The condo is in a great location in Kihei. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping! Gloria’s added personal touches were above and beyond. So nice to have lawn chairs, coolers and beach supplies. Thank you so much for the stay, Gloria!

We had an amazing stay at Glorias condo. She was so easy to work with and very responsive. The condo is centrally located and right across the street from Kam II beach, one of the best. Condo was spotless and the gift basket was over the top including a personalized hand towel. When you go, dont miss Changs Beach to swim with turtles galore! Condo pics are exactly what you get. Great view but partially blocked by palm tree. Still awesome. Complex is very clean and quiet.

This was a beautifully maintained condo. Well equipped with nice and thoughtful amenities. Lanai has a great view. Beautiful Plumeria trees everywhere! So close to the nicest beaches and restaurants! It is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful time at Gloria’s Condo. The condo has everything you need and is very nice and comfortable. It is updated, has great air conditioning and is in new condition. We lacked nothing. Gloria is so hospitable in that she leaves you with personal touches such as a gift basket. She is always available to talk to if you need to get ahold of her and is very helpful and accommodating. You are right by the beach and close to everything. It’s the Perfect location and condo. We loved it there and will definitely be back!!! Thank you again Gloria!

Gloria's a great host. A nice location right across the street from one of the many great beaches. A spacious apartment well equipped with anything in the kitchen, plus beach towels and chairs and an umbrella. A/C worked great plus ceiling fans. My one issue was noise in the bedroom from the apartment walkway, the windows in a lot of the units provide zero sound dampening, but I started using silicone ear plugs and that did the trick.

Great location and the condo is one of the best stocked vacation rentals I've stayed at. Very clean and has chairs, coolers and umbrella for the beach!

We have stayed at this complex multiple times because we love the location but was our first time with this host. Upon arrival there was homemade banana bread, a pineapple, chocolate covered macadamia, and some Hawaiian chips, along with an embroidered personalized hand towel…..much more than is typical, and we thought this was a very nice touch to welcome us to the island. I had asked for a pack n play for our son, and when we got there it wasn’t at the site, but within 15 mins of contacting the host, she had brought one over. Air conditioning worked great, and was one of the best units I’ve experienced in hawaii. Everything was great, and we even were running late at check out, which put cleaning behind, and the host was very understanding as we rushed to get all our luggage out. My only complaint was my infant son who is crawling all over the place kept discovering piles of lint and dust that had accumulated into corners and under furniture. I’m pretty sure it came from the dryer, probably circulated because of the air conditioning, but I took one star off of cleanliness because I would hope under furniture and corners were getting cleaned more…. I probably wouldn’t have noticed it though if it weren’t for my son, and it wouldn’t stop me from coming back. The price was more than fair and we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was exactly what we needed. Extremely well located. Very clean. Gloria went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the listing. The roosters woke us up every morning from 2am on. Lol

The condo was perfect! it had everything we needed for a beautiful 10 day stay. we loved that it was only five minute walk to the beach.

This was our first time in Maui - I booked at 3 different locations on the island so that my partner and I can experience all of Maui (first at Lahaina, then Hana, and finally Kihei). And we were absolutely pleased to end our trip at this particular location. The unit was, by far, the best one we stayed at - it was centrally located around many shops all within walking distance. And not to mention, it was across the street from a very nice beach. The unit, itself, was very lovely! It was clean, the balcony was spacious with a lovely view, love the decor and vibe of the place. The unit was much larger than I thought - which was very nice. The kitchen was great. And what's more, our host included a personal/custom gift - we really felt the thoughtfulness that went into it. Thank you so much for being a part of our journey and vacation in Maui. If I return, this would be the place I would want to stay at again!

First time in Hawaii and it was wonderful. We were right in the right place to see everything. The place we stayed in was very accommodating and peaceful. Close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay and loved we were only a block’s walk from the beach. Our lanai gave us a great view also and the property was generally quiet. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our visit. The owner even left us a sweet surprise…..

This property is amazing!!! The condo overlooks a courtyard area and offers some ocean views as well. Short walk to beach and shops. The property owner has a fully stocked unit including towels, beach chairs, coolers and more. She also left a most thoughtful welcome gift with fresh cake, chips, candies and a lovely embroidered towel!! The unit does have an AC unit however we never needed to use it. The fans and open patio door allow for a perfect temperature. Thank you so much Gloria for allowing us to stay in your property. Hope to be welcomed back again next year.

The condo was exactly as described. Gloria was very responsive and accommodating. We loved our time on Maui and the condo was perfect.

Nothing bad to say here! Place was clean, Gloria was very clear/punctual and even went out of her way to make our welcome feel so very special to us. Location, amenities, price was all above expectations!

My wife and I stayed at this property for a week prior to Christmas. We were actually visiting our daughter, and her family, who live close to this VRBO. This condo is very nicely situated in Kihei, was very clean and the owner was very gracious in providing several amenities. We definitely recommend this unit.

Gloria lives on the island and has for years. She had great advice of what to see/do, the staff at the property were delightful (and everyone was very friendly). Her place is great and has everything you’d need; you are just across the street from a fabulous beach. Gloria went above and beyond with her welcome gifts and making us feel welcome. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOS and she is far and away the best.

The apartment was really clean and the instructions were very clear. Gloria even left us some snacks and goodies which added a very special touch. Overall really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We loved the welcome basket. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner is awesome. We prefer using the breeze through the lanai and front screen with ceiling fans.

The property was even more beautiful in person. Gloria was the best host! Not only was the condo clean and comfortable, she had a personalized hand towel, some amazing homemade banana bread, some chocolates and a fresh pineapple waiting! Such a thoughtful surprise. Everything we needed was available. Air conditioning was very nice and the bed was extra comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing as well. We will definitely be back.

Gloria provides excellent communication and information from the beginning, and her personalized welcoming touches really started the stay off perfectly. Well maintained (THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING A/C!), well stocked both in the kitchen and with beach equipment, and we so appreciated the homemade banana bread, pineapple, coffee, candy and the personalized towel. We would definitely stay here again..5+++ stars!!

Condo was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Air conditioning was quick to cool the room down after hot beach days. Interior was updated and felt modern. It was exactly what we’re were liking for and Gloria was always responsive. Hopefully we get a chance to come back soon!

Love this location - can't get much closer to the beach! Owner was quick, clear and attentive, and very welcoming. Unit as pictured, well stocked. While pool area is average, the bbq's are new and great to cook on. Grounds are very well kept, elevator was quite quick too. Lots of pros with this rental for sure!

Gloria included some welcome goodies that were highly appreciated! The unit is steps from the beach with an ocean view patio. The ACs kept us cool! Beach chairs, towels, coolers and umbrella were great to use at the beach. Thank you for the amazing stay!
