Property is just as described. Had a fantastic stay. We are 2 adult couples. We had plenty of room for us all. Parking was great also. Only negative, which is really not a negative, is that the elevator wait is sometimes a bit long, but who cares, you’re on vacation! Stay here, you’ll love it.

This is the second time we stayed in a VRBO managed by Natalia and Silvia. This is an amazing unit - with a separate bedroom which allowed privacy for all adults. Beautiful views, everything you could need for a great stay in Coconut Grove. During this stay there was a minor issue with the AC and they were in regular communication about it, made sure it was addressed, and checked in to be sure we were comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Our family of 4 stayed here while we moved my son into U Miami, which is about a 10-minute drive. This apartment is located on the 14th floor of Hotel Arya, which is located in downtown Coconut Grove (great restaurants and charm factor). Miami Vacation Rentals owns and manages the property; their communication and customer service were excellent both prior to and during our stay. We had a minor issue with the dryer which we didn’t discover until evening. I texted to inform them and they responded right away, apologizing and setting up a service appointment for the next day. While the ac worked well, I asked if they had fans because I’m a woman of a certain age. Two brand-new fans were delivered quickly. The views are incredible, and we enjoyed the pleasant breezes on the wrap-around balcony. This was originally two hotel units with a common hall: a studio and a 1-bedroom with full kitchen and living room. The studio has a mini-fridge, microwave, and same great view. The primary bedroom has two walls of glass sliding doors, providing the spectacular view and balcony access. Parking in the hotel garage was never an issue. The unit has high-end appliances, which we didn’t use because we were busy and ate out. There are some expected signs of rental wear- some nicked furniture and the like- but nothing major. As is, I’d rate the apartment a 4/5 for those reasons; however, Miami Vacation Rental management exceeded our expectations re: feedback. We recommend their company.

The apartment is well appointed and supplied with all our needs super clean. Easy to communicate with the hosts. Pool is nice and the location is walkable to just about anything you might need.

We had to drop our son off at University of Miami and decided to make a weekend of it. This was a perfect spot to experience all the shops and restaurants of Coconut Grove. Even a yoga studio next door. Unit was very clean and comfortable with amazing view.

Wrap-around balcony A++! Needed a couple things during our 2-week stay .. Great communication with owners and quickly addressed needs. Loved the location as we could walk to shops, great restaurants and some night-time fun. Highly recommend ... Rusty Pelican at Key Biscayne for a great seafood dinner with an unbeatable view of miami downtown skyline, Bill Baggs Cape State Park for a day at the beach (rent chairs and umbrella) make sure to check out the lighthouse while you are there, Harry's Pizzeria (450 ft from condo). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if back in Miami would most definitely book again!! Thznks for sharing your place.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, everything was really great and the views magnificent. Communication with the managers was excellent. Overall everything was as we expected but rather better than that. We could thoroughly recommend Miami Rentals

The views! The sunshine! This 2 br/2 bath condo overlooking Biscayne Bay was a perfect getaway from the cold, gray skies of Chicago. The unit was bright, airy, spacious, and clean. The hotel/condo building was well-run and the management company was so responsive and easy to work with. The unit and the building both need a little updating/refreshing. However, this is made up by the excellent location that is ideal for quick access to downtown Miami, Coral Gables/University of Miami, and just steps away from CocoWalk with amazing assortment of restaurants and shops.

My Husband and I stayed for parents weekend. Location was perfect- walkable to nearly everything. The building is upscale and staff is very attentive. Hosts provide everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend!

The property is in a perfect location for exploring coconut grove and has an amazing view. Excellent price to boot.

Everything you could possibly want!!!!

My wife picked the property. It was ideal for two couples with its two bedrooms and a great kitchen and living/family room. The views and the balcony are fantastic! We would love to stay here again! There were many excellent restaurants within three blocks of the property!! We loved it.

Great view and such a great location. Groceries, pharmacy, and abundant of restaurants around. I love the convenience of being able to have access to the parking garage. Would stay here again!

The location was so convenient for the wedding reception we attended at the Mayfair hotel. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. It made it so easy to not worry about transportation. And management is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Clean, spacious and modern. Close to everything in the grove and walking distance to lots of restaurants, etc. The building is a bit weird since some are hotel, some condos, etc and the wait for the elevator is always long. Nothing the owner can do but wish the building would resolve.

Property has a great view, but maintenance and upkeep is lacking. Complicated appliances in kitchen.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful condo. The hosts were very responsive and certainly made our visit to the Grove most enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!

This property is amazing! Clean, spacious, well-appointed, quiet, secure, and just perfect for a south Florida getaway. Because it’s a corner unit with a wraparound balcony, we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise AND sunset everyday.

Right in the middle of what's happening in Coconut Grove with a view of the water and a great pool to cool off in. Good Stay!

The location, the view, and the high-class amenities of this property make our vacation better than what we imagined. We recommend it and we are sure we will rent it again for our next trip to Miami. Also, the area is amazing, full of small places to eat, shop or just go for a walk.

The listing is exactly as pictured and the views were beautiful. It is in close proximity to dining and things to do. All the required staples were available for use within the home. Property managers were extremely responsive and had any issues addressed promptly. I am already planning a return visit.

The unit was well represented in the photos. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The views were amazing and the location could not have been better. The unit was well stocked which made it easy to prepare meals & drinks. We would definitely recommend.
