This place was a perfect match for us. We came down to celebrate my sons 21st birthday with me and my wife and a couple of his friends. The room was perfect for the people we had there and fully functional for all our needs. Most everything (the strip and restaurants) was in walking distance. We were in Tower 3 and the 24hr pool and hot tub was the best. Good for a swim when coming in late night after being in the heat all day. I would definetly stay here again.

In town for 3 days with friends for a concert & some fun. Shuttle to strip was easy though it only goes to one location. A few other places within walking distance. Property was nice enough, though food options are scarce - just a take-out “cafe” that had some issues while we were there, but staff everywhere was very pleasant. Pool bar (adult pool) much appreciated! Very clear communications with the host, and less pressure than expected for timeshare.

My only complaint about the property is that you don't have any good food options within walking distance, at least not when it is 100+ degrees. The on-property options are places that will get you by but you won't want to go back.

the Wyndham is busy / jumping. they could use a restaurant I think. also it's a bit too far off the strip -- LV needs more public transit so that instead of each hotel running their own shuttles there are just frequent public buses.

Great place to stay! We loved it. Pool was nice and cool especially on the days it was very hot out.
The marketing desk was quite pushy and kinda rude when we didn’t want to participate in their sales. But every other employee was great and very nice!

This was our second time staying here with friends for a music festival. Overall this place is nice, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the location works for us. It’s not the most walkable location but we like a reprieve from the bustle. The check in process is fine as long as you can avoid getting sucked in to presentation. Otherwise staff are always pleasant and helpful. The floors inside rooms could really use an update, my instincts tell me that brown grout was once white. We’ve had pleasant experiences and would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back! It is close enough to the strip yet far enough to get away from all the craziness! The 2 bedroom is huge and beautifully remodeled. We had all the kitchen amenities needed in order to “cook in”when we wanted. You can hit the gym in the morning and then grab a Starbucks on the way to your room. There is an awesome kids center with pool, air hockey, video game, theatre room etc. The kids pool was great and we were able to sneak away to the adult pool for a little quiet time. Our host is always responsive and easy to work with. We HIGHLY recommend this place for your next family vacation!

Large rooms plenty of space. Next to airport but quiet. Can't hear the planes. About a mile walk to the strip along well lit streets. Check out is fast but check in is delayed by a 5-10 minute attempt to get you to sign up for a time share pitch -- the individual was charming so as long as you can say no 4 or 5 times it isn't unpleasant. Kitchen is equipped with adequate dishes etc. Room comes with lots of towels and detergent for the washer.

Great place walking distance to strip
Check in was easy, staff was pleasant and the property was great. the room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel included a free shuttle to the strip if you didn’t feel like walking and also had a free daily wine hour. Pool was not overly crowded and there is a Starbucks, small cafe and convenience store on site. Overall great value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for family!
This was the perfect place for our family. We have 4 boys ranging from age 3 to 16 and everyone was happy and entertained the whole time. We especially loved the family pool since it's only 4 feet deep at its deepest! Also, we saved a TON of money by being able to cook or have cereal and snacks around the condo instead of eating out every time. The condo was clean, cute, and comfortable. We got to Vegas pretty early and they let us check in early which was a lifesaver! I would absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back.
