Great location with a wonderful view!! The place had plenty of space & everything we needed for a great vacation.

Condo well equipped with all we needed

The views from the balconies were amazing, the location was fantastic. However, the listing states 3 bedrooms but it is actually 2 bedrooms, the living room is considered the 3rd bedroom. The couch unfolds into a bed. So, if you have a family of 4 or more you might want to take that into consideration. No privacy for the ones sleeping in the living. Ceiling fans are outdated, and the one in the master bedroom does make a scraping noise when on as the blades hit the glass light cover. The chains on the ceiling fans are hard to function and the extension cord to the ceiling fans are hard to twist on and off because on the chains wrapped around them. In the master bedroom be careful of the wood decorations on the wall above the bed as they are flimsy and tend to fall on your head in the middle of the night. They are not secured properly to the wall. Another thing we noticed that happened occasionally while we were out and about or in the middle of the night during our stay, is that several books would some how fall from the shelves and end up on the floor in the 2nd bedroom. We didn't want to pay too much attention to that but it was weird. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, comfortable, for the price needs some updating. Nothing really bad but repairs needed several areas. 4 star stay

Loved the central location to everything happening in the Waikiki area and the ease of getting in and out of the property.

Check-in was very difficult. Did not start out with a good state of mind. Fans and ceiling lights in the dinning area and one of the bedrooms did not seem to work properly. The View was outstanding and very impressive. Don't know how you could improve on that.

Great location - condo view is great of ocean and Friday fireworks were spectacular . Photos make it look bigger than it is but overall was just great

We had a great stay but the condo needs to be updated. The view and balconies are amazing and when we were there most time was spent out there.

All was very good, great location. Our only concern would be the pillows on tge beds should be replaced, very little support.

It was a great!! The only problem I had was that the room was listed as a 3 bedroom when it is in fact a 2 bedroom, so we had to purchase a 3rd bedroom in the hotel. But otherwise, great view, great spot. Yeah it’s a bit outdated with the patio doors and master bathroom tub, but that is no reason to not stay here. The owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Me and my group would stay here again :)

This was a fantastic condo on the edge of the ocean. A great place for family to gather, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was an easy drive to other parts of the island. I recommend a stay at this condo!

The views are as spectacular as the pictures. The location is a fantastic starting point for anything you want to do on Oahu! It’s definitely cozy but it had everything we needed except coffee filters but there are so many stores around you should be able to find anything you need. The bathrooms could use some love at some point but overall everything was fine. We weren’t “home” enough to mind any of the minor things that could use some updating. The check-in/out process was super easy and we really enjoyed our stay here! I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Oahu!

This is a very comfortable and well equipped unit with amazing views of the marina. Sunsets on the lanai are must see. Our host Pat was prompt in responding to questions. Pat gave us great advice and suggestions which really made our time on Oahu great.

It was a great! The condo is in a perfect area No where can you get the view of the ocean/ lagoon, marina and city lights of Honolulu

The condo and property was very nice. We would stay again.

This place is absolute perfection. Charm, comfort, location!!! Can’t wait to come back. Slept 5 comfortably but we did not try the pull out couch. Thanks Pat!!

This property has an amazing view that is breath taking! The location is wonderful and the pool area and facility is very nicely done. The unit does need some repairs and updating. Some of the outlets do not work, the dish washer broke and leaked water all over the kitchen and living room, the hair dryer broke and the unit just needs some TLC. Pat, who owns the unit was very responsive and a delight to work with. She is in the process of updating the furniture and allowed us to have a later check out time. Such a memorable trip!

The condo was retro which we didn’t mind at all it was clean, everything worked, except the ceiling fan needs to be replaced in 2nd bedroom. the view and location was amazing. Very enjoyable stay!! Very comfortable!

