We stayed at the house for week of July 4th and voted the best LBI trip of the family! Hands down. Beautifully furnished, feels new - looks identical to photos. Immaculately clean. The home had everything needed for a great stay. You immediately feel the zen once you enter the house. Lots of windows with great views and sunlight; curtains and side rods for when you want privacy. We were able to see the sunset right from the kitchen! Outside your front steps is a large patio for 8 with new cushions and umbrella. The roof is so inviting - breathtaking views! The house is in the center of Beach Haven. Walking distance to everything. Bay Village, Thundering Surf waterpark, Fantasy Island. We have two kids, so it was so easy for them to come and go. We left our car parked the entire time. Aaron, the owner was so welcoming and responsive to all our needs! We absolutely LOVE this property and will definitely be back!

From check-in to check-out communication w/the owner was excellent! Everything was as expected and my family was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the house! With young children this was very important. The location and the view or excellent. We could not have asked for anything more in a beach house vacation.

Location can't be beat - centrally located and easy to walk to many stores and restaurants. Home was VERY clean and lovely inside. The host was very helpful. One note - bath towels and bed linens are not included (we've rented elsewhere on LBI and these were included, but they were not at this location, so be sure to bring your own).

You cannot beat the location. Owner is wonderful and easy to get an answer if one is needed. property could not be any cleaner and well-kept. Will definitely be coming back

This house was exactly as described. Great location, clean, and in great condition. And, the owner, Aaron was super helpful in making recommendations, etc. - Highly recommended!

My family, parents and in-laws had a amazing time at this house over the past week. The house was in perfect shape and was everything we asked for and more for us to enjoy a week down by the beach. We are already thinking about booking again for next year! Aaron was a great host and overall the location couldnt have been better.

"10th and Beach" was the perfect house for our group, three old college friends, to finally reunite after a long hiatus. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival who gave us a lay of the land.
The 2nd floor apartment of this beautiful house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway weekend. We can't say enough about the views of both ocean and bay, as well as it's perfect location near restaurants, shops, etc. We could walk everywhere! We certainly hope to return next year, if not sooner!

This is a fantastic rental property! Views of the ocean & bay, a walk across the street to Fantasy Island and Bay Village. Walking distance to the beach. This home was clean, well cared for and will be a cozy and inviting stay for your family. The owner is accommodating, friendly and has amazing home ownership. What a gem in Beach Haven- enjoy!

Aaron’s home was a perfect little getaway for us. A block or so away from the beach and many shops. We were within walking distance of lots of restaurants and things to do - prime location! Aaron was so easy to communicate with and was super accommodating to any requests or needs we had. Thank you again!
