The location of property was everything.. the beach was spectacular… the place itself was okay although definitely in need of an upgrade. The property manager Diane was great whatever we needed she was on top of it..

First of all the property is in a prime location. It’s a 2 minute walk to East Atlantic Avenue where you can find all the shops and restaurants. The beach is only a block away. The condo complex itself was very quiet when we stayed there. The host Diane gave great check in and check out instructions and was very quick responding to my text messages. Double thumbs up for Diane and the location. The apartment itself is big enough for 2 adults. The kitchen is a bit dated but has everything (and more) one could ever need. The specific unit we rented had no dish washer, but that was no problem at all. The 2 issues we had were that the blue painted bedroom has an AC unit inside the bedroom itself. Since it was very hot in July, we had to keep the AC running during the night which unfortunately was too loud for us in order to use the bedroom after the first night. The humming was too loud and every 20-30 minutes the AC made a noise which sounded like receiving a fax on an old fashioned fax machine. One of us moved on to sleep on the couch in the living room, which was actually very comfortable. The second issue was the bathroom adjacent to the yellow painted bedroom. The shower faucet was dripping constantly, and there was a rattling noise in the wall which came from the laundry room next door. The host wants to investigate, and hopes that the owner fixes the bathroom by end of the year. If you are not a light sleeper, the apartment is great.

We have stayed in different units in Coconut Grove and this one was by far the nicest! It is within walking distance to everything. The beach pass is a definite bonus, less items you have to lug down to the beach. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. Diane was super helpful with everything! Will stay here again!

This was an adorable beach apt condo that was very pretty inside and nicely decorated. It was comfortable for a family of 4. The kitchen was smaller than I expected but had what I needed and managed to cook. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. The electric stove was smaller than standard but served its purpose. The fridge was a nice size but bring a bag of ice. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. The pool was adequate and conveniently located on the site and the grounds were well manicured and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. My daughter of 20 years old, loved it and plans to return with her friends.

The location is great, the place itself overall ok, the kitchen is micro with very outdated appliances ( less the frig) pots, pans etc so very very old even the pot holders! Master bath shower was awful very small, water drips etc - this was our first time in Delray which is beautiful but guess I wasn’t expecting to walk into the 70s in some rooms there , the living room is great, master bedroom spacious but furniture outside of LR extremely outdated! Definitely could have been cleaner there was a lot left over from last people ( shirt, vitamins etc) but the community was very nice and mostly quiet! The community pool is a mess , very old outdoor furniture and there was trash places there -

Liked the place. Perfect for 2 people. The shower is tight. But very clean. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it is a very comfortable place. We were there in November so the season hadn’t quite started yet. The traffic was manageable and the Delray free Gitney buses were the perfect answer to a night out on Atlantic Ave.

short walking distance to beach and maybe 2 blocks to restaurants on Atlantic ave.

This property has easy access to the beach as well as downtown Delray Beach. We were able to walk everywhere and catch a FreeBee ride when raining.

If you love the beach, this is the property for you. Just over a block away from the beach entrance. The property came with beach passes, so you didn't need to bring chairs or umbrellas. The water is close in, not a hike to get wet. So easy! House is basic, but has everything you need.

We adored this property, the location cannot be beat for those of us who love Delray! If you're looking for a 5 Star hotel this is not it, it's a bit dated but so are we! It had everything we needed, coffee makers (Keurig AND drip carafe) fresh smelling linens, beach towels, tv's in each room and a huge plus was the parking! Again a big deal in Delray, so close to the beach! The beds were super comfy, the A/C was excellent, a big factor in South Florida in late July! We will definitely rent here again! Property manager very easy to deal with. Perfect location to beach, shops and restaurant. Only complaint pool area could have been cleaned a little better and there was only one umbrella and it was very old. Should have more umbrellas and tables in pool area

My family loved staying at this resort. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very cooperative.

We initially had an issue with the TV but Diane came right over to resolve it but we had to play with the remote all week to get it to work. No HD TV in these units. The pool was filthy with algae and covered with bugs so Diane hired a new cleaning crew to resolve that problem. Couldn't use it for the first three days. The location was perfect and included the beach pass for the week. We would stay again if we visit Delray Beach.

The grove units are a great place to stay within short walking distance to beach and Atlantic Avenue

Overall things went pretty smoothly. Clean and as expected. Did have an issue with the air conditioning unit and Diane was very responsive to try and fix it, but unfortunately they were not able to while we were there. Also the master bedroom ceiling fan was broken and she states that this will be repaired shortly. Otherwise, very happy with the experience and would stay again.

We loved the location. Walking distance to everything. We had a couple of issues that arose and management was super quick to solve anything that came up. Would love to visit again!

Comfortable stay, minor hiccups with an old property. AC was not great, no basics - paper towels, sponges, no spices except salt. Stayed one week with my dog waiting to occupy my new home. Proximity to the beach was incredible, great location. Very well maintained property, beautiful landscape, gas grill and patio table right outside. Pool was clean with lounges and umbrellas. Property manager was available as needed. A good home away from home.

We loved it! This is the 2 year we rented this unit. Really 1 block walking to the beach. . very quite even if is 1/2 block from Atlantic ave. The kitchen is fully equipped . We certainly will rent it again

The Grove Condo is at a perfect location. Walk to the beach and some really good restaurants, Boston's at the Beach, Sand Bar, Great NY Pizza place right down the street and to get further down Atlantic Avenue there are free ride companies that will drop you off and pick you up. Happy Hour Monday-Friday at just about every good eats place on Atlantic with some 1/2 price deals on delicious seafood. If you are looking for a church on Sunday try the Avenue Church at the high school on Atlantic also for a very nice contemporary service with young and old alike. The condo kitchen has everything you need to cook, grill right out the back door, beautiful and very clean pool, easy parking for you and guest parking also. Rooms were spacious and the place had everything you need for a good time at the beach. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Delray Beach.
