The location was great walking distance to anything you might need. The only complaints I would have is the T.V in bedroom did not work. The T.V in living room had horrible sound. Bathroom also need better faucets.

Very nice property. We’ll stocked. Lovely yard. Roku in master bedroom did not work. Shower in small bath did not work. Carpets in small bedrooms needs cleaning. Odor. I sprayed with Lysol and it helped. Would definitely come back.

We had the best time on 37th! My partner's work meant that we really couldn't take a full vacay, but the place had strong wifi so he could zoom in the mornings, while I ran to Santa Cruz and Capitola and then brought us Cat and Cloud coffee. My son and I walked to the beach everyday, saying hi to the local pig. We went to the boardwalk, Capitola beach a lot, and Privates beach. Wetsuit made that better for a 6 year old. Friends joined us for one night and the bedroom layout was perfect for an additional parent and two kids. Amenities we adored: hot tub, sunny private deck, awesome primary bed (soooo comfortable) and bathroom, solid rental kitchen, non-Tesla EV charging. TRULY AWESOME layout for a family vacation. The way the parent bedroom separates from kids allows for quality downtime after kids go to bed. Recommend that the property manager adds AA and AAA batteries for remotes that are running low.

Our stay at the Pleasure Point Oasis was one of the best rental stays in a long time, the house was well maintained, easy to access and check-in and most importantly well stocked in kitchen, bath and bed essentials. The kids loved the availability of plenty of board games, outdoor toys and the nice backyard space. We appreciated the spacious rooms, clean kitchen and bath and the relaxing hot tub outside! The home was an easy walk away from the Pleasure point lookout area on Cliff Dr and a short drive away from wonderful beaches in the Santa Cruz area. One small hiccup with the water heater was also immediately resolved by the owners and didn't hamper our stay. Would definitely consider staying again here for future visits to the area!

This house has a great location. The yard is really nice. Great hot tub area. Also it is well supplied. It was cozy and comfortable for four adults. but might be a little tight for 6 adults.

We had a wonderful week staying this Santa Cruz location. The home was well furnished, very clean with a beautiful garden. The location couldn’t have been any better. It was a short 8 block walk to the beach and ten minute bike ride to downtown Capitola. Restaurants and coffee shops were right around the corner and Hwy 1 was just a couple of miles down the road. We enjoyed our visit so much we are trying to get a reservation for next year.

This house is exactly as it is advertised and more! It is a great space, private yard, lovely hot tub and you can walk to Capitola! The property manager is also super communicative - would definitely rent again. Thank you for a great stay!

The house & fenced private yard were lovely and made our family stay absolutely wonderful - The daily walks along the cliff of the ocean and being so close to hiking in the Redwoods was beautiful. We hope to come and stay again! Thank you. Pete & Kathleen Peters

The house is large - particularly the master suite and kitchen/dining area. The other two bedrooms are on the smaller side. Yard is private and lovely, big enough for the teens to toss around a volleyball. The hot tub is on a side patio away from main yard, which is fine, and includes a great outdoor shower and hose to clean off your beach gear. You can walk a short few blocks to East Cliff drive to surf and walk along East Cliff - also walking distance to the shops and restaurants on 41st. We loved that - but for a beach to hang out and boogie board we had to drive. Our only complaint was the property manager was a little brisk with us when we asked questions - we felt we were bother them.

We enjoyed our yearly stay at Pleasure Point Oasis. The house was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Great location, close to shops, restaurant and beaches. Short drive to Capitola and the Boardwalk. House is equipped with everything you need to have a relaxing worry free time. We look forward to coming back next year.

The house and grounds met our needs but there was one inconvenience in my bed room, I needed to get out of bed to turn the table light on or off. The site was well landscaped and was pleasant to sit outside to just visit or read.

Cute little property with great garden and features in the heart of Capitola. We stayed for an Xmas vacation and the property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. 10% will book again!

The house was awesome but there was some confusion about the check in process. I wasn't provided the information to the key lock code. I had to call to get the information.

The property and house were fine. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, multiple clean bath towels and we enjoyed the yard. I did think we would have beach access to walk down and stroll on the beach so it was a bit disappointing to only be able to look off the cliff although watching the surfers was fun. It was also nice to walk to coffee and a few shops and restaurants.

We love staying at this house! This year was our 5th year, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect- close to the beach, shops, food, convenience stores, and a short drive to the Boardwalk and Capitola. The house is well laid out, spacious and clean. We love the privacy of the yard. My only suggestion would be if you are staying a while ( we stayed a week) to bring paper towels and toilet paper as we ran out. I’m sure we could have called and been accommodated as the property managers are very helpful, but it was easy to go pick those items up for us.

We really enjoyed the place. Easy walk to Pleasure Point, 41st, and even Capitola Village (a little more of a trek than the first two). We really enjoyed the hot tub too.

Fun local, did not accommodate up to eight adults as advertised. Had a great time

We had a great time in this fantastic place at Pleasure Point. The home is well appointed and the yard is great. A lot of sun and private space. The hot tub and outdoor shower were a big hit with the family. We’ll be back!

This place is located in Paradise Point. We had a great time walking to the beach to watch the surfers, and had a nice bike ride to the beach at Capitola to explore there. The house was very comfortable, and the hot tub was great!

This was a great place to stay..close to beach (2 blocks) and close to shops and restaurants! Very clean, has everything and very comfortable!! Would stay again for sure!

Super relaxing and quiet spot. The house stay was amazing!

Seems bigger than the pictures. Great attention to details. Clean, well thought out.

The property was spacious with a beautiful landscaped yard. The interior was a bit shabby, kitchen was well stocked but not very clean - we had to re wash the dishes we used. We were a bit annoyed that we had to contact the rental agency about accessing the property at our 4:00 checkin, door code was sent at almost 4:30. The master shower did not work so the plumber had to come out and replace the head. All in all it was a nice change of scenery and liked being close to the ocean but for the money we paid this property was way over priced.

We loved this place! It had everything we needed and our dog especially loved the yard. It was just a quick 2-block walk to the ocean. We loved the donut place across the street and Suda restaurant around the corner. Didn’t make it to the 2 coffee shops and other restaurants but hope to next time! We would definitely stay here again. Loved being so close to Capitola.
