22A Hali'i Kai was super clean in every way (no bugs), comfy beds and pillows, nice furniture, great lanai, plenty of beach chairs and fun toys to use. Hosts and property manager were kind and helpful. We have been coming to the Big Island for 15+ years and this was by far our most favorite unit and neighborhood. We can't wait to return.

First of all, Gail and Thomas are amazing hosts! They were so flexible, quick to respond and welcoming! The condo was perfectly clean and beautiful! We would love to come back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this fabulous condo! It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Thomas and Gail are excellent hosts! They were so responsive to questions and provided me with useful and valuable information about the area. After full days at the nearby beaches and exploring the Island, we would catch the beautiful sunsets and enjoy dinner at the Ocean Club most evenings. The food was excellent and there was live music. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to the Big Island.

Halii Kai 22A is fantastic, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to a future visit. The unit hits on every level for comfort, amenities, location, excellent user notes and directions for guests (the light switches and remotes. are all labeled). Strongly recommend this unit if you’re looking for a beautiful, we’ll-kept worry-free condo during a Hawaii visit.

My friends and I just returned from a weeks stay at Halii Kai, condo 22A. It’s in a great location, close to all activities in Waikoloa. The grounds are beautiful. The condo is spacious and well maintained. It was very peaceful and quiet. Our hosts were easy to communicate with. The sunset views from the pool area are awesome.

Lovely unit for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything needed. Towels were plush and bedding was comfortable… slept very well! Well stocked with beach chairs, towels etc for guests. Property was well maintained. The balcony overlooks a beautiful courtyard! ( with a turkey who calls it home). The pool and restaurant area were so very beautiful. Loved sitting amongst the gardens and especially loved that the views of the ocean were spectacular. The food at the restaurant were some of the best we had. Because of weather had to cancel a Christmas stay with family on the island, so brought friends and enjoyed it in Sept. Wonderful place to stay. Plan to do it again in the same condo.

Very well kept and updated property with all amenities described. Comfortable beds; nice linens and there wasn’t one thing that we needed that this property didn’t have. Excellent area close to shops, beaches, and restaurants with local fare. Sunsets from the Beach Club poolside are stunning. There is no way to describe the views that will do it justice. Will definitely book again without hesitation. Heaven on earth! There was no need to contact anyone during our stay, however prior to check in and when we texted to let them know we were sadly leaving…they responded almost immediately. Thanks Tom & Gail. Now back to reality!!

My husband and I went for our 10yr anniversary, wanting a quiet place but with enough to do to keep us busy. This place was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved walking down to the pool and fitness center, which had beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were all friendly. We had a wonderful vacation and are already planning to come back with our kids.

We have stayed at this property twice and love the location. The owners are wonderful with the check in process and the property is great for a family of 4.

This was our first visit to HI. We wanted something really nice that made the event feel special. 22D absolutely met those expectations. The unit is very clean and cozy. Wish we could have stayed longer. I would suggest a chaise lounger on the deck…or chairs that recline. We sat out back a lot, and wished we could recline at times. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent accommodations that were better than described. Roomy condo, great lanai views in a quiet gated community. Amazing sunsets from the pool area. Host were friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had an incredible trip to the big island.

We loved 22A! The balcony has a great view of the grounds and the beds were comfortable. It was VERY clean and well kept. The pool area was super nice and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is if you are staying in the guest bedroom to make sure the blinds are shut during the day. My kids got a bit hot in there even with the AC on. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. This breeze was lovely. Plenty of beach items. The private pool is great. Highly recommend a cocktail and sunset. Location is great. Our kids enjoyed having their own queen beds. Owner communication is excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Very spacious and nicely furnished property that provided the perfect respite for our family. There are two big bedrooms, high-end kitchen and master bath, and a veranda overlooking the grounds where we ate most of our meals. The perfect spot to explore the beaches and snorkeling on the north side!

Extremely impressed with the community, the clubhouse and pool staff, and convenient location to everything. We'll definitely be back! And our host was extremely responsive and helpful.

The property was perfect - they even provided a pack and play for our baby! Highly recommend.

In short, this is exactly what we wanted:safe, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of beach items for use and perfect for what we needed. Nice gym with peloton bikes, peaceful pool and comfortable space. The lanai faces a green space and other condos which allows for noise to carry and was a bit disrupting to the otherwise peaceful time but was a minor annoyance among an otherwise lovely stay.

Property was as advertised. We will definitely be back.

This is our second time renting this unit and this year was even better than the first time. Location is unbeatable. Apartment is well-equipped and communication with owner was easy, timely, and thorough. What’s not to love? Nothing that I can think of.

This clean, well equipped condo was a lovely retreat for a week. The lanai faces a landscaped common area that is a bird haven. The owners were responsive and gracious. Don't miss the club house for a delicious meal!

I couldn’t recommend this property any more highly! This is our fourth stay at Hali’i Kai and we’ve already planned our next. This particular unit is beautiful and nicely located.

Fantastic stay on the big island. The condo was exactly as described, but even better! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (maybe add a measuring cup), lots of beach gear for our use, plenty of space, and gorgeous garden view from the lanai. Spent quite a bit of time at the Ocean Club enjoying the pool, drinks from the bar, delicious and reasonably priced food at the grill, and unforgettable sunsets. Would love to stay here again! My husband & I absolutely loved staying at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Big Island. The kitchen was well stocked & had every utensil we needed to make dinner at home every night. There was a closet full of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats, and a cooler. The resort, Hali i Kai, is beautiful. The pool & Ocean Club restaurant & bar were our favorite place to watch the sunset. We’ve stayed at many different places in Waikoloa Village, and this was by far our favorite place. Very clean, nicely decorated, Tom & Gail were fantastic hosts & easily accessible. We will definitely be back next January, and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo and grounds. Truly felt like an escape to paradise. Watching the sunset at the beach club is a must. Will definitely return in the future!

The pool and bar at the property are top Notch! Very good food and drinks and views of the ocean. The rooms were very nice - comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Property was beautiful and well maintained. Would absolutely recommend!

My stay at Hali Kai was very nice. The unit was very nice. The bed was comfy! It was nice to have such a beautiful amenities center plus there is a restaurant there as well. I ended just being there alone as my husband became Ill before our trip. So I felt very safe there staying alone. Thanks for sharing you lovely place. Louise

Unit 22 in Hali’i Kai is fantastic! We spent 13 beautiful days there and hope to return next year. The unit is equipped with everything you need including a rice cooker and slow cooker! We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food with an amazing view. We highly recommend this rental - just leave some time for us!

This condo is in a very nice complex and is well appointed with everything needed to make it comfortable. The master bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in in a rental! It is convenient to the road, but rather far from the pool/restaurant for us Seniors to walk. Overall an A rating.

The Hali i Kai community is very quiet. It is located close by the best beaches in big island. In the evening was really quiet and the beach club was really nice to take some sun and rest in the jacuzzi. Thomas and Gail were really nice and answer to me all my questions. If I will go to Hawaii again, for sure I would like to repeate the experience. Mahalo
