sliding door. It was a little uncomfortable at night knowing all the neighbors and anyone from the street could look in. 5. The two living room couches are worn and not very supportive. They are just older and can tell they’ve had their usage. 6. The three televisions are great, but need a working remote to use them. Only the living room tv had batteries. 7. No ice or water from the fridge. Would have liked to know that ahead of time. We had to buy lots of bottled water. 8. The 4 parking spots include the two in the garage (two single garage doors). Just be aware that if you have a small car, you’ll fit. Anything bigger, plan on parking outside. 9. The yard is all dirt so not ideal for kids. There was neat outside furniture made of pine wood logs, but the pads were worn and very thin so not somewhere you’d want to hang out for long.

This was a great property for a long ski weekend! The pool table and hot tub provided extra entertainment in our down time. We would definitely rent it again!

I just realized I didn’t leave a review after my trip last year! But I remember it so we’ll because we absolutely loved the home!! SO MUCH SPACE! The hot tub was great to have and already on by the time we arrived. Huge dining table for all of us to have dinner together and a great open floor format for everyone to hangout! Pantry was well stocked with basic necessities. Close to major roads to Heavenly AND Sierra at Tahoe. Everyone complemented the comfort of the all the beds. Only issues we had was water pressure in the hallway bathroom upstairs and that no one got back to me when I emailed and called about my friend’s jacket he left on the coat rack.

Was an epic trip

We recently stayed with a large group. The house was large and held everyone pretty good. The kitchen was nice, updated and had everything we needed. There were some areas that were a little disappointing though. The pool table only had 1 pool stick that was usable. The master bedroom fan did not have a working pull chain for the light which means the light and fan could only be controlled by the light switch so the fan could only be turned on if the light was on. It was very hot when we were there so not having the option to have the fan on in that room at night was borderline unbearable. There is also a nice large deck but absolutely no outdoor furniture so you could not sit outside and enjoy it. Overall, we all agreed we would not stay again.
