The house was everything we expected and then some! Beth and Ken were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed, helped us figure out the best place to park the trailer and bikes and even gave us some pointers for our rides. The house was great and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of riding. We will definitely be back!!

I stayed with my spouse, my elderly parents and aunt and uncle. The only issue we had was that the freezer and refrigerator weren’t working properly. The host was responsive to the problem and had someone come to fix it.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ferguson House. It was very clean and comfortable. The landscaping and backyard were beautiful! I would highly recommend it.

Property was easy to get in and out of. House was clean and just as described. Owners were awesome. Had one rider crash on a ride. They even helped us bike get back on the road she the rider could ride it back home. Luckily wasnt to bad of a crash. They were very freindly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this Property

House was immaculate, and very cozy! We were riding motorcycles in the area and found this home in Maggie Valley which was close (with in) 1 hour of most of the popular rides in the area! We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area again!

Very nice, well appointed home. Beautiful back seating area, well equipped kitchen. Cozy, wood paneled, gas stove in kitchen seating area, lots of space for visiting with family. No master suite but 2 good sized bathrooms shared by 4 bedrooms.

What a wonderful home! The grounds are amazing and the home is very comfortable. It is very well stocked with what you need to have meals there (we made all of our dinners). Comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely rent again if/when we go back to the area.

We were on vacation but we had to be quiet from 10:00 pm on, because of the surrounding houses. All we wanted to do was enjoy my birthday party by listening to music and dance in the driveway. While having a few drinks. The add does not show anything around this property. We did not expect to be woken up by construction work right next door or have a mowing crew coming in while we are sitting outside eating lunch and trying to talk. The owner could have told us they were coming so we could make other arrangements.

Enjoyed a great week motorcycling in the Maggie Valley area. This house was clean and centrally located to many motorcycle routes and local restaurants. Easy access for bikes and trailer. The hot tub was a big plus! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was great!
Highlights: Great hosts! Beth made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was centralized for all our rides. Set up of the house was great for 4 people. Back yard was small, but very quaint and the hot tub was a bonus.
Not lowlight, because there really wasn’t much, but things to note for other renters. Sitting on the front porch, lots of road noise. Shelter area for the bikes was a little too dangerous because rain had washed out some soil making it a big drop off from the road. However Beth let us park in some of her spots to accommodate.
Overall a great place. Will stay there again if we go back with 4 or less. I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 guys as the bunk bed is kid sized, and a 5th would have to sleep in the sunroom, which wouldn’t be ideal.
This is a great rental for the price for buddies to stay and ride everyday!

Plenty of room for family! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space. Very comfortable living room with lots of couch space. Bedrooms were perfect. The kids loved the bunk room and sun room. The yard was beautiful and the back yard was so relaxing while in the hot tub. The basement had a foosball table. There was a washer and dryer was also in the basement. We even had a flock of turkeys go by a few times. Convenient to town and activities. We highly recommend staying here!

This was a perfect home for my friends and I for a girls weekend. Great location, easy access in and out of the drive way during winter weather. The Italian restaurant, Frankie’s, was delicious and so close. You are right off the main road but you don’t realize it once your in the home. Will definitely stay again.

Great family location!
My family and I had a wonderful week here celebrating my brother’s 60th birthday! The house was beautiful and perfect to be able gather and eat. The location was centrally located and very close to restaurants and sightseeing! Thanks Beth and Ken!!

Location, location, location
We stayed in Maggie Valley for a motorcycle getaway and chose this property for its easy access to popular routes. The three of us were very impressed with the house itself; clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything you may need including an outdoor grill. However, we never prepared a meal there because a short walk was an excellent restaurant for dinner, where we were each night, and on the way out for our rides were plenty of breakfast options.
We did utilize the jacuzzi after our rides as well as the fire pit.
Additionally, the property also had a covered area for our motorcycles which was needed a couple of days due to rain.
The owners, Beth and Ken, were amazing, answering any questions and eager to help in any way.
We would definitely stay here again.

Maggie Valley Family getaway
The property was perfect.The owner was very accommodating and even offered us a early check in after a long red eye flight.Beds were comfortable.House was well stocked,and clean.The hot tub was a fabulous way to end a long day of travel.The front porch was amazing to sit out in the morning with a cup of coffee and stare off into the mountains.Would love to stay again !

Lovely property in a great location
We had never been to Maggie Valley but we were charmed! The house is in a great location, close to the National Park with easy access to nearby towns and shopping. The place was spacious, clean, and had plenty of places for our group to congregate and relax. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking!

Fully stocked and easy access
The Ferguson house was the most well stocked Airbnb I’ve stayed in and very conveniently located with easy access to nearby hiking. The kids enjoyed the hot tub after hikes and waterfall cold water swims. The outdoor space was very cute and provided a nice atmosphere. The hosts Beth and Ken are very friendly and hospitable. We will definitely visit their properties again.
