Our family visits Myrtle beach at least once a year and this was the first time our family stayed at this condo and it was AMAZING. The condo was spacious, clean and had the supplies we needed for the week. The amenities were clean, our grandchildren especially enjoyed the lazy river. We definitely recommend this specific unit and plan on booking it again.

We were looking for a beach/ocean view for 10 in North Myrtle Beach and this was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and the property description and photos were spot on. We would stay again and hope to do so!

Long weekend stay with the (adult) family including one in a power wheelchair. The only difficulty was getting wheelchair in and out to balcony and it wasn't insurmountable, just a bit difficult because of a 2 inch threshold. Great location, plenty of parking, convenient.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beaches 4Life at Windy Hill Dunes. Communication with Shannon and Brent was seamless before, during, and after our stay. This was one of the cleanest rental units we have entered upon check-in. Moving in and out was easy with the multiple carts and loading/unloading zones and multiple fast elevators. The parking garage and air conditioned walkway from the third level was so convenient. The condo was spacious and well-stocked with kitchen plates, silverware, appliances, etc. The furniture and beds were newer and very comfortable. The ROKU TVs in the bedrooms and living area were wonderful, as two in our group were not “beach people”. The empty pantry for food was a wonderful bonus to put all of our snacks and food to allow for more counter space in the kitchen. It was wonderful having a balcony with a table and other chairs for our group of five to be able to enjoy the beautiful views together comfortably. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with the use of a personalized code on the door. It was convenient not having to go to a rental office to pick up, drop off, and deal with keys for the week. This was simply one of the best vacation experiences we have had and are looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a terrific vacation!

I gave myself the gift of a family weekend for Mother’s Day this year and this was the PERFECT PLACE! Beautiful condo with plenty of room, unbelievable views, and a great location. I highly recommend!!!!!

Your condo is perfect for rest and recuperation! It was so easy to move our things in w the buggy/cart and luggage dolly. Beautiful view from a beautifully decorated condo. We had a perfect week. Comfortable beds, nice hot water, and everything you’d need for a restful week. Thanks again for sharing with us!

We enjoyed our stay this week. Can’t beat the view (and I researched for weeks before booking). Condo has everything you need. Communication was great with owners - always quick to reply. Neighborhood was great with lots to do within a short distance. Anything we had questions about or concerns were handled promptly. Floors have been updated since pics so no carpet - which was a plus for us! FYI - you have to enter code to get the door to lock on way out of condo (I may have missed this in the info but something to keep in mind or you’re leaving the place unlocked and then locking upon return). The only thing I would do to make this a 5 star rating is to upgrade the mattress in master - the other beds were comfy. It’s probably just my preference vs someone else’s, however.

The view and ocean breeze from the balcony was perfect. 2nd best part was 3 beds and 3 baths. This gave each couple privacy. Would have loved the 2nd master to have a bigger bed. The beds were confortable. The living room and kitchen were a great size for 5 or 6 people. Love the location...close to everything we needed. Great restaurants and shopping.

I can't say enough good things about this place plus the communication with the owners was the best I have experienced. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and very well stocked with dishes etc. We will definitely be back!

The property was so clean and spacious. I loved the extra touches like the plugs/extension cords by both sides of the bed. The condo included everything I needed to do light cooking. Very convenient to have 4 parking spaces and the option to use the parking garage or the lot next to it. The pool and surrounding areas were nicely maintained. The property owners were pleasant and attentive, easy to get in touch with. Thank you for renting to us!

Three bedrooms, three baths, everyone had their own space. Walkway to the parking garage was perfect with small children. Would recommend for every comfort you would want. Clean, spacious!

Clean, good location, easy to deal with owners. Beach is nice and quiet here, yet condo is close to a lot of great attractions. The condo is much larger than others we have stayed at in recent years, and having 3 bathrooms is a great bonus.

We’ve rented many condos at the beach through the years, but this one is at the top of my list. The location and view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo is very spacious, clean, and extremely well-equipped. It lacked nothing! The owners were great with their communication with us, very thorough, and most helpful. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay.

Relaxed and Rested
Enjoyed the week at this great property. There was plenty of space for all of us to “do our own thing” and then come together as a family. Right on the beach with extra chairs and beach “stuff” supplied was terrific. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well. Close to shopping and restaurants - we had an easy drive to where we wanted to go. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Well equipped & maintained unit
This unit was a very nice place. Decorated nicely and well maintained! Owners were easy to reach if you needed them. Would recommend especially if you have a large group. We had 6 adults & 4 kids and we were comfortable. Nice spacious kitchen, which is hard to find. Another plus was the parking garage had a walk way over road so you didn’t have to cross road to get to condo. Didn’t have to worry about the kids & having hands on them. Staff on property were also friendly. As were the homeowners that live there year round.

Very nice condo in great location!
One of the nicest condos we’ve rented in the Myrtle Beach area. Very clean, had everything we needed, comfy beds, great view from the spacious balcony. The pool, lazy river, hot tub and beach access were fantastic. Loved the location…plenty to do nearby but away from the main hub of Myrtle Beach. Owners were lovely, sending us a text on check-in day to let us know the cleaners were running a bit late and another “thank you” text after our stay. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Condo!
This unit has everything that is described in the listing. Roomy, spotless and exceptionally decorated. Brent and Shannon are wonderful hosts. Nothing was too small for them to answer. We are looking forward to staying here again. The unit is on the 10th floor and the three elevators are fast. No wait. Very private and quiet. The beach is beautiful. Great stay for us!

Great place in every way!
This place is amazing! Great floor plan. Plenty of space for a family to come together and to spread out. Very quiet and relaxing. You don't even hear anything from neighboring condos. The balcony...Wow! You can see, hear and experience the ocean from almost every place in the condo. You can see the ocean while you cook! Daily walks on the beach are addicting. Lounge chairs by the pool were very comfortable. Very homey. Shannon and Brent were great to work with. Very communicative and helpful. They definitely pay great attention to detail in providing everything necessary for their guests to fully enjoy refreshing and memorable downtime. I highly recommend this great stay!

The renting of the condo was very easy and the owners were really nice and helpful. Only thing that I wish was different is to have 2 recliners instead of a loveseat.

great for families
Loved everything about it, the lazy river, pool and baby pool had easy access to the beach and that it was a quite part of town.
The condo had so much room that was nicely decorated and everything that we needed. Views were beautiful, waking up with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise was the best. Thanks for such a great vacation celebrating my husbands 60th birthday.
