Good stay despite unusually cloudy weather.

This location is central to everything in San Diego and a short ride to La Jolla. Being able to see the ocean waves while sitting in the family room was wonderful, especially since we had a day of rain. Management company was very responsive to our questions. Property is exactly as the description is listed. We were large family ranging in age from 16-80 and loved that we had space for everyone and a great view of the ocean!

Big front room space that fit our large group was nice. The kitchen is a little janky. Old appliances and microwave not working. Property management was quick to respond to fix microwave and Wi-Fi. Not sure we would stay there again.

As soon as we walked in we were impressed by the floor to ceiling windows and the spectacular view in front of us. We had children with ages ranging from 6-15 with us. The property is in a central location on the Mission Beach boardwalk with many restaurants and shopping within a 5-15 minutes stroll. The kids loved how close we were to Belmont and would rush to play on the beach in the mornings. We were in San Diego during an unusual storm. Being in such a central location made it easy to enjoy the outdoors even though the weather was a deterrent. We are looking forward to booking our next trip!

Perfect location and all is as pictured / even better!

This was an awesome place. My son graduated from one of the local universities and we had family and friends coming from as far as New York. The views were amazing. Rooms clean. Kitchen well stocked. My 87 year old mother enjoyed her stay so much that she did not take any arthritis pain medication! The roof was perfect for our BBQ get together. Again, amazing views. Lots of photos taken. The parking was tight, but I was able to put my SUV in the spot. Just can’t say enough good stuff about our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This has been our favorite house we have stayed at on Mission Beach. Tons of decks to view the ocean from, lots of bathrooms/showers and tons of space to spread out! It seemed to be the best part of the beach for hanging out as well. Not too crowded and great surf! You can’t go wrong staying here!

From start to finish we had a great experience. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and very helpful making the most of our stay. The home is very clean, well stocked and has comfy beds. The views are amazing from all levels. The 360 view from the rooftop is awesome. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect location and very nice place for families. The owners were very up front and accurate about parking which was not an issue for us. They responded quickly to our needs. Well stocked with utensils and an outside shower that was helpful with the kids. I recommend this property.

The house was nice, we had an SUV so parking was tight but they gave us the dimension of the parking spaces ahead of time so we knew it would be tight. The property doesn’t have central air but it wasn’t a deal breaker, the breeze was nice and airy.

We paid top dollar for the great location and view but there were problems with most of appliances. I spent too much time calling for service. The property manager was extremely helpful but we lost vacation time making calls. The cookware was in really poor condition and pillows were unusable . Those inexpensive items can make a big difference in a high end rental vacation like this.

There was 2 forks left at the property And for this price there was no cable downstairs. We don’t want to be stuck in a small room watching tv without that beach view. A few minor touch ups and this place is the best

We had 4 adults and 3 children for a sprint break trip. The place was in a great location and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Kitchen was stocked and the place was clean. We were close to Belmont park and walking distance to restaurants. The only issue we had was the ice from the fridge was not working. Would stay at this place again. Parking is very tight but doable.

We had to change plans from skiing to beaching. This property was as pictured and couldn’t have been more perfect for the Christmas gathering. Check in was easy peasy and accommodating. Would stay here again should the need / opportunity arise...

Overall was great!! Had a couple of run ins with renters below our unit. Outside of that was a pleasant vacay.

This is an amazing property and its location could not be better from a beach lover's perspective. Plenty of space for all to be together or to split up in individual groups for more privacy. It's only a short walk to markets, restaurants, and other locations/activities if you just can't take any more beach sights and sounds - we did not have that problem. The parking spots are a bit tight so plan accordingly (come w/ smaller vehicles or an understanding that you will have to park on the street in the local area).. Wi-Fi connectivity and speed are great on the upper level but a little less so on the main level. Cellular coverage on AT&T and Verizon were fine. Enjoy!

This beach home was a wonderful getaway. The location is perfect. The frig was running a bit warm so we called to get that fixed~Response was fast. WiFi could be stronger, but overall we just enjoyed time at the beach & being with good friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 😊

We loved this spot. Much roomier than other spots we've rented in Laguna area. At first I didn't like that it was only the 2nd and 3rd floor (which was clear on the listing but I missed it) but I liked the privacy after I got used to it. Location is great because it's right on the busy path but not too close to the bars. Shops, restaurants and bars a short walk away.

Perfect get away for my family of 5. We will be back for sure!

My family and I stay in Mission Beach every year. This property was clean, nice and great location.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, beautiful, clean safe, exciting, quiet but people watching at your fingertips, if you choose. Great for families business or romance . The views may make you cry, Sunset to sunrise.

I couldn't have found a better beach front home to celebrate a surprise birthday for my husband. Everything was even better than I had hoped for. The whole family was truly impressed and loved that we were so close to the water. The only issue was the WIFI, which was a quick fix for a day and then went down again...but who needs WIFI when you are suppose to relax! Our family is already talking about going back again! Wonderful Beach Front Home!

Our group was not disappointed with all of the amenities this property offered. We will stay here again!

The house was exactly as described. We had a great time

We spent Christmas week at this property for a family vacation. We absolutely loved the location right in the middle of Mission Beach and the incredible views from the floor to ceiling windows as well as multiple balconies and terraces throughout the house. Lots of rooms and bathrooms so we did not feel cramped at all--we were seven adults and one baby. My only critique is that the house is a little bit older and more worn than the pictures suggest. Otherwise, thumbs up!

This house wholeheartedly provided the true San Diego experience.
