The house is perfect for a family get away. Unparalleled views, excellent location - literally could not have been any better! Host is lovely, too. 100% recommend.

Very accommodating. Loved the location and the view. Was clean and had plenty of linens. A plus was the beach chairs and umbrellas. The outside places to relax were lovely with the hammocks

wow!! what an amazing place this is! our family had a week together that we will treasure forever. divina and her staff made sure we had *everything* we could possibly ever want, and more! the house is clean, spacious and very well equipped. we had a large group, but there was plenty of room for everyone. the pool was a HUGE hit with the kids, and watchful family members. the small ones could safely stay in the "spa" part of it and then venture into the big pool as they gained confidence. i just can't say enough good things about this home. we hope it will work out for us to come back and stay here again!!

Divina made sure we had everything that we needed. She greeted us upon arrival & gave us a tour of the house. We are four generations and the house was perfect for us. It's hard to find a house with 7 bedrooms so that everyone has some privacy but this house has it. Having the pool is certainly a plus as well. Thank you Divina!

This property was a perfect for our family of 15. The heated pool was a great option before and after walking the private boardwalk to the beach. The views were wonderful with a spectacular view from the third floor penthouse suite. We will definitely return to this property.

Our 10 family members had a phenomenal stay here. It was amazing and everything we had hoped for. The pool and beach location was wonderful for everyone. There was space for all of us to gather together for meals and visiting, plus there were areas to sit quietly and reflect on the day. We were extremely satisfied with everything. Thank you for making this wonderful beach home accessible to us. 5 stars for sure!

We had such an amazing time over spring break at this property. We had 2 families staying together. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our host, Divina was so kind and responsive. She went above and beyond for us to have a special and memorable vacation. The home was beautiful and the location is great. Divina answered all questions and issues that came up promptly. A horrible storm that came through the first 2 days of our trip and the ocean was extremely ruff the next few days. The kids loved being able to play in the heated tub and hot tub on those days. Stayed for 3 nights with 4 generations of family. Property was perfect! warm pool and hot tub on cool evenings, beautiful views of beach, and close to town. Restaurant in walking distance. Host was responsive to our questions and had everything in order. Will surely come back!

I can't say enough. We loved our time here. The Master bedroom is like no other room we've ever stayed in. Our host Divina was so wonderful and helpful. This was a big splurge for our family and truly made our vacation wonderful!

Divina is a very responsive and attentive owner. She really wants you to have the best time possible. We stayed with our family, 10 adults and 5 children (ages 1-6) There was plenty of space for us all. The beach was amazing and heated pool was great once we figured out how to turn the heat on. She got us beach chairs, tables and umbrellas which were amazing. Only things I would say for improvement are the kitchen is fairly outdated, there were not enough blankets (soft blankets for the couches were needed) and the ceiling fans couldn't be turned off unless you turned off the lights. But we had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here with just my wife for a special occasion and the house was great. Would be a perfect rental for a larger family. Great location with a private pool and beach access.

The house was an excellent accommodation for our family and friends coming from all over the country. The kitchen was huge with a large eat in dining table. The open area concept of the house was so nice to gather people. Each bedroom was great and clean bathrooms. We were able to gather in different areas of the house to see the sunrise and sunset. My favorite place to relax and meditate was the penthouse balcony. Easy access to beach. Everyone wants to come back next year! Thank you Divina for greeting us and be attentive during our stay. Great house! Great location! Impeccable views! Very responsive, caring, enthusiastic host! My only “complaints” (not really complaints as intended to be constructive criticism), is that the kitchen is dated and given my primary reason for renting was cooking a romantic dinner, that was a bit disappointing. But it was well stocked and we worked around it. Lastly the hot tub was not functional and while that was indicated in the listing, you had to search for it a bit as that fact was not as prominent as I personally believe it should have been (my opinion only). So all in all, minor inconveniences to an otherwise awesome house, host and experience! 4 out of 5 stars!!!

Top notch location. Private pool, private boardwalk leading to private stair entrance to a gorgeous beach. Long, flat, crystal clear water. 13 people aged 13 months to 70 years old fit without issue. 4 sets of parents all had their own rooms. Highly recommend this place

We rented this property for 12 people for a big family outing. The owner of the property was extremely nice and provided everything from beach towels, shower towels and even shampoo and conditioner. The location had beach toys which were great for the kids when going in the pool and at the beach. The owner also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach tables which was great since we were traveling from out of state! The view from this property was amazing and with the access to the pool and the beach it worked out perfectly for everyone! The breeze coming off of the ocean was great for BBQing outside! I highly recommend renting this house from this owner!

Our family vacations together every year. This was one of our favorite properties. The kitchen was well stocked so that we could cook meals. Every level of the home was clean and fresh, comfortable and well appointed. There was a private boardwalk to the beach with a convenient outdoor shower. The decks had plenty of gates for containing our doggies. There was plenty of parking off the street. We were concerned about it being on a driving beach, but it is slow and very mellow. We were concerned about it being next-door to a condo community, but the way the house is laid out we didn’t even realize they were there. There are plenty of beautiful fences and landscaping that make the house feel very private. Also, the next-door condo community became a convenience for us, as we needed to rent a condo for extra family that wanted to join us. The second floor has an open concept kitchen, gathering area and dining room. The perfect place for many people to gather, visit, play games and do puzzles. Many sliding doors opened to the wrap-around deck and pool area. We brought surfboards and paddle boards with us. For us, nothing else was necessary, as there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, cooler and umbrellas provided with the house. The house is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again. Everyone in our group was very impressed.

This is was one of my favorite vacations. The home, beach and pool was just perfect. The many outdoor get away spots around the house made it easy for each of us to experience our alone time as well. The house itself was well stocked and Divina was wonderful. The best!! Hope to return.

Very clean, well stocked with everything you might need from beach supplies to kitchen supplies. The owner is very accommodating and is easy to communicate with should there be any issues or questions. Everyone in our family group of 15 had an awesome, relaxing time!
