Awesome!! Great place, loved it!

This was the perfect place to stay for a beach vacation. Right on the beach with amazing views. The space was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway!

Great space!

This condo and property were fantastic for our family getaway! Can’t wait to come back again soon. The indoor pool was nice and warm and the kids loved the outside pool with waterslide.

The accommodations were fantastic! Great place with comfortable furnishings. Nicely furnished kitchen. You will, however, need trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and paper products. What was provided was not enough for our stay.

The condo was very clean and the views were spectacular. It was an amazing place to be right on the water. The kids enjoyed the pool and walking out the back door to the beach. The place was very roomy and everyone had plenty of space. The finishes and furniture were in great shape and very comfortable.

It was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

The property and the room were amazing. This was my first beach trip since I was a kid and I know that this will become our go to family vacation. We will most definitely be back.

We loved our stay! Condo was very clean, and the view was amazing from the balcony. Comfortable beds, and unlike previous reviews all 4 elevators were working the entire stay. Close to everything! Would definitely stay again!

Communication was great, easy and convenient! Everything was sent via email or app beforehand for easy access! No over the top owners who want to talk about everything first which works great for busy people who understand how renting works! :) Condo was large and plenty of room for a family! View was great! Easy access to everything! Kids enjoyed the pools and the water slide. Will stay again!

Phoenix Gulf Shores unit 1702 was strategically laid out and beautifully decorated. It was clean and extremely well kept. I appreciated the way the cabinets had photos of exactly what goes in each cabinet and where it goes. The only thing I saw was the large pillows in the master bedroom looked like someone had dripped ice cream on them. Those needed to be washed. Other than that tiny thing, it was perfect. It was located close to everything and super convenient to get in and out of.

Very nice condo and building. Unit had bare minimums for dish soaps and paper products, but plenty of dishes and appliances.

Had a great time. The place was wonderful and the other guests were really nice. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great furniture and beds were comfy. Would stay here again!

We stayed in this beautiful condo celebrating our friend’s retirement. The beds are so comfy, the views are stunning, and the kitchen was fully stocked!! Great place to stay...we’ll be coming back!

This condo was exactly as described. The location is great for being able to either walk to a couple restaurants and souvenir shops or an easy drive to multiple entertainment locations. The beach was easy access right out of the pool area. Beautiful view of ocean off the balcony. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the dryer does take an excessive amount of time to dry anything. Each bathroom was only furnished with 2 washcloths, so you might bring extra washcloths. Other than that, this place is perfect in my opinion.

Staff was enjoyably nice and our condo was beautiful

I love love this condo. There was a bit of Sand on the floors but that’s expected with being at the beach. But the condo was PERFECT for me and my Nurse Sisters. The perfect getaway. The balcony was the best looks right out at the ocean. Beds were comfortable. I will definitely book again and very soon!

Our overall stay was super and 1702 as well as the condo complex was exceptional. Plenty of room for me and my wife and daughter and son-in-law and two grandchildren to stretch out in the room. TVs in all bedrooms and in the den allowed everyone to have their own personal viewing options. The location of the condo is good and the views from the oversized balcony are breathless. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The management staff was very friendly and helpful.

We are just about to leave this amazing condo and we will definitely be back!! It was a PERFECT VACATION for our family of 8!! Y’all thought of EVERYTHING!! It was immaculate & the decor second to none. So spacious and so much room for everyone. Beds were comfy and everything we could ever want in a condo. We’ve been booking condos almost every year for the past 23 years and THIS was our favorite!!! Our kids and their spouses and our grand baby loved everything about this trip. Great place and friendly staff.

As a family, we had a great time and made do with the issues that we had. The condo is amazing!! Beautiful views and great location. The pictures on the website does not do it justice. Fixing several issues would have made the trip unbelievable. 1. No blankets for the first night, even though we called the housekeeping number provided and were told that they would send someone right over to fix the situation. (the blankets arrived the next afternoon.) Made for a cold, uncomfortable night. 2. The ice machine in the condo never worked. 3. The dryer would not dry anything. Ran it for 3 hours and the clothes were still soaking wet. We had to dry everything on the balcony. Call the maintenance number provided, was told that someone would come and fix the issue. As far as we know, no one ever came to look at the dryer, or called us to tell us the issue.

This was a short trip for us, only 4 days, but it was very enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time, great place, great beach, great Location. Would stay here again!

Easy and fast

We had a fantastic time!! The Condo was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished! I would highly recommend this Condo to anyone!! We will definitely rent it again!!

The condo was clean, pretty, and right on the beach. Nice pool and tennis court, too. Bring your own everything though - no basics are provided (sponge, dishwashing liquid, even coffee filters)

It was the most beautiful condo ever !! So very spacious ! The only two things I wish they had was more blankets and maybe extra pillow cases for the extra pillows they had . The dryer also had to be run twice to dry a load . However with that being said the resort and all the amenities it offered made those issues really not even that important! I can’t wait to go back . I hope to always get this condo it’s perfect !

The condo is laid out perfectly and is very well kept. The amenities at Phoenix Gulf Shores are great. Better yet, it is conveniently located to all sorts of shopping and dining.