This stay kicked off our Hawaii trip. The property and location worked for us. It is close enough to the action of Waikiki Beach to access everything we wanted to visit without the price of multiple rooms in one of the hotels. The public spaces were nice, the pool was as expected, and the $2 Tuesday ice cream scoops at the place in the lobby was a nice treat. It was also great to have less expensive parking fees at the marina ($24 / 24 hours as opposed to $45 per day valet). The unit itself is tired and could use a refresh in many areas. Everything worked and was serviceable, but was showing its wear. The beds were firm and the furniture was saggy from use. We had a strong storm move through one night and you could hear the wind whistling through the glass doors / windows, which needed reglazing. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen, but only one fry pan. No leftover condiments or non-perishables from other guests. Would I stay here again? At this property, yes. In this particular unit, probably not.

The condo can use some updating and better cleaners but it’s well laid out, fantastic views and a great location. We loved it.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our 4-night stay. Was it perfect - no, but I’m not fussy so all was good. The wives in our 2 couples are a little more discerning though and had some concerns. Main ones being the condition of the drapes in the master bedroom and the ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. Both need to be replaced. Overall appearance of the condo would have been very impressive 20-30 years ago, not so much now. View from lanais were great and hotel location was very convenient for groceries and walking to lagoon and ocean beach. Hotel has enough elevators and was never a problem getting to/from the room.

We have travelled all over the world. This was the worst place we ever stayed. I would like a refund for part of my costs. It was filthy and worn out. The bathroom floors were so dirty I washed them with lysol wipes which were so dirty when I was finished that I took picture of them. I took pictures of all the dysfunctions here. It is advertised as sleeping 6. It only sleeps 4 as the pull out sofa frame is broken and no one can sleep on it. The owner is aware of this according to the manager. And still advertises it as sleeping 6. She suggested that the sofa bed wasn't needed and 1 of the adults could just sleep on the couch or they could prop up the broken part!! Not possible as the frame is broken. She refused to help but the manager did bring us a cot which slept only 1 person and had to be in the living area. The cupboards and closets are stuffed with her or other people's belongings. There was no place to store our food other than the fridge and countertopThere is 1 towel and 1 face cloth for each person for the week. Not enough pillow cases. There was only 1 teaspoon. The curtains are so worn out they are no better than having sheers on the windows. The toaster is broken.No plug for kitchen sink. Not enough room to tell all that is wrong here It was expensive and it was junk. I sent an email to vrbo and marina Hawaii vacations on Mar 7 but have had no real response. I do intend to do something about this as I have many pictures of the filth of this place.

The size and location of the property are great. The overall condition was less than satisfactory. The property is in run down condition, many things are damaged or shabby. The floors in the bathroom were dirty, especially the grout and corners. The master bathroom bath tub was dirty, the shower curtain has mold on it and the jets on the spa tub were filthy, black with dirt or mold. The closet in the master bath was full of owners junk as was half of the closed in the master bedroom. I have photos of all of these statements. I was on a business trip and most of my schedule was booked or I wiuykd have sought alternative accommodations.

Tub didn’t drain was full of dirty water broken lamp broken glass on window broken microwave moulding caulking around toilet and tub broken cieling light shower in 2nd bath leaked moulding in both tubs and cost $ 800 a day

My guests and I enjoyed our stay at this condo unit located at the Ilikai. The unit was situated in a perfect location. There were plenty of amenities. Close to shops and restaurants, and the view was unmatched (as promised) especially the panoramic ocean view. The AC unit in the main room, however, failed (error code EP) on the fourth day of our stay, but that was a minor inconvenience. We used the fan on the AC unit and on the ceiling to help circulate the air. Overall, very satisfied with our stay at this condo unit!!

Great Location. Panoramic view of beaches and marina. Two bedrooms used by four adults. The three kids needed to sleep in the living room which worked out well.

Such a fun place to stay! Love this location in the Historic Hotel. We were able to shop, eat, surf and swim with just a short walk away. The room is decorated in Hawaiian style. It was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.
