Beautiful condo. Best view of the Gulf . Fit four comfortably to sit and view the sand and water. Loved that it was 2 story as I think it kept everything more organized and clean for the week. The condo was very pretty although a bit smaller than I expected. But the 2 stories makes it more spacious.

Super convenient location for this beautiful condo. We had comfortable beds for 7 adults and 2 teens. Easy beach access and such cute decor. Ample counter space makes up for the smaller downstairs. Would stay here again!

We had an excellent experience during our week here. Beaches were beautiful and right outside. Chairs and umbrella had a great crew watching over them. Close to all fun activities. A great time!

Unit is newly remodeled and very clean. Property management company was super responsive and easy to work with. Location is directly on the beach with beach chair/umbrella service. A little more crowded on the beach than we like but not terrible and we were there at the height of spring break crowds. Nice balcony that allowed us to enjoy the beach view even on rainy days. Complex is near lots of restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was noise in the master bedroom since it faces the front of the complex and is near the pool. Quiet hours were 9pm-9am and were mostly observed but the times when it wasn’t were loud in the master. It wouldn’t prevent us from staying again-we’d just being a white noise machine or small fan. Everything was otherwise great.

Loved our stay! The condo is newly remodeled and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, which has not usually been the case for us when we travel. The views are amazing, right on the beach. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The location to restaurants and shopping is perfect as well. The only issue we had was check in. We were not sent the correct info. Thankfully there was someone at the office still who was able to help us right away. Not sure what we would have done had we arrived later as she would’ve been off. She took care of it quickly tho and we were able to access our unit. She even called to make sure we got in okay. We will definite stay at this unit again. It was a wonderful experience.

Other then location we wouldn’t rent again

Our family really enjoyed our time on the beach. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room and the location was perfect. Can't get any closer to the beach than this one! Would highly recommend for a family vacation. The owners made sure everything was taken care of and we were extremely pleased with the location. Beautiful view and the kids loved the beach and crab hunting at night. Will be going back!

Condo was very conveniently located. It has great beach access which is a real positive for little ones and getting their stuff down to the beach. Room was very clean and we were able to get into the condo when indicated. All around good trip. We had 5 adults and 2 children ( 5 and 2 year old) in our condo.

This was our first vacation since the pandemic started - we all had our vaccines and were beyond ready to go. We typically travel to Destin once a year. Since we're travelling with kids, ease of access to the beach is high on our priority list. Even though this condo was on the third floor, it had the easiest beach access + view of any of the places we've stayed before - the other locations (Sea Oats and Aegean are two names I can remember) were ground floor but had much longer boardwalks out to the beach. The pool was clean and not crowded. We were usually the only ones in it and were ready to leave by the time other guests came to use it. The chair + umbrella setup every day was wonderful. They even setup closer the boardwalk for our parents who are older so they wouldn't have to walk as far. My parents slept in the king bedroom downstairs and loved their bed. The sheets are amazing! We were in the king bedroom upstairs and loved our bed too - so much so that we were trying to figure out exactly what brand the mattress was so we could buy it ourselves. My in-laws slept in the room with two queen beds, one of them loved the mattress the other thought was too soft for their preference, but not awful or anything like that (they sleep on a very, very firm mattress normally). It was beautifully clean upon check-in and had everything we needed to cook, which we did a lot bc we avoided eating out as much as possible. The only con I can think of is that with 6 adults and 3 kids, it was pretty tight in the living room and kitchen area. We knew this going in though, and bc we booked pretty last minute we didn't have a lot of options to choose from. I feel like it would be an ideal size for 4 adults and 3-4 kids or less. Even with the smaller living space though, we would gladly stay here again. Most of our time was spent out on the beach or on the balcony, so we were able to manage just fine. Communication with the management company was fantastic and we had no issues during our stay.

