This cabin is located on spectacular Rubicon Bay. It has 3 stories, all with excellent Tahoe views. As a bonus, it has a great dock for swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding. Tahoe doesn’t get much better! You don’t have to go anywhere, just chill and enjoy!

We stayed at this property for a week with our older kids and we all had a great time! Being right on the lake was such a treat and so worth the higher nightly rate than other rentals. We spent a ton of time on the decks and dock. The split levels of the home gave everyone their own space. And the owner Paul is very informative and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay again!

This cabin is in a beautiful neighborhood in a quiet part of Lake Tahoe. We loved that it wasn’t super crowded. We went on walks every morning through the neighborhood and it’s so beautiful! Just beware of the presence of bears- I carried bear spray on my waist but never had to use it. A bear did try to break into my car one night when we accidentally left a door unlocked. The neighbors heard my car alarm and went out to find the door open and a bear print inside my car. They were so nice- locked my car and left me a note. We had so much fun playing in the water off the private dock. There are kayaks, floating loungers and scuba gear for use. We found a local place to take us out on a boat one day, then another day we rented jet skis. It was awesome! My ONLY complaint about this property is there is NO A/C. We stayed in mid July when temperatures were in the mid 80s and it got quite warm in the cabin. It was tough to get it to cool down at night. So just be aware of that if you plan to stay during the heat of summer. The owners were great- responded to all my questions and were very helpful. We’d love to come back- but maybe just at a cooler time of year. No regrets. It was a fun trip. Highly recommend!

The property was just as advertised. Homey and comfortable. And, Paul is a responsive and thoughtful host!

The property feels much like a "home away from home". Outstanding location, well appointed for stay with our family and children. Our host Nina was wonderful to work with. Clear instructions for check-in/check out and use of the home. We will certainly be back! 5 stars all the way.

The house was larger than we expected and the views were magnificent. Nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We really appreciated that the house was fully stocked with plenty of soap, towels, napkins, etc. - even a bottle of wine was left for us! We had a great time and didn't want to leave.

Everything exactly as advertised -- great communication with hosts, amazing view, well-stocked kitchen, comfy rooms -- the place is bigger than the photos suggest. We were 7 and the place was more than enough room, spacious even. We enjoyed our stay 10 out of 10.
