The facility and the unit were both fantastic. The view from the room would be hard to beat. Anywhere. We enjoyed our stay immensely. 4 days was not enough.

Loved this property close to everything and really nice!

We absolutely loved this property! The pool was nice and warm! We didn’t even use the facilities too much because our room was just the highlight. I absolutely loved the view from every angle. If I ever end up in Cabo again I will definitely be back!

Room had an exceptional view of ocean. Loved opening the door at night to hear ocean waves. Room was a little tight and could use some updating however not that big of a deal. Overall terrific stay!

This was our second time staying at Villa La Estancia and we absolutely love it. The location is excellent for it is a short cab ride into town, or a 20min walk down the beach. It is a great hotel to bring kids to, we had two under 3 with us, and the pool and beach are perfect. This unit had terrific views, was very comfortable, and the management company was helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel. The only two small negative items about this unit were the wifi was very inconsistent and mostly didn't work. We called the hotel twice to have them come fix it and it would work for about a day then would go out again. You could also hear a bit of noise in this unit, given its location between two hotel pools and restaurants. It is very quiet between 10pm and 7am, but pool music and people noise start around 7:30am. Even with that, we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful property, views! Saw lots of spouts and tails from property. Lots of room to spread out at pool or beach. Bring your own shampoo and soap-toiletries were not as described. Room wifi didn’t work but the one at pool (and balcony) was reliable. Restaurants and market very overpriced but the new looking grocery store in town had everything at much better prices.

Check-in was easy, staff very kind and helpful. Room was spacious and very comfortable, beautiful view. Drawers were a bit wonky to use, furniture could use a little TLC, but overall excellent place and great price. Loved the restaurant La Casona and coffee shop/market nearby.

My wife & I stayed the first week of the January. It was perfect & exactly as advertised. We would stay in this unit again & are bringing our kids next year to stay at this the same resort.

The unit was just as pictured and so not a disappointment. While it does need a bit of TLC (new paint, drawers repaired), it was otherwise a very pleasant stay. The bed was way too soft for my husband and I,,,it was like a big marshmallow, so we took turns sleeping on the pull out couch while the other person slept in the middle of the big marshmallow. The afternoon sun made sitting on the deck impossible, so a nice deck umbrella would go a long way to improving this. There was a base there for one, but no umbrella to put in it. Also, the wi-fi was very sporadic, both in the room and around the property. Kept having to reset the router. The kitchen area was small as expected, I think, moving the microwave to the shelf above (might need a smaller microwave) would go a long way to allowing for more prep space. We didn't even use the microwave, but it takes up much otherwise needed space. The property is beautiful and a pleasure to walk around and look at. We would not hesitate to go back to this unit and highly recommend it,,,even with the few misc suggestions/issues mentioned above. Enjoy

This was our 6th time staying on this property and every visit is just as nice as the last. This was our first time in this unit, there were some minor inconveniences but nothing that the staff didn't correct when addressed. Communication with the property manager isn't the easiest but overall we had a great stay and look forward to staying again next year.

Excellent property came with 4 families with kids. All enjoyed their unit. Check in for me unnecessary stress as front desk did not have my reservation and they had to call the owner otherwise great lock off unit for my wife and I. Kids at Villa del Palmar. Great time!

By far the best vacation experience I’ve had in a long time! The resort and staff were wonderful and attentive to any needs. The room was a perfect size for my daughter and I. I didn’t really want to cook but there was everything there to prepare a meal if you so desired. Humberto was a great host. I will definitely stay again next time I make it down to Cabo!

Everything you see on line was spot on. Beautiful property all the way around. The unit could use a little updating but we would definitely stay there again!

This villa is EVERYTHING!! It has the perfect view and is just as beautiful as the pictures. If you’re having any doubts, don’t! It’s has everything and the resort is perfect if you want relaxing/chill vibes. I’ll definitely be returning here in the future!!

Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Cabo near Medano beach!! Perfect location and amazing views! The sound of the ocean waves from your bed everyday is just the definition of heaven 😍 also the bed is SO comfy!! And Humberto is great to work with, very easy to communicate with and always available if you need anything! The whole experience left me and my husband never wanting to leave and planning another visit back! The resort is amazing and all of the staff were incredible! 💕

This was an absolutely beautiful room! The view from this room was unbelievable. Stunning sunrises and gorgeous ocean scenes. The room was plenty large. The "kitchen" area was a bit on the smaller side so if you plan to eat in, the cooking can be a little challenging but we made it work. Bathroom was very nice. The balconies were wonderful to sit on and enjoy the afternoon. The property was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We've stayed at the other properties at the Villa's but Estancia was a step above. Really amazing vacation and we can't wait to go back!!

Fantastic property, right on the ocean. The unit was clean and accommodating and we loved the view. Best in the resort!! We were able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. PS- great king size bed. Normally I’m picky on mattresses and I found myself in a deep sleep every night. The resort was upscale and relaxing. While we ate outside the resort for the majority of our meals, we did try several restaurants with good quality/ reasonably priced for a resort. We also appreciated the location, about 1-1.5 miles to downtown. We’d walk every morning and often Uber for dinner. I felt very safe exploring the area. Fantastic experience and we’d definitely return!

My husband and I took a quick 4 night getaway for my birthday and we could not have been more pleased with this unit! It has both ocean front and pool views, it is quiet and it is in the perfect location--easy walk on the beach to nearby restaurants or a quick cab/Uber ride to downtown and the marina. The personal concierge, Oscar, is so kind and helpful! He shopped for us and had the fridge stocked when we returned to the room! He also gave us great suggestions for local taco bars. We highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed.

The villa was gorgeous! Beautiful view of the beach/ocean, plus close to the pool. We loved that we had access to all 3 Villa Resorts and the amenities. We tried all the different restaurants and were very pleased. The unit was very clean and our maid service even made us a special towel design n the bed with rose petals on our last day. We were celebrating our honeymoon and she made us feel extra special!

Pictures and description of this property were 100% accurate! The staff was fabulous, room was perfect for just the two of us and just a short walk through pool area to the beach! A bumpy check-in process, but they eventually figured it out. There is valet parking available if you have a car and on-site COVID testing. We would definitely come back!!-would just want to stay a little longer next time.

This property is perfection. This was our 5th stay and I can't wait for the 6th. The location is beautiful and the resort is immaculate. I cannot say enough good things about Villa la Estancia. We finally tried dinner at La Casona, it was delicious. If you want the best view right out your window, you must stay here!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back! Customer service was top notch, all staff was very friendly...Roberto was great at the pool and always made sure we were taken care of. Our room view was breathtaking and you could hear the waves crashing all night. The resort grounds were gorgeous and constantly being maintained and cleaned. Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a laid back relaxing time.
