Great location and value!

This was the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to local hiking spot. The place was amazing and the host is so easy and great to work with. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great location within walking distance to Main Street. The studio worked well as a parent helping my MSU student get re-settled for another school year. Easy and timely communication with Kent, the owner. The property is as described.

This upper apartment was a diamond in the rough. A block from downtown where restaurants and shopping are, 10 minute drive tohiking the Gallitin National Forest. The apartment was equipped with all what one would need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Bozeman.

Great location, within walking distance to downtown attractions, shops, and restaurants. The suite was very comfortable and had everything we needed and then some.

We loved Kent's little place and it is actually more spacious than the photos show. Very clean, lots of windows and natural light. One block off of Main street and good coffee is nearby. Bed was huge, but a little too soft (memory foam) for our tastes. Very nice!

This quirky little suite was a perfect location to experience downtown Bozeman. My only issue was not having a stove. However, we wandered to a nearby Coop for a few basics and thoroughly enjoyed the huge selection of local restaurants. Parking is a premium in this neighborhood so cherish that spot out back. I should also mention the wonderful bed....I. will miss that bed terribly. The locals were extremely friendly.... we had a great time.

The property was clean and beautiful! It was extremely easy to get into, along with using every item in the apartment. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Kent was an outstanding landlord, if we go back to bozeman we would stay there without a doubt.

Wonderful suite one block off Main in Bozeman. Definitely worth the cost, Kent was so friendly and we could walk to numerous restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable loft a block from the Main Street. The loft has everything you need with the convenience of walking to downtown. I would highly recommend.

I had almost a week stay in Bozeman to visit my family, ski, hike and explore. Kent’s little studio above the garage was an easy place to stay. The place was central to town but quite, clean and comfortable. The bed was just right. Even the in-floor heating gave the right feel to the room. The fact that you can store your sports gear on the main floor is a real bonus. I didn’t notice he ski boot heater until after I had skiied, so I’ll use it next time. The sink that is shared by the kitchen and bathroom took a bit to get used to, but everything one needed to be comfortable is there.

Kent's place was very clean and was perfect for experiencing all Bozeman has to offer. Some great restaurants, shops and bars are all with in a few blocks which make it perfect if you don't have a car. Many other attractions are only a short uber/lyft ride away. I would definitely stay at Kent's place again when traveling to Bozeman!

The property was well kept and surpassed all of our expectations.

The flat was perfect for staying in a couple nights, walking distance to downtown. The parking situation is kind of tight and a little slick , but that is winter in the Rockies for you, so bring at least an all wheel vehicle. There is a storage area for skis and boards, so you don't have to keep them in your car! Highly reccomend!

Loved the home! I came up for a Bobcat playoff game (they won!) and it was the perfect place to stay. I didn't have a car so everything was easy to access downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Very, very comfortable bed! Kent was very responsive and made sure everything was good with my stay.

Perfect for downtown renters with an easy walk to Main Street. Owner was very accessible. First time we have rented without a full kitchen, but the basics were there. Refrigerator toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and purified water to make it easy for breakfast. Main Street has so many choices for lunch and dinner. We don't need a TV all the time and the "haunted" TV was fine with us. Seems that there is limited coverage but we liked not having it available. Lots of good reading material for the area. We saw CD's of movies under the desk but we didn't plug them in. Nice desk, and small table were perfect. Bath had a fast immediate hot water access. The apt uses floor heating, and easy control. There was a storage area that offered items that we might need... but we did not need to open the door, but for someone needing "extras' it's a nice touchl. Good for winter visitors...Equipment can be stored downstairs. Would recommend it highly...Owner is thoughtful and can tell you about the area We enjoyed meeting Kent the owner who made a visit to meet us when we first arrived. L & J ..Late October 2018