My sister, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this charming property mere steps from the ocean. We actually put a bid on one of the properties here, but someone beat us to it! The unit was nicely appointed and had everything needed for our stay. The beautiful beach was just what we hoped for. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Overall our group enjoyed our stay at this Condo on Crystal Beach. The location cannot be beat...restaurants, shopping, activities, it was perfect. A major plus about the condo was the beds. Everyone who stayed there said the same thing which allowed us to get some much needed rest after a long day at the beach. The heated pool was nice to have, especially for the kiddo. The private beach, beach service, and beach attendant were all top notch. It made for a very relaxing day. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. As someone else pointed out in another review, the condo could use some sprusing up as it started to look a bit worn in some areas. Having 6 adults and 2 kids staying in the condo was a bit tight but we managed.

GREAT LOCATION & VIEW! PLENTY OF ROOM TO RELAX AND ENJOY FAMILY!

Our family had a wonderful time while staying at this property. Very clean and updated. View and location to the ocean did not disappoint! We watched the dolphins and drank coffee on the balcony each day.

Convenient to the beach and the location was great for shopping and dinning. The management office was also great as well as the beach umbrella set up guys. One of the rooms upstairs is a little smaller than the photo appeared. it is full size beds and I was thinking it was queen beds and the ceiling slant made the room feel smaller since it was for sleeping it worked fine for our family. The bed down stairs was quite squeaky but on the other hand our grand kids loved the bunk beds. I would also suggest bringing your own hair dryer. There is one in every bathroom but they do not work, luckily for us my daughter is a over packer and had one. Over all we had a great time and they did make great use of the layout. I have never been to Destin in October we were there for a wedding and the weather didn’t really slow us down. There was a storm and we had to move the outside furniture inside the hallway and again with the layout that didn’t really effect us. Overall I would recommend this condo.

We loved our time at Crystal Beach. Our grandchildren enjoyed both the beach and the pool;, and being on the beach made it so easy for us and our daughter and her husband.

This condo was perfect for or spring break get away with friends. It is exactly as discribed and the pictures are spot on. The view was incredible off the balcony. Sugar Palms was very attentive to our needs and ensured we had a fantastic stay.

It is hard to express how wonderful our condao stay at Crystal Beach was. From the time that we check into all the way thru our departure we found the management to be very helpful and friendly. Our specific condo was manage by Sugar Palm. They get a five star play. Any issues that we called about resulted in someone arriving within m inutes to provide assistance. One problem, for instance, was the internet went down. Not knowing whether this was a short duration or a major cable break, we called for support. A Sugar Palm support personarrived within Five minutes and assisted with reconnecting to the internet. The condo was very clean and in good working order. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils to perform most of our cooking needs. There were plenty of restaurants near by as well as some very nice shopping centers. We never ran out of things to do. Would recommend spending timeT some to the close by towns such as Fort Walton and Santa Rasa.

Clean, roomie, and fully equipped. This is my third stay at Coral Reef Club and have never been disappointed. The unit we stayed in was probably my favorite. We celebrated my granddaughter‘s sixth birthday. She remembered Destin from last year and requested to go on her birthday this year. She wanted to be in the same unit we were in last year but it wasn’t available. She was disappointed at first but ended up loving the one we stayed in. Can’t wait to go back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the decor and the feel of the condo. We had 6 adults and 2 kids on our trip and we all slept comfortably. The only problems we had with the condo was the water pressure in the showers, and there wasn't enough seating in the living room when we were all there. Of course, we spent most of our time at the beach or out doing things, so it wasn't that big of an issue. (That is why the 4 stars.) I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else going there.

We loved the condo, plenty of space, updated kitchen and great location from restaurants, grocery and attractions.

Everything was really clean and the owners were super easy to work with. I would highly reccommend staying here. It was nice for it to not be so crowded on the beach and the workers on site on the beach and in the office were super helpful. It was a central location to lots of things that were really close. Shopping, restaraunts, and many other activities were just a short drive or walk away. Condo was very clean and nice and had everything we needed to have a wonderful week on the beach.
