The check in process was very easy and the condo was very clean!

We enjoyed a covered parking spot and the sound of a creek rolling by.

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is very large and roomy, it was clean and had EVERYTHING you would need! The creek out on the back balcony was a favorite because you could hear it when the patio door was open and it was so relaxing 😌 We hope to stay there again next year!

Our second time at this condo. Great place. Roomy, nice balcony, close to downtown and easy to getvto other locations.

This place is awesome. Large Kitchen with breakfast nook. Great place for breakfast each morning. Speaking of the kitchen, it is fully equipped. Large comfy bedrooms and master has direct access to the balcony without having to go around to living room. Within walking distance from downtown, but it was a little farther than we prefer, but we didn't rent for access to downtown. Covered parking which we loved. In closing if you are looking for a great condo then you are at the right spot. Perfect for two or a family.

Great place to stay

Coming to the mountains is always therapeutic for us so we needed a few days away from Knoxville. Staying in one of Martha's condos at the Gatehouse is always a pleasure. It offers everything we need and you can't beat the location. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Martha!

This location was perfect for us. There were 4 adults and 2 teenagers in our group. This condo had plenty of space and we didn’t feel crowded. We had an event to attend at the convention center this past weekend, so this was a perfect location. I will definitely book again if it’s available next time. The owners were real easy to communicate with during the booking process.

Beautiful condo close to Gatlinburg. Very peaceful with a creek running behind unit that can be viewed from the balcony.

We were in Gatlinburg for a wedding. My husband, three grandchildren and myself stayed in your condo. The location was perfect for the venue and for going downtown. The condo was very well stocked and very clean. We would definitely book again.

We had such a great time. The balcony was beautiful, the entire condo is insanely pretty. Martha (the host) is such a nice lady and communicates so well. Instructions are super clear and easy to find and SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. It was so great. The view is amazing too. Definitely recommend staying here to anybody coming to visit. We will be back.

I’ll start by saying it was very clean. In addition, it was very spacious and the views from the large balcony were amazing! It’s definitely a great place to stay!

Pros 1. Location. Close enough to the strip to walk, but far enough that it’s not too busy or loud. The Roaring Fork Motor Trail finishes at the condo which is nice. 2. Cleanliness. Very clean. Good work by housekeeping. 3. Checkin. Received an email with access instructions the day before. No issues. We did not reach out to the host at all during our stay. 4. Bears. Our 11 month old loved all the stuffed bears in the condo. Literally all she wanted to play with. Cons 1. Lights at night. The front bedroom needs blackout curtains on all windows. The outdoor walkway light and front door light are essentially spotlights shining into the room. We brought our own suction cup blackout sheets after seeing another review, but the light was still so bright shining through any gaps. 2. Child safety. Although children are allowed in the condo, a few items could use attention to make the condo safer for littles. An item of concern included the dresser in the second bedroom. The floor or carpet padding angles the dresser several inches forward. If a child were to pull on down on the drawers it would easily fall, and it’s a heavy dresser. Consideration should be given to install an anchor. Cleaning products were accessible under the sink. We moved these to the closet during our stay. 3. Parking. Due to concrete pillar, right rear passenger can’t exit. Full size truck hard to park if another car is parked in adjacent spot. Guest parking pass for main lot was also provided.

The property is easy to find always clean I have stayed in 3 different condos in the last 3 years there and loved everyone that I stayed in ! It close to everything to do and shopping is like 10 minutes away . Would recommend these condos to everyone looking for a nice place to stay .

The condo is gorgeous and so clean and comfortable. We loved the wraparound porch. We saw two bears from the parking garage, an adult one passed by on the other side of the garage fence as we were coming back from dinner our first night. The next morning, as we were getting into our car, a young bear ran down the hill and through the river to the other side. We saw 5 more between the park and the the Roaring Forks Motor Trail.

Husband and I enjoyed our anniversary weekend in Gatlinburg. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. We only had two issues; the building alarm system sounding off several times and the elevator stopped working for a short while. Both were fixed right away. The location is relatively close to attractions, restaurants and shopping and a big plus, the trolly. We were there for four nights; wish we had stayed longer.

Property listed looked exactly like the pictures. Condo was easy to get to and loved being able to park in the garage underneath. Check in was super easy and the owners were fast and courteous when I asked questions or needed assistance. This was our first trip to Tennessee and it did not disappoint and will definitely come back and would even stay in this condo again. What’s the short distance to the downtown area which we loved. As a family of five we appreciated the washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen and everything the condo offered. Loved the balcony and the creek directly underneath of us, and listening to it in the evenings and morning and watching families play in it. The area was also nice that we were able to take morning/evening walks which we enjoyed while the girls are still sleeping would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was very nice. It was clean and was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed playing cards out on the balcony. Only suggestion would be for blackout curtains in the extra bedroom. The light from the stairwell made the bedroom not very dark.

Property was beautiful and in great shape. Views were amazing and condo had a good floor plan. Location was awesome as well. The owner was very nice and provided excellent communication. We will stay here again!! 😊

Absolutely wonderful. Exceptionally clean, spacious, well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The property manager was very informative and honest, as well as quick to respond to questions. This was our 2nd straight year in this unit. It WON'T be our last!
