This is our second year renting this house! This house has everything we need from enough bedrooms, hot tub and lakefront. You never feel like you’re on top of each other since there are 3 floors. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Some light switches we didn’t know what it turned on, and one of the lights were out in the one bathroom.
Would 100% recommend this place to everyone, it’s perfect and had everything we wanted.

There were 9 of us, multi generational and the house was a great size. Loved the big kitchen table, multiple living spaces, sunroom and large deck. Dock is sturdy, firepit is big around and deep enough for nightly fires. Great lake and quiet neighbors. Camille was great to work with and responded quickly.

The amenities were just as nice as we hoped they would be! It was such a nice convenience to have a kayak, canoe and bikes for adults as well as baby stuff like a bouncer and high chair. Camille was very responsive and helpful. We’d book again! My only complaint is that the upstairs queen bedroom didn’t have any curtains.

Just wanted too say this property was spacious and beautiful. My family had a blast. The only thing That stops me from giving it a 5 star. Is that the Jacuzzi tub was dirty it seem too need professional deep cleaning. Everything else was good.

A group of us got together for a short vacation. The house was perfectly sized for us. Plenty of room! Everything was in great working order and we appreciated the pool table and the hot tub! Most likely we will be looking at this house again next year for our annual get together!

The house is very spacious with plenty of room to sleep and hang out. The lake side location is primo for simply relaxing. Lake is so peaceful, no motor boats. We all had a great time. Camille was very easy to get a hold of.

A lovely home located right on a quiet lake. For peace and relaxation. With 3 flights of stairs this is not the place for the elderly or mobility impaired. Camille was amazing and communication was excellent. Plenty of room to spread out. Would be idea for a girls getaway.

My family loves this place! Relaxation, fishing, and family board game nights… it’s our favorite week of the year to get together on family vacation. Cam is wonderful as a host! Thanks!

This was such a great house for our big family of 11. The property was so clean and well kept! If u like to fish, Big Bass Lake is a great fishing spot! Our only complaint is you can’t swim at the actual house, you have to get in the car and drive to pool & swimmable beach! But that is literally our only complaint!

We had a great time at Big Bass Lake! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming at the lake and pool in the community. Went to Bushkill Falls, Jim Thorpe and Boulder Field. Great location right on the lake! Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and pool table!

Stayed here last week. Great house with plenty of room for all right on the lake. Kids had fun feeding the fish. Three year old grandson got his first fishing and canoe lessons. Had some not so great weather but was still able to get to the pool, have a fire in the firepit, and use the hot tub. There is an indoor bounce house/rock wall climbing in nearby Mt. Pocono used on a rainy day. Cam was easily accessible and easy to work with.

My friends and I take a long weekend cabin trip together each January and this house was definitely our favorite so far. The pictures don't really do justice for how open the main living room and kitchen area feel and all the couches and beds were quite comfortable. The view of the lake is incredible and this is the first house we've stayed at where heating was never a concern. The individual thermostats for each room and the fireplaces are fantastic if you're staying in the winter. It's also nice to stay somewhere where all the rooms feel legitimately sized with real beds (rather than some places that just cram in a ton of twin beds) so no one had to feel like they had the worst room. Highly recommend this house and I'm sure it would be just as lovely in the summer where you could take full advantage of the lake.

We were a large group and the house was very comfortable for us. The house is lakefront and all you could see from the windows was blue water, great views! House was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was very nice. The process entering into the community at the gated entrance needs improvement, but other than that we would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space on the lake. Camille was great to communicate with and the views were awesome each day. The host had every piece of kitchen equipment imaginable which made for wonderful meals together with friends.

Beautiful place! Check in was easy, the kitchen was perfect and had everything you can think of.

Family Christmas gift to myself 🤣
The whole experience was wonderful. The communication with the property manager was really great. She would respond back to me right away. I recommend this place in every way. It was so relaxing and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the big kitchen an open space and skylights! The hot tub was a great hit as well as the kayak and canoe. The kayaking the canoe were in great shape and not just some ugly old things that people leave at a rental but really nice old town kayak and canoe which we totally enjoyed.
It was really great that LUKE and Melissa did not have to bring baby equipment. It was already there. Also there were enough bedrooms for the baby to have his own room and for everybody to have a great time!
The first day we were there it rained and so we especially enjoyed the pool table!

Great weekend getaway
We had such a nice weekend. The hot tub was the main event. We got a snowstorm and the view of the snow covered lake while sitting in the hot tub was breathtaking.

Pocono work n ski trip
The property was in excellent condition! The rooms were comfy, hot tub worked great, pool table a plus, and the snow covered lakefront view was so peaceful in all its beauty. Kitchen had all the supplies needed. Wifi strong for working remotely. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great house
A bunch of us 50-somethings wanted to spend a weekend together in the Poconos and this place was perfect for us! Beds were very comfortable, the wide open living, dining kitchen area worked well for meals and games, the basement was a great way to spread out a bit. Hot tub, fire bowl, spectacular views, a canoe, incredibly well stocked kitchen, pool table, bikes, really, this place had it all. We are already talking about coming back. Thanks for sharing your home!

THE HOUSE WAS VERY NICE ,THE AC UNITS IN SLIDDING DOORS WAS LACKING, CURTAINS IN UPPER FLOOR ROOMS WOULD BE NICE, SOME STORAGE IN BEDROOMS OR AT LEAST SOMETHING TO PUT SUIT CASES ON . I BROUGHT MY OWN KAYAKS A NICER SPOT TO LAUNCH THEM WOULD BE NICE A LOT OF ROCKS AT WATERS EDGE.

We enjoyed our stay on the lake! The only complaint I would say is that the whole house has only 2 portable air conditioners that don’t really keep the house cool. The one in the living room needed to be drained every half hour in order for it to continue to work. The other one is located in a bedroom upstairs so doesn’t really cool down any other room. We were thankful for all the fans.
The house itself was well stocked with all the necessary supplies. The hot tub and the pool table were a favorite as well as being able to take the canoe and kayak onto the lake. For a first trip to the Poconos we enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway
The house is clean and well equipped. We loved having the bikes, kayak, canoe and pool table to keep everyone entertained. The one drawback is that the a/c are two portable units. While they did a good job of cooling the common areas, we were there during a heat wave and the bedrooms got quite warm. We still had a wonderful time and would rent again just not during a heat wave 😀

Amazing Week
We had an amazing time at this home. My 3 year old loved fishing off the dock. The views of the lake in the morning were great. The house had everything we needed and more.
We had one little hiccup with the ac unit leaking, but they were quick to have someone come out and fix it.
We are already looking to see when we can come back again next year!
