My husband and I recently had an awesome 7 night stay at this wonderful quaint home in OCC. The location is great, within minutes and walking distance to stroll the main streets of OCC, visit great restaurants, breweries, fly shops, etc. It's a great hub for day trips into the Mountains, Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, Leadville, Breckenridge, Deckers, etc. Also, minutes to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Broadmoor, Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo and other great attractions in this beautiful area. The hosts, John and Beth, were absolutely the best! There communication was great and really fast. I asked many questions and asked opinions on restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and they were happy to assist. Always very helpful and timely! The home is very, very clean, we felt so right at home! Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We absolutely loved the front porch for evening drinks and morning coffee. A very, very quiet neighborhood with locals walking in the mornings and offering a friendly wave and Good Morning! The off street parking is very nice too. The beds were great, with Purple mattresses, we slept well. A wonderful home to stay, we will definately be back, we truly enjoyed the home and highly recommend. This house is located near many of the areas attractions - Pikes Peak, Manitou Cliff Dwellers, and Garden of the Gods, to name a few. Nice older home, but only one bathroom. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This cute house was absolutely perfect in every way! Enjoyed walking to Old Colorado City’s downtown. The outside patio in the back of the house was so relaxing. Quiet little neighborhood. The checkin was without a hitch and each time I reached out to the owners, (before and during) our stay they responded quickly. Would definitely recommend this house!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, clean and well stocked. Great location. It was perfect for everything we were doing (within 15 minutes of virtually everything) and a very short walk to so many things in Old Colorado City. It has an awesome front porch. We spent a lot of time enjoying it in the early mornings and evenings. Beth & John communicated well with us while we were there. We would definitely stay there again.

nice front yard in rock designs. front porch sitting time was good. Nice family neighborhood. Good selection of tv to watch. Close to main throughfare. would have been nice to be able to use back yard, overgrown, not cared for months. Overall great place to stay.

The owners were extremely accommodating & communicated quickly. We loved the sweet street and neighborhood so close to Colorado Avenue and Old Colorado Springs area. Were able to walk to shops and restaurants and the location was 10 to 15 minutes away from all attractions we were visiting. We loved morning coffee on the front porch and the large family room for evening movies. The kitchen was very clean and met our needs. We will consider staying here again!

Great neighborhood! Just a couple of blocks to downtown Old Colorado City with fantastic stores and restaurants. We lucked out and they were having a farmers market - great food and craft vendors. Perfect for going to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. House was clean and unique. Thank you!

Our stay at the house was very enjoyable. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived. We contacted the host and they were taken care of the next day. We liked the house and the neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again.

The house was perfect for our stay. Nice setup in the house, I had to work one morning and the little area in the kitchen was perfect - quiet and away from the living area and a beautiful mountain view. The house was clean, convenient and nicely appointed, I highly recommend it and the owners were very communicative and even told us we could get in earlier since the house was ready early.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location, off street parking, responsive management. What more do you need? We would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our vacation. Super cute neighborhood and walking distance to the main street with lots of options for food, shopping & drinks. We had plenty of space to relax, eat & play with our 9-month old.

This was a perfect location for our girls trip to do the Manitou Incline. The house is adorable, close to downtown Old Colorado City with easy access to the highway to Manitou Springs. Lots of information in the house about the area and fantastic restaurant recommendations. We loved it!

We loved our stay here. Tucked away in a little neighborhood only a few blocks from Old Colorado City, this house was perfect for the four of us. Perfectly appointed kitchen and living areas, comfortable, and just plain charming. This was the final leg of our Colorado trek. Its laid-back vibe was just what we needed to slow down, relax and regroup for our long drive home. Getting tired of restaurants, we barbequed and my wife made brownies. Great memories. Beth and John were great hosts. During our stay, I had a couple of questions and they responded within minutes. If we come back to Colorado Springs, we would definitely return to this great place.

We stayed in this lovely VRBO at the end of March for a couple of days while I visited my brother who lives in Colorado Springs. Then it was off to Keystone for the rest of our Spring Break. This home is absolutely adorable and within walking distance to Old Colorado City's main strip. We walked to The Mason Jar for lunch which was delicious and enjoyed all the shops on our way back to the house. We enjoyed a family dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating. We enjoyed cocktails in the outside seating area in the backyard. The area/home was quite and free of road traffic. We definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area..

We had a great time staying at this cute house in Colorado Springs. They had everything you would need and the house was clean and very cute. It is in a great location very close to shops in Old Colorado City and also not far from Manitou Springs. I would definitely stay here again.

House was spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had were a bunch of spiders in the bathroom and one very large (half dollar size) in the living room upon arrival. Otherwise it was great. Nice location, roomy, and convenient. The second morning there we had two deer in the front yard. We would stay here again!

Walking distance to the best shops and restaurants. Short drive to the entrance of Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and many other attractions. Enjoyed our stay.

This was a lovely property in a great location. It’s in walking distance from shops and restaurants but feels nestles away in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The bedding and towels are soft and smell great. Though we didn’t cook much, but the kitchen is very well stocked to make meals. The property is well maintained, and we loved sitting on the front porch. Beth was responsive to my texts and very helpful.

The owner of this property has thought of everything a renter might need from fresh towels in bathroom to condiments! A lovely outside area, barbecue grill and implements needed to use it!

Excellent time.. This property is at a perfect location. Within 15-20 minutes from a lot of attractions that we visited. Perfect size house for me, my wife and our 19 year old son

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is so quaint and clean! We had everything we needed for our stay. The house is also within walking distance to Old Colorado City dining and shops. Also, Pikes Peak is a short drive away Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway!

This was a wonderful house just the right size. Had everything needed for cooking. The house was comfortable. We loved the front porch and the walk down to old colorado. The is situated 15-30minutes to attractions. John and Beth are great my husband is electronically challenged so they had to stop by to show him how to work tv. I appreciated that. Overall I would rate house a 10. I would recommend it to anyone.
