Great location for walking and enjoying everything Coconut Grove. Views from unit are amazing.

Wonderful views. Walk to everything

Very good stay in a good area with plenty of excellent restaurants. Very good view from room but noisy aircondition.

Our family enjoyed our week in this spacious 2 bedroom. The master suite was perfectly situated to enjoy sunrise and sunset from bed- or step out on the balcony that surrounds. Everything appeared pretty updated and clean. We did cook at home several times and had to learn how to use a different style of stove/oven than we are used to, but it all worked and we got a good laugh. We enjoyed walking around town and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. It was nice that it overlooked the pool so I could easily keep an eye on my teens even if in our room. If we returned to the area I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The condo was great. We loved the views from every room. The main bedroom was especially comfortable with a wonderful view. The second bedroom showed a little more age, but was usable. We loved the location. Walking distance to the marina, a grocery store and many excellent restaurants. Our only complaint was out of the control of the condo owner. With one or two elevators broken, we experienced long waits for the elevator, but, planned accordingly. There is lots of work happening throughout the building. Ohhh, it’s going to look nice. Right now, you’ll smell paint in the hallways from time to time and meet construction workers in the service elevator. Final thing to keep in mind, the building’s restaurant is being remodeled, so no food is available on-site. If we return to Miami, we’ll surely book this condo again.

Beautiful property. Views are amazing and it's in the PERFECT location. Walking distance to everything you could want. The property manager was responsive and so friendly.

The view was beautiful, the neighborhood was safe and nice with many dining options within walking distance. The free parking was in a garage and directly connected to the property (which is nice if it rains). I would definitely stay here again!

Property is just as described. Had a fantastic stay. We are 2 adult couples. We had plenty of room for us all. Parking was great also. Only negative, which is really not a negative, is that the elevator wait is sometimes a bit long, but who cares, you’re on vacation! Stay here, you’ll love it.

This is the second time we stayed in a VRBO managed by Natalia and Silvia. This is an amazing unit - with a separate bedroom which allowed privacy for all adults. Beautiful views, everything you could need for a great stay in Coconut Grove. During this stay there was a minor issue with the AC and they were in regular communication about it, made sure it was addressed, and checked in to be sure we were comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more!

A great place to stage for the races in Homestead. Nice property.

Our family of 4 stayed here while we moved my son into U Miami, which is about a 10-minute drive. This apartment is located on the 14th floor of Hotel Arya, which is located in downtown Coconut Grove (great restaurants and charm factor). Miami Vacation Rentals owns and manages the property; their communication and customer service were excellent both prior to and during our stay. We had a minor issue with the dryer which we didn’t discover until evening. I texted to inform them and they responded right away, apologizing and setting up a service appointment for the next day. While the ac worked well, I asked if they had fans because I’m a woman of a certain age. Two brand-new fans were delivered quickly. The views are incredible, and we enjoyed the pleasant breezes on the wrap-around balcony. This was originally two hotel units with a common hall: a studio and a 1-bedroom with full kitchen and living room. The studio has a mini-fridge, microwave, and same great view. The primary bedroom has two walls of glass sliding doors, providing the spectacular view and balcony access. Parking in the hotel garage was never an issue. The unit has high-end appliances, which we didn’t use because we were busy and ate out. There are some expected signs of rental wear- some nicked furniture and the like- but nothing major. As is, I’d rate the apartment a 4/5 for those reasons; however, Miami Vacation Rental management exceeded our expectations re: feedback. We recommend their company.

The apartment is well appointed and supplied with all our needs super clean. Easy to communicate with the hosts. Pool is nice and the location is walkable to just about anything you might need.

We had to drop our son off at University of Miami and decided to make a weekend of it. This was a perfect spot to experience all the shops and restaurants of Coconut Grove. Even a yoga studio next door. Unit was very clean and comfortable with amazing view.

Wrap-around balcony A++! Needed a couple things during our 2-week stay .. Great communication with owners and quickly addressed needs. Loved the location as we could walk to shops, great restaurants and some night-time fun. Highly recommend ... Rusty Pelican at Key Biscayne for a great seafood dinner with an unbeatable view of miami downtown skyline, Bill Baggs Cape State Park for a day at the beach (rent chairs and umbrella) make sure to check out the lighthouse while you are there, Harry's Pizzeria (450 ft from condo). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if back in Miami would most definitely book again!! Thznks for sharing your place.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, everything was really great and the views magnificent. Communication with the managers was excellent. Overall everything was as we expected but rather better than that. We could thoroughly recommend Miami Rentals

The views! The sunshine! This 2 br/2 bath condo overlooking Biscayne Bay was a perfect getaway from the cold, gray skies of Chicago. The unit was bright, airy, spacious, and clean. The hotel/condo building was well-run and the management company was so responsive and easy to work with. The unit and the building both need a little updating/refreshing. However, this is made up by the excellent location that is ideal for quick access to downtown Miami, Coral Gables/University of Miami, and just steps away from CocoWalk with amazing assortment of restaurants and shops.

My Husband and I stayed for parents weekend. Location was perfect- walkable to nearly everything. The building is upscale and staff is very attentive. Hosts provide everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Everything you could possibly want!!!!

My wife picked the property. It was ideal for two couples with its two bedrooms and a great kitchen and living/family room. The views and the balcony are fantastic! We would love to stay here again! There were many excellent restaurants within three blocks of the property!! We loved it.

Great view and such a great location. Groceries, pharmacy, and abundant of restaurants around. I love the convenience of being able to have access to the parking garage. Would stay here again!

The location was so convenient for the wedding reception we attended at the Mayfair hotel. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. It made it so easy to not worry about transportation. And management is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Clean, spacious and modern. Close to everything in the grove and walking distance to lots of restaurants, etc. The building is a bit weird since some are hotel, some condos, etc and the wait for the elevator is always long. Nothing the owner can do but wish the building would resolve.

Property has a great view, but maintenance and upkeep is lacking. Complicated appliances in kitchen.
