Can't say enough about the owner, the property and the location! 5 stars all around. Comfortable beds, all the cooking utensils you would need (we cooked in every night) and amazing view! Great safe neighborhood right down the street from great golf course restaurant/bar. Owner has excellent communication and let us in early and stay late. Don't miss this place! Its a steal!

We loved the property! There was a golf course and mountain views with a fire pit outside to sit by. The inside was great and had plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen items. It is really a great house and good for families.

The house was incredible. Such a great space to be together as a group And the kids couldn’t have been more excited to have their space in the loft. Property manager was so accommodating to our needs which made the stay even better. We were lucky enough to catch some snow the last day and went sledding just outside the house. Highly recommend as this was a perfect stay!!!!

We enjoyed our stay ~ the property is as-pictured, had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable for a group of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids). The owner was lovely and communicated great, both before and after our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This property sits on the 18th fairway of a golf course whose views are majestic. The mountain in the background compliments the array of beauty you can see from the large windows in the home. The host, Sophia, was nothing but amazing! This home cuts no corners, from the beautiful decor to the nicely stocked kitchen and wine fridge (not stocked with wine ;) the notice to detail was inquisitive. We had 6 ladies join us, and wished the hot tub was bigger (maybe only fit for 2-3), which we felt should be bigger, but felt perhaps there was a reason for its quaintness. The walk to the clubhouse was wonderful! It has the best patio in town and the food and drinks were lovely. If we ever came back, we all said we stay here again. It was wonderful! Everything you want a VRBO to be!

We stayed here for 5 days as a family of 8 people with ages ranging from less than a year old to senior and we absolutely loved the whole experience. The house was homey, spacious and clean and everything was provided for in abundance. Lots of extra towels, linen, garbage bags, fully stocked kitchen and basically anything else you might need. The service was top notch as well as Sophia made sure to reach out to us before we arrived and was responsive and super nice throughout. There were lots of games for family entertainment and the views were spectacular too. Highly recommended!

Great house we'll certainly look to book in the future. Enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub!

This home was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing! Very light and bright, tons of windows and a great location! House was well stocked and the beds were so comfy! Sophia was great to work with and we would definitely stay again!

Our family spent 5 days at this house and it was great! It worked out perfectly for 4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 6-15. Sophia was fantastic to work with, she responded almost immediately, and she even made recommendations for local restaurants that we tried. When we come back to Flagstaff, we will definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything was outstanding and I would return again if I was ever out there. The owner was so helpful and on call if you needed anything (like hitting the power strip) which turned the WIFI off. It's a beautiful home and held 6 adults and 2 teenagers and we all had plenty of space. Backs to a golf course with awesome views.

My family had a fantastic stay at this Flagstaff home. It had everything we needed and the spaces were perfect for my family. We were sad that we picked a year with no snow but we made the best of it anyways! Lots of attention to detail and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Home was in great condition and pictures are up to date. Home has all the extras you need. Lots of cups and plates and cooking pots and pans. Lots of extra blankets and pillows and towels. We went for Christmas week and had children with us and the home is great for family and kids. Loft is amazing space for kids to get away and hang out. Home really was great and owner was great as well. Let us check in early as soon as cleaners left and let us check out late as the cleaners were not set to show up till afternoon. It had everything we needed, and seating for all. We loved the neighborhood and gorgeous views of the golf course and mountains. The living room couch and chairs were so comfortable and there were enough for our large group to sit and watch the parade and games. I have been in more than one rental that had inadequate and uncomfortable seating and it's a major detractions. Sophia also informed us we could arrive early and checkout late due to calendar openings around our visit. Many owners wouldn't bother extending the offer, and since we could check out late, we enjoyed a night on the town. Can't wait to come back! Don't hesitate to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We entered the house to find a bottle of wine and a bag of Tate's cookies waiting for us. The house was immaculate. It is very well stocked with dishes, silverware, towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable, and it was so quiet and peaceful at night. Flagstaff was a great base location. We enjoyed seeing Walnut Canyon, Picture Canyon, and the Lava River Cave tube (bring your flashlight!). We had 2 great dinners at Tinderbox Kitchen and Brix in town, but also enjoyed cooking at the house. The weather was quite windy and cool, but we still enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We took wonderful day trips to Sedona ( 1 hour away), and did some great hikes. We also took a trip to the Grand Canyon (1 1/2 hours away). We even drove to the Meteor Crater, which is really quite interesting. Sophia, our local contact, was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this home.

We booked this home for a belated Family Christmas...it was absolutely perfect. The home was extremely well kept and clean. Beautiful home and just the right fit for our family. The upstairs loft was the perfect gathering place for movie night. We were even more lucky that it snowed during the weekend and so were able to make use of the hill right on the side of the home and the sleds provided. My family loved the home so much they are ready to book again for next year :-)

Excellent house for a family gathering- anything you would need is available for you use - the owner goes beyond to make sure all your needs are met
