This home was very warm and inviting, gave you a great beach vibe from the very beginning! Great little neighborhood and very conveniently located. The host was very proactive and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. Would love to stay again!

This was our second stay and we will be back. The house has everything you need and in a great neighborhood. Close to everything.

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 7. We have kids ranging from ages 2-14 and they all enjoyed the play room area. The kids loved the pool table, all though the one pocket was broken and the table was a little bit wobbly. The rooms very very spacious and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances to use. The house stayed very cool which was a blessing considering it was about 100 outside! The neighborhood pool was small but nice. It was closed for a few days but the owners allowed us to use a pool to another property that was super close and much appreciated. House is located less than 10 mins from beach which we loved. And under an hour to Pensacola beach which was beautiful and highly recommended. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay for our first visit to Alabama all the way from Pennsylvania! Thank you!

Location is great! Good neighborhood, close to the beach, Walmart, many local restaurants. Everything was right there close by. The place was clean, and everything was in order. The game room was connected to the bunk room. This was perfect for the kids. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights. 7 adults and 3 kids and were comfortable. The only thing that could have improved was the TV service was very limited, but we were constantly on the go, so not a big deal.

A group of ladies stayed here for a 'beach retreat'. We had a great time, and there were plenty of rooms and beds. We were able to cook most meals in the kitchen, and we were able to commute to the beach frequently. We also enjoyed the neighborhood pool, and we were close to the restaurants we went to when we wanted to eat out. Overall, the house was a great place to hang out. We even played pool and foosball. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and the house is in a family environment. Overall, we had a fabulous time there.

Our stay in this family oriented neighborhood was just what we was looking for. The house was amazing and a short distance to great restaurants, beaches and family outings. I couldn’t recommend it more. The house manager was very helpful and gracious. If there was anything to complain about, it would maybe be to add a dresser in the closet of the double bed room. With that said, it is definitely not a deal breaker and we would book this house again. As a matter of fact we have all already discussed booking our next trip in this house.

This was a great place for our extended family to stay. There were five adults and five kids between 2-12 and even though the house wasn’t super large it was laid out well for people to be able to have their own space. There was sometimes a bottleneck with just two bathrooms, but we made it work! We really appreciated being in a quieter neighborhood— it was nice to retreat to the house and the fenced in backyard after a day out and about at the beach. There weren’t a lot of beach items at the house but we used a rental service just down the road for chairs and toys and that worked well. It was also a bonus to be just a few blocks from the Gulf State Park trails! We didn’t have any issues come up during our stay, and the hosts were easy to communicate with about check in and check out. The kids are already asking if we can come back next year :-)

We absolutely loved our stay at this comfortable, large home at Orange Beach! It's a short walk from the Gulf State Park trails and a quick drive to the beach. There is plenty of room for guests and every kitchen amenity you might need. The rec room is a great place to hang out and we enjoyed evenings in the screened-in porch. Can't wait for our next visit!

We found the house perfect for our needs. It was located Central to the restaurants and beaches of Orange beach. Found the house completely stocked with all the essentials particularly liked the game room for spending a few hours.

Great home in quiet neighborhood with a very nice central location. The game is such a neat addition. Loved the fenced backyard for our 4 legged children. :)

We loved our stay. More than enough room for the 9 of us. Beautiful backyard. Very spacious inside. Large game room and living room for the whole family to congregate. Washer and dryer work great and save on packing. Only blocks from the main drag and 5 to 8 minutes from the beach depending on traffic and which beach you like better. Very nice screened patio area for sitting out. Easy to find. Good parking. We hope to return.

The home is very nice and the location is great. Very convenient to everything. Nicely decorated, roomy and the teens and fur babies loved it. We will definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.

Was large enough to accommodate us all, had enough towels plus extras, close enough to everything. Does need a few things replaced and said there were sheets in a closet for the pullout couch but the sheets were not there, but didn’t look any further since the beds were enough for our group. There is a weight limit for the bunk beds.

We loved this house for our vacation in Orange Beach. Our family had 5 people with age ranges from 44 to 75 and two small dogs and it was a perfect fit. We each had rooms. My mom didn’t have steps to climb with her bad knees. We could just open the door to a fenced in backyard for the dogs instead of riding an elevator. And we got to cook meals and play games as a family. The location was great because it was close to everything without having to be in the thick of the crowds. The decor is very cute and furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had every item that we needed for cooking and eating. The bathroom amenities bag and the packets of dish and laundry detergent were unexpected but very much appreciated. We enjoyed using the binder to find things to do and restaurants to check out. The only thing we were slightly less than impressed with was the cleaning service. They could stand to have a talking to. But we loved the house. It was perfect and if we ever come back to Orange Beach, we all agreed that we’d love to stay here again. Thanks again to the owners for letting us stay here. It was just what we needed and appreciate your help with our stay.

