Great Stay, only gave 4 because storm knocked AC out for 2 days. Will keep eye open for good rates as would liike to return.

We booked this vacation for us and our adult children and our granddaughter. Everything was great! Clean property and a well equipped kitchen. The lazy river was very relaxing and the property management did a great job of making sure only guests had access.

An excellent property! Bigger than the pictures look. Very clean, well equipped. Biggest balcony I have ever stayed at, it is triangular, and one side faces west. You can see the fish in the ocean/ near beach from Balcony! We saw dolphins every day! The layout seamed strange in online photos, but flowed super well. Also had an ice machine in the wet bar!
We called maintenance for a dryer issue, and they were there within 2 hours! I would rent from these property managers again in a second!

Great condo for family of 5, sister and her 2 kids, and our parents. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was awesome! Floors could have been a little cleaner, most noticeable because my 13 month old is still crawling and had black knees. Everything else was clean and nice.

Beautiful location and nice property with good amenities. The unit shows some wear and kitchen needs a deep cleaning but ok in general. Could use more seating for indoors- was not as listed. Elevator use can be a bit frustrating. Overall, met our needs well, no big problems and we had a great visit!

Our daughter graduated PCC and we spent several days at the condo. It is beautifully decorated and appointed. The views are spectacular and the weather was perfect. You couldn’t ask for better accommodations for a family trip.

This property is better than described. It is very large and roomy with an excellent layout. View is wonderful, access is easy and loved that it had a parking deck which was even better during a couple of afternoon storms.

Great view, condo set up was great but it definitely needs a good cleaning all over. The floors couldn’t have been scrubbed as we all had black feet in no time! Lots of electrical outlets didn’t work, closet door was broke, one tv didn’t work. Two easy chairs were dirty and living room rug was disgusting with stains. Patio furniture was crappy, bars on the back of chairs kept falling off. For what we paid we just expected things to be cleaner.

Plenty of space for everyone to w joy their vacation! With 6 adults and 2 kids we had PLENTY of space. Each room having its own bathroom was so nice and plenty of storage for all beach things with large closets. Really great experience.

Great location, outstanding views, wonderful floor plan. Plenty of room for everyone. All the kitchen pot/pans/cookware needed to cook in the unit-but bring spices as there was not even any salt! We are already planning our trip for next year. Not crowded at all (we went in early November).

Our daughter,son in law and their 5 children under 12, our adult granddaughter and her boyfriend and my husband and I shared this beautiful and well equipped condo. The property was clean and roomy. Pleanty of seating at the kitchen counter. The only suggestion I have is more seating at the large kitchen table. There were 5-6 chairs, could have easily sat another 3-4 chairs.

We rented this property fairly late in the season, 1st week of August, and the condo was showing wear from the previous guests. We had a few issues and the property management company was very responsive in fixing them. At these rates, that's expected. Other than the master, the rooms are on the small side with kings or doubles crammed into them. Would we come back to Phoenix West II? Yes. Would we stay in this condo? Probably not.

The property was not cleaned well before arrival and only having 3 parking passes for a 4 bedroom condo was very difficult.

The property in itself was great. But the condo that we stayed in was not. The kitchen utensils was awful. No pots and pans. And the croc pot had left over food in it. It was awful. The two pans that was there burnt the food. There was nothing to prepare that food in. The fridge was broke and the dryer would not dry the clothes. The master bedroom and bath was hot!! and it smelled of fish. Not happy with the amount we paid for the condo.

The floors need to be cleaned with hot water since our floors made our bare feet turn black. We tried to wear our flipflops so our feet would stay clean. The cleaning crew skipped cleaning the floors. I cleaned our bathroom floor with one of the towels and it was black. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful views from the condo and the kids loved the slide, lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools.

False Advertising
Inside Pool NOT heated as advertised. Room was warm but pool so cold only 3 or 4 people at a time could stand. For a 27 story condo that would tell you no one could enjoy the only water to be enjoyed in February. The condo itself was furnished with everything one could want on vacation. Elegant.

Absolutely beautiful views!
We loved our time here! Wonderful layout and so much room. The en suites are great! We loved the views but if you are hoping to spend a lot of time on the balcony - you might consider a lower level. The wind was so bad that we couldn’t enjoy the amazing balcony. It might have been the time of year, but it was windy! We loved the easy access to the beach and spent nearly our entire time in the sand. It was just a perfect place to relax and enjoy the holiday season! The only thing that we didn’t like was the pots and pans. But I think this is a normal thing at most Vrbo’s. We just went to Walmart and bought a couple new ones. Other than that it was perfect!

There were some things wrong when we first got there - leak under kitchen sink with a large bowl full of water catching the water- also the wet bar ice maker did not work - one chair on balcony broken - rust in one toilet. After sink and ice maker fixed, all was good. One problem with leaving - the door code was turned off before checkout time and we still needed to get back in. It was probably about 9:00 rather than 10:00. But we did have a great time! Condo was very nice!
