Great location that is close to the beach & restaurants. Had a great time at the Fort, a sunset cruise, and a delicious dinner at River & Fort! Spent a day around town, then spent a day at the beach. It was great! I would recommend bringing a small fan for the bedrooms, they are warm at night even though the living area is nice and cool. Didn't think about cooking oil until we went to make eggs for breakfast but I let the property manager know for the next guests. It was the only meal we prepared in the house since there are so many places to walk to, so I can't say if the kitchen is well stocked. The mini ice maker was very convenient and a much appreciated touch. Great coupons left on the counter with a handwritten welcome note was a great touch as well, we used them all! MayDay ice cream was fantastic! Look forward to coming back with the kiddos next time!

Our stay @ Surf Perch was great. Great location, right across A1A from the beach. Right in the middle of multiple restaurants in St. Augustine Beach, all within walking distance. Loved the spot and the house was very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

Could not have stayed at a better place. Location, response time and supplies were perfect Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the property. Location couldn't be beat. Definitely an easy walk to the beach! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for 3 girlfriends to share a long weekend. We appreciated the level of communication from the property manager. We'd consider coming again if we come back to the area!

This was our first trip to St Augustine from Maryland. We loved the town, the house, the beach and pier. Houses location is great and very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pier for fishing. I recommend bringing your own beach gear. Only minor issue is the restaurant Cafe 11 right behind the house had bands two of our four nights until at least 11pm.

Very clean property in nice location. Beach and restaurants nearby. Short distance drive to historic area. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Super weekend at the Surf Perch!

This place was very cute. The location was great. Close to the beach with walkable restaurants, and close to downtown too. Staff was very responsive and super helpful. Great place!

This property is a great location, whether you're going to the beach (just a very short walk away), or seeing the Christmas lights in Saint Augustine, everything seemed right around the corner - including the cafe right around the corner with a weekend breakfast buffet! Clean and well-appointed, bright with plenty of windows, comfortable beds and great couches, this place was perfect for our Christmas trip of four 53+ adults!

The house is located in a great location just steps from the beach. The communication leading up to checkin and overall was great. The property was comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 4.

This was our third year going to St. Augustine and our third year staying at the Surf Perch. It's become our home away from home and I can't wait to visit again next year.

Perfect location , way closer to the beach than I expected and located in the middle of everything. This house was such a good set up for families with kids.

Great location. Good communication with our host David. The beach is a short walk across A1A. House had just about everything we needed for our stay. This was the first time we stayed this far north off the A1A..a bit nousier but not having to jump in the car all the time was great. I would give it 5 stars but there were a few minor improvements that need addresses. Master bathroom shower door & seal need a good cleaning or replaced. T.V has a glitch on the right side of screen. House doesn't have basic cable. Had to pick up some more paper towels & T.P. Not deal breakers though..would def book again.

Perfect spot and perfect location!!

This was a nice propoerty with good amenities (well stocked kitchen) and clean environment. Was very close to the beaches and restaurants for any meals outside. The beacch was really nice with 10th St access. Would stay here again!

Comfortable, Clean.

This place was great. It's super spacious, very clean, and has everything you need. It's just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a blast and can't wait to come back.

Overall the property was great. The location is awesome with close proximity to the beach and lots of awesome places to eat. There were some deficiencies in the property due to wear and tear and there weee a few things that need to be brought up to code for safety’s sake. But even with the issues I found I would still book this property again.
