Our family (Dad, Mom, 9, 7 and 5yr old boys) LOVED our stay at Toes in the Sand on Hilton Head Island! The vibe that Kristian and Stacy have created in the condo is the perfect beachy feel⚓⛵ and seeing as we arrived right as Tropical Storm Debby hit the Island we ended up spending more time indoors than anticipated....but if we had to be inside watching the storm I'm very glad it was from there!
The check in process was so smooth thanks to the amazing communication which continued throughout our stay. And they have literally thought of everythjng to give their guests the best experience possible...beach items, lists of ameneties close by, all the comforts of home.
The location of Toes in the Sand is great! Super central, easy to walk to local shops, grocery store, restaurants and most importantly....the BEACH! The beach access is a quick 2 block walk and the soft, sandy beach is so beautiful. The water was warm and inviting....we would have spent so much time on the beach if the weather had of been better but I can definitely say the time we did spend there was amazing! And we all want to go back ASAP!
Next time we would love to ride some bikes around the island🚲
If youre considering booking a stay at Toes in the Sand....dont hesitate! Book it. I can guarantee you wont regret it! 🥰

Everything was as advertised and the location was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location to shopping, restaurants, the beach, ice cream, etc..and there was a pool right out back which was nice! The hosts were extremely easy and nice to talk to and maintained fast and responses throughout our stay!

The condo fit the profile description. It was clean, filled with all the necessary amenities, and the accommodations were better than most hotels and some resorts. The showers were amazing, particularly the one with double shower heads. The beach accommodations are an additional nice touch. The space is comfortable and the pictures aligned with the condo's profile. The hosts were very accommodating and engaged. We would certainly stay here again.

We loved our stay at Toes in the Sand Hilton Head! The condo was equipped with all you needed for a beach getaway including beach day gear (so helpful)! Ideal location for quick beach access and local amenities! Easy check in and check out procedures, very responsive hosts, awesome beachy vibes! Highly recommend staying here!!

Loved the location. We could walk to the beach, in the neighborhoods, grocery, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Everything was more than excellent! Location was prime with not more than 5 minutes walk to the beach and stores and restaurants were just across the street. Apartment was very clean and had everything that you need for stay. The owner is very nice gentleman and the communication was so easy with him. Looking to come back next year!

This is the third year we have visited and stayed in this condo. This place suits our family with its two bedrooms and two full baths. Everything is very clean and updated. Every amenity is provided from beach gear down to the coffee filters in the kitchen (including those Hershey kisses that are so darn addicting). You really only need to provide your own beach towels and sunscreen. The condo is easily walkable to shopping, dining, and the beach. The beach is a five minute stroll away and there is a pool on the condo grounds. Hilton Head is a great family destination. We were here for the 4th and while the beach was more crowded on the actual holiday, we did not have any problems. We went down to the beach and had a blast that night. Since the condo is so close, I walked every morning on the beach at sunrise. It is less hot and the views are stunning. Great dining was not far away and with reservations and minimal planning ahead we had our choice of restaurants with no waits. We can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing time at this condo in Hilton Head! It was clean and decorated so nice, the bathrooms were great with large showers and it was amazing that there were two. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the four of us that stayed. The condo was walking distance to everything and the area and people there made it feel very safe. The pool was nice and the beach supplies were great (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and more) and made it easy to walk the two blocks to get there and back. The shopping across the street was so nice and we loved that we could get everywhere in just a short walk. The condo had everything that you need for the stay including coffee and candy. We are already talking about going back.

We had an amazing trip to Hilton Head, the condo was perfect. It was walking distance to everything, shopping across the street, beach 2 blocks away, a park a few blocks away, and many restaurants. The beach equipment was so nice to have, it made for an easy trip to and from the beach. The condo was clean and had everything you need, including coffee, and candy. The whole place was decorated so nice and I especially liked the bathrooms. The owners checked in to make sure everything was ok and answered any questions we had promptly. We are already talking about going back!

We enjoyed our stay at Toes In The Sand..The location was perfect for us being first time visitors to Hilton Head.So many great things close by,most nights we walked to dinner.The beds were very comfortable,showers were great.The condo was spotless well stocked and decorated beautifully.The communication before our check in was the best we have ever experienced.We had a great time and would stay here again!

