Everything was perfect and wonderful!

These great hosts have done a wonderful job of creating an amazing get-away beach house that has everything anyone would need for a quiet, restful & peaceful vacation, including a private pool & close beach access. We had a great time & plan to come back.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with this vacation home! We felt very comfortable, it was so cozy and clean! The pool was amazing, it was like a tropical oasis. We thought the location was perfect, stores and restaurants (and most importantly - the beach!) were within short walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book this place! We can’t wait for the opportunity to go back, it is a wonderful and secluded slice of paradise!

This perfect little cottage is definitely a couples cottage. Very cute, clean and accommodating.

We felt welcome the very minute we stepped into this beautiful little beach house!! The touches to welcome us were so nice. The hosts provided their contact information and when I texted them to let them know we were there they answered promptly with a very friendly reply. The location is perfect since it is a one block walk to the beach and a little over a block walk to the free trolley pickup. It is also very close to a grocery store and within walking distance of several excellent small restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and was stocked with everything we could possibly have wanted. The private pool is gorgeous!! The Best Little Beach House is truly a slice of paradise!!

Thrilled to be able to stay another week. See below for previous review. Let me just recommend some great eating spots. Two are walkable: Skinny’s and La Creperie. In Cortez: Starfish. At the north end of LBK: Shore Diner. All different, all really good.

We come down every year and always have a great time. The house is perfect for us and you can’t beat that private pool. It’s a quick walk to the beach and shops. Thank you Carolyn!

The best little beach house lives up to its name. It is a perfect place for a couple. The cottage is clean, well- appointed in a convenient location.

Everything was perfect. The location was great; an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well supplied, instructions were simple and clear, and the pool was delightful.

The pool is a great plus,as is the sound of the little waterfall going into it. Carolyn was very good at communicating. Great kitchen with everything you need. Close to grocery store and very close to the beach. Carolyn provides beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and a wagon to take it all to the beach! A lovely stay!

By far "The Best Little Beach House" not only on Anna Maria but in all of Fld.! Enjoyed our stay again this year. The pool was perfect water temperature to go along with the perfect weather.

Having enjoyed this property in the past, we were not at all disappointed with anything. As always it is a charming little beach house with all the amenities and wonderful hosts.

A sweet, charming house for two with thoughtful details that made our stay calm and comfortable.

House is very clean, has everything you need for a nice vacation. From all the inside necessities to beach chairs, coolers, and even some sun screen! The only thing we bought was a small blanket to use on the couch while watching TV. The place is centrally located to stores and 3 minute walk to the beach. The small pool with outside furniture was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend for a couple. We loved it!

The house is just perfect for 2! It has everything you could ever need and the short walk to the beach is amazing. We have stayed on AMI many times and this little house is one of our favorites!

This was my 3rd time at the Beach House, and it's just as beautiful as the 1st time. Location is perfect, house is immaculate and has everything one could need - down to the smallest detail. The pool and backyard area is adorable. Carolyn and Joe saw to every detail and are super responsive to address any questions. We will definitely be back again!

The house was PERFECT! Very clean and great location. Walk just a couple minutes to the beach which was gorgeous. House also has a private pool that was great. Honestly for a couple you couldnt get any better.

It really is the best little beach house. Very clean. Had everything we needed Close to everything The pool was wonderful. We are spoiled now and prob will never be able to stay anywhere else. The only thing that would make it better is if I could bring my cat with me 😀

Truly magnificent property for that first, second, or umpteenth honeymoon. Location is perfect for beach access during the day & at sunset, plus the pool offers a serene spot during the hotter parts of the day. Inside, it was obvious Carolyn took time creating a decor that offered calmness and relaxation. Couldn't ask for a better spot or property. And in case you're a pizza dork while visiting the beach, check out Pizza Social. Great pies and even better staff.

We loved the best little beach house; everything we hoped plus some. Host really thoughtful and cares about each guest. We would love to comeback some day.

This was our second stay the BLB and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Aside from how close it is to the beach, shopping & restaurants, there is still a lot of privacy. The house is the perfect size for my husband and I, and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the morning or evening. The place is spotless and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Carolyn texted when the rental was available for check-in, in case we arrived to the island early, which I though was very nice! I can't wait for our next visit to Anna Maria Island and BLB!!!

This was an AMAZING trip! We loved everything about this prefect little beach house, from the pool, beach location ( just a 2 min walk) , to all the great restaurants within a 10min drive. We will definitely be coming back!
