Positives: Great dockage for our bay boat. Much better than expected. Nice fish cleaning station at the end of the dock with water and electric. Awesome view of niles channel. Location gives the best access to gulf and ocean sides. Very spacious house with a great kitchen. Negatives: House needs a little maintenance. Ceiling stained and peeling in areas. Broken blinds in bedrooms. Dirty in some areas. Just some overall maintenance throughout would make it an awesome place to stay. Pool was too hot to enjoy. Gulf temp was 91. We guessed the pool at near 100. We chose this house because of the pool and unfortunately the kids couldn’t use it. We rated the house a 7.5 out of 10. For the price we expected a little better. Hope this is helpful to boaters. The channel has very little boat traffic and the dock has an area for larger boats and a place for smaller boats about halfway down.

The pictures don’t do this house justice! This home is beautiful! The views are amazing. We snorkeled everyday off the dock and saw all kinds of marine life. We are a family of 8, with ages 12-22 and this home gave us plenty of room! The pool was perfect and fit all of us. The rafts and tube was a bonus to relax on. Karen helped us prepare for the trip and was always accessible! Little touches like dishwashing liquid and soaps were there for us, which was great and gave us a buffer until we could get to the grocery! Would recommend this home and plan to return!

Our family of 7 truly enjoyed the views, the pool, the dock, and the neighborhood! The house is bright, spacious and clean. The kitchen is gorgeous! The location is great since it is easy to get to stores & restaurants. The owner is courteous & professional. I highly recommend this property!

This place is huge and was perfect for our family.

We stayed for our honeymoon and had an excellent time- the house was spacious and clean, the pool was refreshing and the view of the bay was awesome. We kept a boat at the dock all week with no issues and spent our days on the water. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was well equipped with all of the necessary items and all of kitchen items you need. The internet and the tv service was fast and all of the premium channels were available. The only downside was the pool was a bit small, but it was adequate. Unfortunately, the pool pump was not working properly when we were there and the pool was full of bugs and leafs which we had to clean out constantly.

We had a family of 10 and visited for 1 week, plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The views were spectacular, the kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice there were some pool toys left there for our use. The dock allowed us to rent a 19 foot boat for several days and convenient to,come in and out of every day. The kids over fishing off the dock, and had some nice catches and saw some huge stingrays as well. Everything was clean when we arrived and the propert management staff was super frindltpy as well. Would definitely stay here again...

We VERY much enjoyed our stay in this home. The place is SO roomy, clean & well stocked. The living room is great for a large group. The dock is in beautiful clear water and the location is perfect for all water activities. We would stay here again for sure!

My family has vacationed here twice so far, in 2008 and 2010. . . and planning our vacation now for this year. We absolutely love it here, there's plenty of room for all. The whole second floor living area has a spectacular view, it's great to sit at the dinning room table having breakfast looking out at the water. The pool is wonderful, the kids love it. We bring the boat for fishing and catch fish right from the dock! It's great to snorkle right off the dock too. Plenty to keep every age busy or NOT, depending on your mood. Can't wait to get back to Seaclusion this year!!!

We have vacationed at this most wonderful place several times over the past several years- In october, April, May & August - with family, friends and just by ourselves- and we can't wait till the next time. Its great for fishing off the dock, kayaking, snorkling, diving, biking or just relaxing by the pool. Lots of restaurants offering everything from fried chicken, cuban sandwiches to the best seafood ever. Of course Key West is just a few miles away - but Seaclusion is not a place you want to leave once you get there.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The views from the master bedroom are incredible. The location was perfect for us with the boating access to the Looe Key area and the convenience to Key West. We did pick a bad time of year for fishing and diving however. It was really windy a couple of days but you didn't notice it much as you sat by the secluded poolside enjoying the wonderful warmth of the sunshine. The house layout was perfect for our group and this turned out to be the best trip we have taken down to the keys so far. The owners of this home are very blessed to have something so magnificent and we look forward to having the opportunity to enjoy it again.

This place is great! beautiful ocean views from main living area and upstairs master bedroom w/balcony. Plenty of room for families, friends to share. Clean, comfortable. Great location - easy to explore the keys, beaches, restaurants all nearby, or just relaxing by the pool. We loved having evening cocktails down on the pier! It was hard to go back home!

The Seaclusion is just that, a beautiful piece of paradise. Lounging by the pool is just what we needed as well as having coffee on the dock every morning while soaking in the truly magnificient oceanfront scenery. The morning sun rises are breathtaking. Snorkeling at Loo Key was spectacular. So much to do in so little time. We plan to make this our annual vacation home for it truly is beautiful, relaxing and overall an awesome experience.
