The home had so many things broken in it that I do not have room to list them. Non of the amenities worked. Complaints made and ignored.

The house has some good qualities and some not so great qualities. It is a fantastic space for large groups. There are two bunk rooms downstairs that sleep 6 people each. The middle floor is completely open with the kitchen, dining area, and living area - a fantastic space to hang out and enjoy each other. The top floor has two master suites. They each have their own bathroom but the bathrooms have zero privacy. One has no door on the toilet area and the glass shower is open to the entire bedroom. The other suite has a glass door on the bathroom which doesn’t provide any privacy either. We ended up hanging a sheet over that door. The house is run down a bit. A leaking kitchen sink, broken blinds, chipped paint, rotted wood on the balconies. There was also very limited silverware for a large group. And the cleaning could have been better. Dust on the window sills, a crusty stain on a comforter, and several carpet stains. The house was OK and met the needs of our groups with the exception of the stove/oven which was unusable due to being out of propane. We were notified the morning of our check-in that we would not have a working oven/stove and they did provide hot plates and a toaster oven. However, it is extremely difficult to cook for a large group using a toaster oven. I called the helpline several times to address this problem and each time they told me they would return my call in a few hours. They never did. On the final day of our week long trip they refunded me a portion of our rental cost. We contacted them regarding a poor internet connection and opening a sliding wall door - they never returned those calls either. The house was OK - but I will not be booking through Vacasa in the future. I have used several vacation rental companies in the past and this was by far the worst experience I have had in a rental.

The house is nice, kitchen is well equipped. The bottom level bedrooms never got warm. No view of the ocean. Balconys need repaired.

The house was just a block from the beach in a great location with plenty of parking and pretty spacious inside. It needs a very extensive makeover. The porcelain towel rack upstairs completely fell off the wall, the dishwashers are outdated, the shower door downstairs feel off it’s hinges, the bathroom off the kitchen has a completely open window to the kitchen above the door, etc. We managed for two nights but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

This house need repairs, water stains on the ceiling from a water leak. Bathroom trim and blinds were terrible. Found a spider in an upstairs bed. Killed a huge spider in the kitchen. House needs fumigation. The washer and dryer both need replaced. Soggy clothes and the poor dryer took forever to dry wet clothes. Location was excellent. Property owner needs to do repairs and paint to bring this house up to standards for the price charged. The layout of the house was perfect for our large family group.

If you are looking for a big house to fit all of your family/friends than this place is good for that. Sadly, during our stay, there was a gas leak from the stove which was filling up the whole kitchen and living room area. We called to get someone to come take a look- the maintenance guy came, said this has been an issue for years and the owners refuse to fix or replace the stove. We ended up leaving the door in the kitchen and all of the windows open for the remainder of our time spent, as we had no place else to go that could accommodate our large party and they didn’t fix the leak. There are hardly any blinds or options to cover the windows with lots of houses all around you so it feels like there is hardly any privacy at times. Other than that, very lovely and spacious home. If they touched up a few little issues throughout the home, it would be perfect!

Big home, great for what we needed, clean and had lots more items to cook and clean then we expected :)

The house is flexible. If you want to host a number of people beyond a family this works well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. The access to the beach is just a short jaunt away. We were lucky enough to build a fire on the beach, and it didn't take much effort to get down there. The only thing I can knock the house on is privacy. Each of the masters at top don't have complete privacy as the walls have empty spaces above the doors. The only feedback I'd give is Vacasa should add some 9V batteries. One of the smoke detectors rant out of juice at 11:30PM and had to disconnect it to sleep in one of the rooms. We would have happily changed the battery but none existed. There was also only one dishwasher pod but two dishwashers. We bought some to leave at the house. Overall the house is great and would stay again. We were really happy with the communication from Vacasa and the status of the house. Hope we can work with them again.

The main floor gave my friends and me a great place to hang out while at the house. Only a minute's walk from the beach, which was a huge plus that I didn't consider when booking the house.

This house is so close to the beach! The house is very big, but really quirky. The downstairs has 2 rooms that each have 2 sets of bunkbeds and a full size bed. Very tight but worked for the kids. Definitely not for adults. Also, the lighting downstairs was horrible, so the kids thought that it was very "creepy." The kitchen is AMAZING and we loved the open concept so that we could all comfortably hang out in the same area of the house. The upstairs bedrooms are huge but there is so much wasted space and a very interesting choice of layout for both. Also, we were happy that we brought our Fire Stick since we found out when we got there, that there isn't cable. We needed to watch football! Overall, it was a great trip...just a quirky, clean, giant beach house right by the ocean.

Overall, it’s a good house for the money but definitely has its quirks. The only door that locked in the entire house was the downstairs bathroom, all others locks didn’t work. The front door could even be pushed open if not secured by additional locks that were hard to find. The upstairs master bedroom has everything in one room including the bed, shower, and toilet. For a couple it might be cool, but we were just a group of friends so it was virtually unusable. Also, the bed sheets were dirty upon our arrival so we had to wash them ourselves. Overall we had a good time though! Decent house for the cost.

Big house with lots of rooms and space.

Lots of space in this home. The upstairs master suites would be more functional if there were cots or trundle beds. Our only complaint was that no check out time was specified in any communication, and rude cleaning staff confronted children in our party, rather than an adult, about check out time.

Loved the 2 dishwashers and 2 microwaves in kitchen. Loved the big family room. Sooo close to the beach.

House was ok, close to the beach. Not a good place for little kids, unless you bring a couple baby gates. House needs some updating, and since better cleaning. Overall not bad though.

The whole house definitely need an update with bathroom door not locking, TV not working, wall and window are dirty. Now the very bad. Blood stain on the walls in the half bathroom. The house was large enough for a multiple family stay. It was clean, but some things in the house seemed a bit outdated. Also quick beach access! Overall a great experience!

This house was so amazing!!!! The huge living room and kitchen made for an awesome hang out place and the bedrooms were so nice! 10/10! Me and my crew will be back again soon:)

The house was clean and in a very nice area. The house is very open so you can hear everything. Everything.

So nice and close to the beach

The house was beautiful, clean, with space for everyone. The couches have been updated, the top floor suites are huge, and even though you don't have an ocean view (besides the peek from upstairs), the beach is less than a minute away.

We loved the design of the house. It almost feels like we are in a different country. We loved how close we are to the beach. However, little to no cleaning was done to the house. Very dirty. Felt everything was gross. Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. There’s no locks on any door which is unfortunately when sharing the house. The gas stove release a strong oder of gas, we had to contact the owner. I’m very upset with the cleaning done with this house. The basement has two rooms and they’re very creepy. A lot of dusting has to be done! The fan is completely covered in grease and dust, it’s disgusting to look at!!

Plenty plenty plenty of space. Very open space with lots of windows for light. I would recommend that it gets a little maintenance. New blinds, clean out the dead bugs and ceiling fans. Other than that super.

This house did fit my huge family. Although it needs major update. was kind of disappointed when we walked in a saw the couches were really old and tear on them. Kids didn't want to sit on the couches they felt gross out! The heater in the living room didn't work everyone was freezing but good thing we brought a lot of blanket. Loved the kitchen but sadly it wasn't very comfortable stay.
