The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the power poo, never made it down to the lower pool. Sadly our family didn’t arrive until the evening before we left due to flight cancellations but we would definitely rent this place again.

The location was perfect for our Family vacation. Great hospitality, spacious and clean. The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

This condo was perfect for my family and I to visit Maui. The condo was as described and in a great location. Appliances worked well and were quiet. The condo complex bbq was handy for outdoor cooking and the family loved the pool and hot tub nearby. The owner Greg was responsive throughout the rental process. When I travel to Maui again, this will be my first choice for booking a place to stay, my family and I loved the place!

We've stayed at many properties in the Kihei area over the years and this is now our absolute favorite! The condo is spacious, well appointed and was extremely comfortable for this multi-generational group that included a teenager and senior (big bonus points for having such a huge variety of kitchen supplies and beach toys... It resulted in far fewer trips to the ABC!). The condo is situated in a gorgeous area near so many world class beaches. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and boasts one of the best condo pools around. Gregg is a wonderful, responsive host who took great care to reach out in advance of our visit to answer any questions and help ensure a smooth arrival. His communication and tips were very much apprecited. We LOVED this vacation and our two-week beach home was a major part of that enjoyment... Can't highly recommend this stay enough! Aloha.

A beautiful and peaceful place to call home during our stay in Kihei. Unit J205 is as advertised and well stocked with everything you need - including foil and storage bags! The reserved parking spot was great - to know you’d have a place when you returned from adventuring all day was a relief! It is also conveniently located a few steps from the staircase leading to the unit. Gregg was a fabulous owner/host and was very responsive. The pool area was great and Kam III Beach was a short walk (or drive) away. I highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will again soon.

We had a great time at Gregg's place. All the beach equipment was provided, parking was convenient, and a beautiful tranquil pool is right across the parking lot from the unit, easy to walk to with lots of pool toys in hand. Short drive to lots of gorgeous beaches. Lovely porch to sit on and gaze at the ocean with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place. The condo was everything we expected and then some. Gregg was very accommodating and helpful. We'd come back here without a second thought, and hopefully we will.

We enjoyed this house so much, perfect for a family of 4. Upstairs was a little warm but other than that it was great. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great place to stay in Kihei. Lots of the “extras” provided such as beach chairs, sun umbrellas, coolers, etc. kitchen was quite well stocked. Beautiful grounds that are very well kept. Peek-a-boo view of the ocean so we could see sunsets from our lanai. Unit very clean and updated. Greg, the owner, was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

My friends and I had a great stay at Gregg's condo in Kihei! It had everything we needed for our week in Maui and we were especially grateful for the large collection of beach gear that he provided! The condo was a great place to cook meals, relax on the patio, and rest in the cool a/c when we needed a heat break! Thanks!

Our family of 4 found Gregg’s place very last minute after the previous place we were in was gross and unsanitary and we could not stay there any longer. As soon as I put in the request to book Gregg’s place, he immediately called me and arranged for the place to be ready for us. As soon as we arrived we were all so happy! The place is spacious, clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Thank you Gregg for an awesome stay!

This property is a gem. Spacious enough for two adults and two teens. We sat on the lanai every day and enjoyed the sunrises and distance ocean views. The host was super helpful and informative, as was the housekeeper. We used the pool regularly. The location was great for heading to Wailea and Makena beach, as well as Kamaole beaches and Kihei shops. It was a little far to walk to the beach, though we did that one day with the help of the wagon they had onsite. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We were thrilled with the ease of the planning process. Gregg was very communicative. The condo is updated and was very clean upon arrival. There is a plethora of beach supplies provided. The condo is located next to excellent beaches for snorkeling. The location is not far from other towns worth visiting for day trips. Thank you for a fun trip!

The kitchen has all appliances and utensils needed to make any meal. The pool is a short walk away with a resort feel and seclusion to not feel overcrowded. This is an amazing place and we enjoyed every minute we spent. Will likely return 😁

Our dealings with Gregg the owner were extraordinary.He is an extremely gracious ,kind and generous person.Our extended family traveled to Maui however my wife and myself were unable to go after testing positive for covid on our travel test the day before traveling.Obviously we were extremely disappointed not to be able to vacation with our kids and grandkids however Gregg was extremely gracious and generous with us.We can't wait for the opportunity to travel to Maui again and be able to book Greggs unit.Absolutely our number one choice.Thanks Gregg!!

The two bedroom units at Maui Kamaole (MK) have high ceilings and a huge loft bedroom above the living room. The front balcony/deck is huge, and adds to the spaciousness of the unit. MKJ205 is especially well equipped for beach activities with folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, picnic cooler, and beach umbrellas. Excellent for everyone.

Storage had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. 2 king size beds, living room fold out coach and 3 a/c units and full size washer and dryers. What more could you want. We brought only carry-on luggage and even then it was too much clothes because of the in unit laundry. A/C and ceiling fans weren't necessary in the mornings as we enjoyed the beautiful views while having breakfast before arriving 8am daily at the several nearby beaches. This is a definite must stay rental.
