This home is very nice and the kitchen is stocked with lots of kitchen appliances, etc. We have stayed here numerous times and never been disappointed - our last stay was 3+ months. Tina, the host, is incredible - she is very responsive no matter what day she in contacted and she truly cares about her renters and shows that through her kindness and her thoughtfulness. My advice is "book it."

This was a great place to stay for us as well as our dogs. Kitchen had everything and host was very accommodating as our reservations extended a few times. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend.

This home is very nice and it is always clean. The kitchen is perfect because it is stocked with utensils and appliances for cooking and relaxing. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with many walking paths. Tina (the host) is always available and responds immediately if there is a problem. We have and will continue to rent this home.

Our family of four, a couple with 2 adult children, were coming to visit family in the Sun Lakes area. We needed a home with 3 bedrooms and found this gem. It was perfect and was everything that was described on line by VRBO. Very clean, spacious and homey. Great neighborhood that made us feel safe and comfortable. The house had all the bedding, bathroom towels, and kitchen items that you could imagine. Everything regarding check in and access was done online and worked like a charm. No issues whatsoever! We would definetly rent this house again! Loved every aspect of it! Were sad to have to leave.

The property was clean and perfect for the size of your group (7 people). Location was very convenient and plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our visit here. We were a little worried that a 3 bedroom home could accommodate up to 12 people, but it did. Very Roomy home, back yard and grill were great too. Overall, this was a very good experience with Tina and VRBO. Barb M

We were totally pleased with our stay. In fact, this stay has been our best VRBO to date. The home exceeded our expectations. We appreciated all the extra touches to enhance our stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The home is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great. We took daily walks using the walking paths. The rental home is located in a great area and is close to many restaurants. We highly recommend this home to anyone.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect for us and it was quiet and safe. The house was clean and spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was well-stocked - I love to cook and it had everything I needed during our two month stay. The only downside is the two guest bedroom TVs did not have cable access; however, NetFlex, etc., were available. Tina was extremely responsive for the very few issues we had during the two months. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay in Gilbert. The house was perfect for our family of 8 with 3 young kids. There was plenty of space, the house was clean, and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. The property manager answered questions very quickly and called to ensure everything was satisfactory the day we checked in.

We had a Wonderful Family vacation in Gilbert, Az. The rental property was very nice, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of space, with a great open and split floor plan. There are TV’s in all the bedrooms, the livingroom and in the den. However, the bedroom TV’s are only set-up with Netflix. Not a huge deal, but cable in the master would have been nice. The home is centrally located, close to main roads and highway access. It does take around 15 minutes or so to get to the nearest grocery store. Which isn’t bad, but it’s also about 10 or so minutes to the nearest convenient store. It would’ve been nice to have something a little closer. Tina was very helpful and readily available when we needed assistance with our arrival. We had a wonderful stay and highly suggest this property. Thank you Tina!

The home has everything we needed plus more. It had plenty of space and was easy to get to from anywhere in the Phoenix area. We went for Spring Training games, which were about 35min from Gilbert. We had no issues with the house while we were there. The home is newer with nice amenities, we were comfortable the whole time. Nothing negative to say.

The house was perfect for our week stay in Gilbert for attending a family wedding. The house had all of the amenities we needed and was pet friendly! This house is lovely and spacious. My son loved the trundle bunk beds in his room, and my daughter loved the calm vibe in hers. The master bedroom was great with the master bath. The kitchen was beautiful and functional with plenty of seating if you plan to entertain. The family room was comfortable and cozy. Our family really enjoyed the stay.

Great single story home in Gilbert. Beautifully clean and easy to keep clean. Quick access to Hospital and loop 202 to get around Gilbert and the Valley. Linens and towels are a nice soft quality and were greatly appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with all the needed tools to prepare all our special family dietary needs. Fabulous washer and dryer! Great and easy stay while we waited our own home repairs. Thank you!
