December on Nantucket is exquisite. The perfect holiday respite while our home was being renovated.

We had a wonderful stay at Jodi's place. The house looks brand new inside and was kept in great condition. A pleasant walk to town and also an easy walk or drive to places mid-island. Easy drive to the different beaches. Jodi was a pleasure to work with - she reached out before we arrived and was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing and Jodi was an absolute pleasure to work with. Perfect location given its proximity to town and walking distance to pretty much anything you want to do. Back yard gardens were amazing and the we had a phenomenal experience. Would absolutely rent this house again.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this tastefully decorated, well stocked home. It’s a picture perfect near-town Nantucket experience. Our family of 5, which included 2 teens and a 4 year old, had a great time. The teens (typically hard to please) were happy to be able to walk to town whenever they wished and the youngest loved all the beaches which are about 5 minutes away. The grocery store is 2 minutes away. There’s even a playground walking distance down the street. Jodi is a breeze to work with. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Jodi's beautiful home! Jodi was so easy to stay in touch with, the house was beautiful decorated, spacious and had everything you could ever need. We loved hanging out on the deck with our morning coffee and in the evenings grilling out.

This property was great! It was easily walkable to downtown (13ish minutes) and a quick drive to all the beaches. It was truly a great location to explore the island. Jodi was also great to work with. She was very informative and attentive and her house is pristine. All in all, we had a great relaxing week!

Felt right at home in this comfortable, upscale, artistically appointed home. The owner is quite generous in providing gorgeous linens, Kiehles products, beach chairs and other amenities. We felt we were staying at a friend's house. The location is walking distance to town and centrally located.

This was our fourth year staying and it’s always been perfect! Everything about this house is so welcoming and relaxing. There is every possible pot, pan, appliance, linen etc you would ever need! The house is in a perfect location as well! Close enough to town to walk with our three children 9, 6 and 4. Also a perfection location to head the other side of the island for the day! We’ve rented other houses on the island before and this is by far our favorite and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Jodi is also a pleasure to work!!

Lovely house but located at a very busy crossroads which meant a lot of traffic noise. Garden is not fully enclosed so children cannot be left unattended to run around as they could easily wander into the street.Easy 10 min walk into Nantucket town.Unfortunately, owner is not very organized. Slow to respond to e mails. We left behind a very expensive camera charger which she agreed to post. After a few weeks I contacted her to ask about it and she said that she couldn't find it and wouldn't be on the island for some time so basically tough luck. We did offer to pay postage and we surely can't be the only people to have left behind something of value! Definitely expected better customer service from an owner and hence wouldn't recommend staying here.