Mike was very easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and they thought of everything! Just a short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Conveniently across the street from the Piggly Wiggly

Location was great and place was clean. Only complaint would be the cable situation. There was 3 remotes and I didn’t really understand what was to what and once you turn the TV on it was not clear at all how to get to cable so it got to be frustrating when trying to put something on for the kids.

Excellent stay and great location. The only complaint is noisy people above us stomping around until 1:30 am. Even with that, I would stay here again. Owners were very good with sending information and communicating.

This condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need and perfect location to shopping and the beach and restaurants. I’ve stayed here 3 times. It’s just lovely.

Such a beautiful little condo in the heart of everything!! We felt at home as soon as we walked in! The condo is decorated soooo cute and was soooo clean!! We could walk to get groceries, shopping, and many restaurants!! Plus everything you need for the beach was available, including a beach wagon to pull it all in!! Mike & Sue are the perfect hosts and were only a phone call or text away!! We will definitely be back!!

1st big plus we were notified we could check in early 👍🏼 Yay! The walk to the beach is about 5 min and 3 min to coligny plaza. Grocery, restaurants, shopping, pool and of course the beautiful beach all within a short walk. The condo itself was perfect for us (3) Adults. Nice, clean and well stocked with a lot of goodies. Mike was very friendly and easily able to be reached by phone for and questions or assistance. We definitely want to come back and enjoy our vacation here again. Thank you

Must stay! Took my daughters for a girls weekend and this place and location was perfect! The owners even offered free early check in, provided weather update, checked on us but didn’t crowd us. Very clean, close to everything!

Great Condo
Recently returned from a relaxing vacation at this beautifully decorated condo. The condo is clean and well organized. The location is great - a grocery store, shopping center and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed sitting on the deck, having coffee and watching the squirrels in the nearby trees. There are comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers provided to take to the beach. Pool area is nice. The owners are very responsive if you need anything. You can tell they truly care about their guests by the numerous special touches. We especially enjoyed the Hershey kisses and coffee provided. There are even spices and cookware should you want to cook a meal. Was great to be able to log in to Netflix on the smart tv. Looking forward to a return trip!

Perfect stay by Coligny
This was such an awesome property. First, the condo is updated and has everything you need, and I mean everything!! It has two bedrooms and two full baths which the others in this complex only have one bath. It is decorated to the T. At 750 sq ft I was worried it would be tight but It had enough seating for all 4 of us and was spacious. It’s literally right across the street from Coligny Plaza! LOVE LOVE!!!

Beautiful, Clean, Great Location
We stayed at this property over the Labor Day holiday. The Dean’s are great hosts & really know how to make the visitors feel welcome. There communication was spot on from beginning to end; pretty much any amenity you needed was available; great location to shops, restaurants; & the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The unit itself was very clean and nicely renovated. All of the extras were thought of and available for us to use. Great location with the beach within a very close walking distance. We were a little disappointed about the unexpected outside building renovations taking place and being unable to use the balcony at all during our 5 night stay. This end corner unit was a bit loud at times with people walking up and down the outside entrance stairs and hallways.

Very Clean and Great location
We have never been to Hilton Head but decided to go for 4 days to break up our trip from Fl to NJ in March. Mike & Sue’s condo was perfect. First, it was very clean and was as depicted in the listing. It has cheery decorations and they are very thoughtful hosts with little things….like a jar of hersheys kisses, a shelf of books and games, notepads and pens to write stuff down…..a book with clear directions and suggestions. Communication was very quick between us, though luckily we didn’t have any issues to deal with. The condo is a quick 2 block walk to the beach and a stone’s throw to a shopping plaza that has just about anything you would need. We enjoyed our stay and give it a big thumbs up and 5 stars all around.

Return Visit
We just returned from another visit to this beautifully decorated condo. This accommodation is so convenient to everything! Lots of restaurants and shopping at the Coligny Plaza across the street. And the beach is just a short walk away! Even though we had a couple of rainy days, it was nice to come back (after shopping and exploring the island) to this cozy, comfortable place, where there is a nice selection of good books, movies, games, a Smart television, and an assortment of coffee, tea, hot cocoa and chocolate kisses graciously provided by the hosts! Well equipped kitchen if you feel inclined to cook. It truly feels like a home away from home! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Fantastic Review
My wife Krystle and I stayed at Sue and Mikes condo and was absolutely perfect! The condo was perfectly decorated, spotless and had all the bells and whistles down to the Hershey kisses to munch on! It was the perfect getaway for our Honeymoon and the added attention Sue and Mike gave us was outstanding! The location is 2 minute walk to beach(all beach equipment provided), restaurants right outside our door, and a bike rental which we enjoyed all 6 days we were there!
There is also lots of fun things to do; we went parasailing, took a boat ride to see dolphins and made a day trip to Savannah GA. While their we went on the Georgia Queen Boat and had a great lunch and took in a spooky, haunted cemetery tour! Lots of fun!
We could not ask for better hosts then Sue Mike and are looking forward to our next stay at their condo!