Nice quite neighbor hood. Roomy home and short distance to beach ,stores, gas stations, food Enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very sweet and so willing to help. Over all a nice place to stay

The house is said to be a mile to the beach it's a 10 min drive. The house was not clean there were cobwebs everywhere all the dished had a sticky film on them the beds were not made just blankets thrown on there. The house keeping was so poorly there was earrings on my side ta le on bedroom along with toys and other people's clothing left behind from prior people. The pool table is so un- level one side had 6 pieces of cardboard to try to level it with the 4th leg being completely different then the rest with 4 pieces under that leg, it was literally wobbling missing balls and taped pockets. All the darts ends were broke so you couldn't even use them. No TV in the bedrooms and I don't even know why there was wifi because it didn't work. Toilet seat was peeling. Definitely a one star if the game room was as seen and they deep cleaned I would give a 3 star but as of now it's a 1....

We had our family vacation in Orange Beach, not on the beach but we enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the property manager was quick to respond to my messages.

My family and I were looking for a more private vacation. This home fit the bill perfectly. Location was spot on. Beautiful quiet neighborhood that was only a couple minutes feom anything you could want. The extra space proved invaluable when we recieved the 5 inches of rain in two days, but we all enjoyed the gameroom and the space to relax, read and do our own thing. The beach was only a 5 min drive and never an issue with parking. We will be back.

The property was in a nice and quite neighborhood. The cleaning service could have done a little better on the floors and the mattresses could use some updating but it is a nice and comfortable house with plenty of room to spare. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I booked this trip as a getaway for our family. The check in was easy and the house offered everything we needed and is located close to nearby attractions.

Misrepresented the pool. Community pool ad implies it's on the property. Wifi instructions very confusing and incorrect. Way over priced for the location. House is nice. Would not book it again.

Great experience and great location.

The Barracusa house was perfect for our 3 families to stay in 1 place. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, ranging from 8 years to 8 months. The house had everything we needed and the fenced in backyard was perfect for the kids to run and play. We will most definitely be back!

Overall we had a pleasant stay. While we had a couple minor issues, Kristina accommodated us and was quick to reply. The kids loved the game room, though a couple things were amiss - some darts without tips and one corner of the air hockey table was broken off. That didn’t stop them from having fun. Some updates needed, but all rather insignificant (lightbulbs out, tear in screen on Sunporch door, etc). There were some paddle boards available for us to use at the beach, which was great! While the kitchen is fairly well stocked, it doesn’t have a 9x13 - a staple in our family. But we managed. We bought a cutting board and large santoku knife to leave there, as those were also lacking. The location is nice, especially that it was quiet - not by the partyers down at the beach. Almost everything we needed was within 10 min. drive, and our other activities were all 20-60 min away. Though 2 bathrooms didn’t feel like enough for 11 of us 😬 we enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again, Thank you, Kristina!

Most anything you could want or need and more.

Our stay was enjoyable. The house was great. We locked the kids in the game room & they never really bothered us all week. Our budget was tight due to unforeseen circumstances (we bought a boat we weren't planning on) so Mama had to cook & prepare every.single.meal the whole week. Was able to manage fine with what was provided. I did need more dishsoap & rags to clean but I left the rags there. Our dishwasher had issues & a new one was installed the following day....that was pretty quick. Good property management in my opinion. I always take a hair dryer & extra linens. There's plenty of towels but after staying at lots of rentals I think it's a common theme for any not to have many washrags. No big deal as I took 30 with me. They had 3 hair dryers there. I even took my own vacuum as our border collie sheds like crazy & there were 2 vacuums there. We found 4 Styrofoam boogie boards in the back. Some other beach toys...we left a few things too. The neighborhood was great. We went to a yard sale next door & bought way too much...aerator...I mean come on...who goes 10 hours south & buys an aerator, lilly pad, & more. They were nice anyways. We walked the neighborhood at night & it is scary quiet. Never made it to the pool to swim. Location wise, perfect. 10 pound bag of ice is $2.00 at the car wash easterly. Walmart might be 5-10. We went to Pensacola dog beach...that was awesome...sand dollars there. Went to Perdido twice, Cotton Bayou once, the OB Pavillion Beach & Fort Morgan twice for big shells. We usually stay at a friend's in Pensacola so this was our first time in Orange Beach. The house definitely met all of our needs. Ceramic tile throughout was easy to sweep up. 3 brooms in the house & what do you know...we had 3 kids. Boom! I'm sure we'll want to try to stay at this house again. Our friend in Pensacola is probably thinking we're mooches so it's going to happen. I happened to have unexpected work unloaded on me for 3/7 days so I'm thinking after being stuck on the computer & cooking every dang meal Mama needs another trip like next week. Adulting is so tough I swear, but this house & area made my free 4 days worth every penny & memory. Something to note: no traffic or crowds after Labor Day...it was freaking awesome!!!

This house is cozy and comforty. It had plenty of space for my whole family. Very clean and organized. Great bedrooms and huge game room. Very close and easy access to all local shops and beach. We will definitely be rebooking this house again !! Kristina was wonderful lady to deal with. She made sure our trip was easy and relaxing. Thanks !!
