We were pleased with our stay. Great location! Plenty of room for a large family. Best views in town! We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The only thing that we can complain about was that the mattresses could be replaced as they are not very comfortable and seem worn out. A Skywalk from the parking garage across the street would be nice as well. I already have referred several friends to this place as we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great family vacation! I loved the view, the ease of living and how close we were to fun outings. The staff of Avista were super kind and helpful and the condo was clean and had all that we needed with the acceptation of a washer and dryer. The resort has a washer room but just a heads up, you’ll need lots of quarters. It was a fabulous place, our kids loves the pools and lazy river and the beach location is perfect for families. Thanks again!

Check in process was very chaotic, as it was our first time there. Unsure where to park & unload - very crowded. Staff at Avista very helpful. The condo had a beautiful view and room for everyone. Clean and comfortable. Bath towels provided but limited in quantity. We felt very at home :) The Avista staff worked hard keeping the property clean and tidy- very appreciated💜. Thank you for making our family vacation and first time in North Myrtle Enjoyable!

Took our two married kids. And families and four grandsons . Loved it! Staff very friendly. Plenty of carts and help loading and unloading .

When we first arrived we loved it. Quickly check in very nice staffing, everyone really helping so we could have a good time, great pools and awesome area to be ,steps from really goods restaurants and stores. The apartment have a great view and very spacious and was very accommodating for our family and friends we were 10. Just some cons: the matress all beds need to be upgraded and as we were cooking in there more kitchen utensils would be good. And what made me more sad was that the apartment did not have a laundry in it . With children a laundry for us is a most have but I think i forgot to check as i was sure that have it, but the building has a coin ones not the same but it wpuld be better if it was inside the apartment. Overall we had such a good and fun time there.

We didn’t need help. When my son found us a luggage cart, one of the gentlemen came and said he needed it. I came around my car and told him I asked him to go get that for me. He stated that he needed it to help someone and took it away from us. I guess his potential tip was more important than being kind. The room was clean on the surface. The corners and closets were not clean. We wondered how clean it actually was after noticing that. The people watching over the pool did more socializing with themselves or on their phone. I had to ask them or the front desk to ask kids to not throw the floats off the bridge or rough house around the littles.

Tub drains were slow draining and could use some unclogging but besides that we loved the rental! Had a great view, was spacious and was perfect for what we needed and accommodated everyone nicely.

Location was great. Amenities would have been nice, had they worked. Hot tubs were broken the entire stay. Condo was absolutely filthy. We had to clean before we could enjoy. Furniture worn, linens old and stained. Tv broke in living room, clogged bathroom sink. Could have spent same amount on a place much better maintained.

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time back to North Myrtle Beach in over 10 years. The Avista is starting to show some age and could use some TLC. It was also disaapointing that the condo owners chose not to include a washer/dryer. The living room furniture could also use some replacing as it also showed age. We had an issue with the dishwasher having no power - but once we realized you had to flip a switch in kitchen was ok. It would be nice if switches were labeled and the cable guide needs updating.

The unit was clean and met our needs. We had a few issues with the property manager that have yet to be resolved.

The place was nice and the property managers were great to work with. When we got there the floor in a bathroom and kitchen were slick feeling. My wife contacted the property management company and they came and fixed the issue with in minutes. Would stay again.

Had an excellent family trip. The condo was very comfortable for our group of 7. Pool and lazy river were very warm, which was nice since it was cold outside. Easy drive to locations like Barefoot Landing, Pirates Voyage, restaurants and grocers.

There were a couple of minor issues (master bath tub was very slow to drain and there was a small leak in another bathroom) but we contacted North Beach Realty and their maintenance crew had them fixed immediately. We discovered that the dishwasher didn’t work the morning we were checking out and I had to hand wash the dishes, but there weren’t too many so it wasn’t a big deal. Had we been cooking a lot or stayed more than a couple of days we would have discovered it sooner and I know the rental company would have taken care of it.North Beach Realty is great to work with. They are the only company we use because of their service and the quality of the rentals we’ve stayed in.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Everything is wonderful! We will definitely be coming back!

Unit was definitely not cleaned before we arrived. Dirty clothes under the beds as well as food under beds. Had to haul own garbage off and garbage drop off was completely in another building. Will not use Vrbo again as not happy with this experience which was my first with vrbo.

Our girlfriend’s getaway was fantastic. It was lovely to be able to be so close to the ocean with the benefit of a pool as well. Walking distance to lots of options!

Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and the rental was in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach.

We loved the place...The view was amazing, the staff was so helpful. enjoyed the pool, and the lazy river. The bar on the 4th floor has a great happy hour. Great location main street is with in walking distance and we would head down there, for souvenirs, food, and beverages. Definitely would stay again.