Great Hilton Head villa!
Mike & Sue's villa was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Hilton Head! Close to shops, restaurants, bike paths, and the beach. The villa is comfortable and quiet. They've got all you need to go to the beach and have a great time. Also, in case you get rained in, there are plenty of games, books, and snacks to keep everyone occupied until you can enjoy outside.

Ideal Place to Stay in Hilton Head
This was our second year in a row visiting this condo and again it was totally perfect. The condo is clean, updated, and beach themed. The owners provide everything you need for the beach including umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, and boogie boards. The beach is a five minute stroll away. The inside is stocked with every amenity you can think of plus amenities not always thought of such as a jar full of Hershey kisses and board games. Very appreciated! We taught our daughter to play Uno on this trip while on the beach. We had breakfast and lunch in the condo. There was convenient shopping at Kroger and Piggly Wiggly. We ate out for dinner every night and with the exception of two nights we walked to and from dinner each time. One night we caught the free trolley back but generally enjoyed our walks and bike rides around the island. Favorite restaurants of ours were Flatbreads, Aunt Chiladas, and Brother Shuckers. We rented bikes from Pedals and rode every afternoon and then jumped right in the pool to cool off. We hope to return again soon.

First time to HH
My husband and I have never been to Hilton Head and what a great experience we had! I found "Toes in the Sand" on a Facebook group and boy am I glad I did! The condo is beautifully decorated, super clean, and the location is perfect! It is steps away from the beach, restaurants and shopping! We flew to HH and did not rent a car. We took advantage of the trolley and used Yellow taxi service for anywhere else we wanted to go that the trolley didn't have service to. Mike and Sue are fantastic hosts! They go above and beyond answering any questions, making sure the condo is well stocked with anything you might need and were very accommodating with our travel schedule! They have a binder filled with recommendations on things to do and places to eat which was very helpful! We were there for my birthday and they even had a gift for me! You will never find that anywhere else! We hope to return back to HH and we will definitely stay at Toes in the Sand!

Perfect location!
Just returned from "The Sands" villa and must say it was the cleanest nicely decorated condo we have ever had the pleasure to stay. The location is perfection. Quick 2 block walk to the beautiful beach. Across the street from any and all types of restaurants, stores, activities. We were fortunate to have great weather so were able to eat outside breakfast or dinner. We did not rent a car (flew into HHI airport). No car no problem. Walking is easy to what you have planned for the day or there is a free Breezey air conditioned trolley to take you all over the island. Yellow taxi was helpful with getting to and from the airport. Make reservations in advance! Mike and Sue were the best hosts. Anything you needed or had a question about they immediately replied. They go out of their way to help or give ideas. Lot's of goodies in the kitchen also! From candy to coffee it was a relaxing week. Highly commend! Will be going back 👍

Wonderful vacation setting
The owners are attentive their unit is steps away from Coligny plaza, short walk to beach & restaurants. Unit very clean & well decorated. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect beach supplies, books, videos, stocked kitchen. Truly one of the best places we have stayed for a vacation!!

Fantastic Getaway-- Clean, great location, wonderful hosts
What a perfect place to stay! Mike and Sue's apartment is super clean and beautifully kempt; a seemingly renovated place. Everything you need is provided: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable linens, and spacious dressers. One of our favorite things about the apartment was the space it had, even being as cozy as it was. We enjoyed unwinding in the living room area, sharing meals and playing games. Another great perk of this apartment is its location. We were just steps away from a variety of restaurants, little shops, and the beach! Thank you Mike and Sue for your timely communication and for being outstanding hosts! We would stay here again.

Updated, clean and great location
We have stayed at many rentals in the Hilton Head area. This particular one was in a great location, lots of restaurants and shopping and an easy walk to the beach. The villa was clean and updated and had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated all the new beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. It made for a wonderful day at the beach.
We will definitely stay here again!
