My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and the Christmas decorations made our stay even more special. We will definitely be staying at the Watermill again!

We have stayed here several times and enjoy it each time! Perfect location, ample activities all within walking distance, great dock for boat/tube rentals and golf cart for fun. House is clean and well kept with tons of room for large family gatherings. We’ll definitely be back again!

Great place!

My siblings and I rented a villa here at Watermill Cove resort to bring my parents for their 60th wedding anniversary. We found this listing on VRBO and after viewing the pictures posted for this villa and seeing the beautiful lake view pic, we chose this villa. When we arrived and walked in, our hearts sank. We did not have the lake view but rather other lodges filled our view. After a discussion with the property manager, we found out that VRBO has pictures posted of 1 select villa to represent all the other like villas. I feel this was very misleading on VRBO’s representation of what we thought we were renting. We had no idea there were multiples of these villas and there was no indication that our villa would be different from the pictures posted. There should’ve been some disclosure at least stating these pictures may or may not be the exact villa you are renting. We really wanted the lake view shown to make it extra special for our parents and that’s what we thought we were renting. The villa we stayed in was very nice and the resort is great. I’m just very disappointed in VRBO and they’re representation of the property. I’ve used VRBO several times and have been pleased. Since we were trying to really make this special for my parents, it was just a huge disappointment after showing them the pictures of what we thought we were getting for them, didn’t turn out to be what we got. To post pictures of 1 villa to represent multiples just isn’t right if there is no disclosure that it may be different. Not everyone knows to ask a lot of specific questions. You depend on VRBO to represent the properties as true to what you’re getting or at least state otherwise. A very disheartening lesson learned.

Great location, tons of stuff to do and lots of room.

Wonderful property for 2 families (more could fit!)to share while in town to experience SDC Christmas lights. Great location. Wish we had more time to explore the property. Property managers were very attentive and quickly answered questions when asked! Loved the place and hoping to return in the summer.

Beautiful property. Perfectly clean. Loved the location. We enjoyed the playgrounds, mini golf, arcade and the views! We will for sure be back!!

Both the kiddos and adults had a blast and enjoyed the stay. Amenities were more than we could have asked for. Didn’t have to leave the property to have a blast.

We had a great visit with family here. The layout is great and everything was extremely clean! All of our family members commented on what a great place it is. The kids enjoyed the arcade and tree house. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything our family of 14 needed was already there! Big enough to not feel overcrowded.....but felt like home! The playground, arcade/playroom and mini-golf were all big hits with the kids. Loved the layout of the resort. Minutes from Silver Dollar City and 15-20 minutes from any show/restaurant in Branson. Right on Table Rock Lake.....perfect location!

The villa was perfect for our family of 11! The decorations for the holiday were a great touch. Very clean and well-appointed. The living area where we all gathered for meals was very comfortable, the kids loved the basement for playing. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Lysa for greeting us and showing us around.

We had a fun weekend with the family. We loved the Christmas decorations! Great way to kick off the holiday season. The property manager, Lysa, was very helpful. She was quick to resolve a minor issue. We hope to be able to visit in the summer to enjoy the pool!

We had a wonderful time in this amazing Villa! Everything was just as described!

The children loved the game area and the pool table in the house. Plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Our group of ladies from Crawford County Speedway choose a place to stay every fall. This was the far best choice every. It was so Beautiful.plus close to everything we had planned to do. Seeing a lot of wild life was a bonus. The weather being a little We were unable to enjoy all the water activities as we would have liked to have. We plan on returning in the Summer. We would recommend it to anyone. Very reasonable for the amount of Bedrooms. Loved all of it. Thanks for making a special weekend for our group.
