Taylor Close was exactly what I required. I needed somewhere to stay while movers were packing up my house. I was continually carrying my possessions backwards and forwards, so I required parking close to the house, and somewhere on the ground floor to put them. I was pleased to find that the house has a full size fridge, microwave and cooker. The bed and sofa are comfortable, and the TV is large and works well. It was nice to be able to eat my meals in the garden.

The rubber insulation around the oven door has come loose. I am just tall enough to reach the string to switch the electric shower on. I suggest this be extended. I would have appreciated the use of the garage. This was not advertised on your web site, but the owners told me it was available in the message they sent after booking. However, when I arrived, it transpired that it was not available.

The property was easy to find and parking was more than adequate. the kitchen was also well equipped and the bed was comfortable and it was clean throughout.

it was very sparsely furnished especially the bedrooms. No bedside lights and one bedroom had no hanging space for clothes, not even a hook on the back of the door. The garden was nice but couldn’t enjoy the garden furniture as there were no cushions on the chairs and the bases were too dirty to sit on.

Lovely to have whole house to ourselves. Lovely easy location very quiet.

If I came with my husband and father not enough seating for us as only a three seater settee. Please note ants in kitchen.

I like the location,it was very quite and calm.well behaviour of the staff’s over the phone.kitchen & garden was good,toilet was clean also.

There was no hanger for hanging our jackets, no clothing storage in the room and no bin for the waste .only bad and corner in the room that’s it.and the bed was bit dusty and the pillows are not comfortable.

More bedroom storage / furniture such as a wardrobe, chair, 2 bedside cabinets per bedroom

A complete home perfect for little families. Have got every little thing needed for the stay. Loved it.

Really nice to have the basics like toilet rolls, some soap, salt, rubbish bags, we are used to taking literally everything as usually these rentals are stripped clean, really nice surprise.

The beds were a little uncortable / lumpy which is why i marked down a point.

Very good property. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The neighbours let the property down a little bit. On our arrival - 5.30pm, the neighbours were arguing and swearing at each other from their gardens. Apart from that everything else was okay.

Location great not too far for what we needed to do

Possibly time to get new bed base and mattresses with better support i.possible to sleep on the one in fear bedroom

They had CCTV (whether it works or not is a different question) which was needed with the area.

Everything. Carpet is ripped, pulls up and has so many stains it’s hard to tell where they end the the carpet actually starts. Every door has a dent in it The house stinks as if somebody has smoked in it for the last 20 years. External Gas and Electric cupboard doors were on the floor when we arrived. Looks like the furniture and decorations have been there since it was built.

confusing information- on Booking.com pets welcome but emailed received - NO PETS! Thank goodness the friends we were visiting were able to have our pet.

previous occupants must have smoked smelt of stale tobacco, also lots of cigarette ends at front and back door, we are all none smokers so was off putting, we bought some air fresheners to plug in and put around the house, the dustbins were full outside we put them out on the Tuesday as per the rest of the houses close by but nothing got collected?

However the house was spotless on arrival. A nice little garden and the house was in a quiet location with room to park your car at the front of the house. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and chip shops around. It really is good value for money and the beds were very comfortable.... but the changes listed above I feel are a must!

We enjoyed our stay at Taylor Close however there is room for improvement. First of all there was only one 3 seater sofa in the living room. This was really no good being as we are a family of 4! An extra armchair is 100% needed. The living room could also do with a freshen up as its quite dark and gloomy. Secondly the bedrooms have no wardrobes so you literally do have to live out of your bags! And last but not least the kitchenware seriously needs an update! There were no tea towels, only 1 cereal bowl, polish but no duster and just a lack of general cleaning equipment. These changes really are inexpensive so I dont understand why they have not been done.

The kitchen, the telly, the sofas the place was spotless, the location is great, We loved everything, its a nice little house which offers so much. Definitely recommended.

Just morning time someone entered the garden to do the gardening which broke our sleep. My partner got a little bit scared. I got in the room looking for wardrobe. But that's fine am not really fussy. I enjoyed it.
