Totally amazing we love condo and beach!

Although a short trip, Wendy had great communication at all times. She was able to provide us necessary information to keep safe during the natural disaster.

Amazing Dream Property!!!

It was an idyllic beach, safe for kids, with the beach only steps away from the unit. We loved it, and would love to return.

Perfect size for a couple’s getaway. We’ll stocked condo for cooking and amazing airflow. Balcony had great view and quiet neighbors all around. Can’t wait to return!

An immaculate property that made our stay perfect, Wendy's corner unit had the perfect view and is steps away from the low-key and relaxing Napili Bay beach. Every amenity was well thought out, minimizing stress and allowing our family to unwind and truly and fully enjoy our time spent on the island. The rental from beginning to end was perfect and receives our highest recommendation, despite wanting to keep this gem to ourselves.

We stayed at the Napili Bay Resort (#210) and loved it. The location is great- amazing snorkeling at Napili Beach, water/beach views (incl. wonderful sunsets), and a short drive to La Haina, other beaches, good restaurants, and hiking. The condo was equipped with everyone we needed to enjoy our stay - beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, kitchen utensils, wi-fi. I highly recommend!

We've stayed for about 9 days at the studio, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was easy to communicate with Wendy. The check in was a breeze. The studio is nice and had everything we needed during our stay: from kitchen ware and utensils to beach goodies. The studio is located on the second floor and gives beautiful view onto the beach. We watched the sunrise while having coffee on lanai every morning. You can hear the waves loudly but it's nice because of the white noise effect it has when it's time to sleep. The king size bed was super comfortable to our liking. The building is located right on the gorgeous Napili Bay Beach. You leave the studio, go down the stairs, and ta-da - it's a private entrance to the beach. We did grocery shopping at Napili Market and went to Sea House Restaurant several times which is right on the beach. Thank you, Richard and Wendy. Your place is beautiful, and we hope to be back some day.

Easy access to Napili Bay is the reason to stay here. The unit is fine, nicely decorated and equipped, but these are modest rooms in an older complex. That said, it’s clean and quiet and an actual’s stone’s—or snorkel’s—throw from the beach. Napili Bay has resident turtles and enough fish to make snorkeling entertaining, and a large, sandy center for waders. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and several more—and a grocery store—a very short drive away.

This property is old hawaiian in nature with an excellent view if the perfect beach. We could have stayed for a long time and wish we could have. Regardless of where we went, I always just wanted to go back to the condo. Would highly recommend it.

Overall it was a great stay. The condo needs some updating and is very scarce on cupboard room to place groceries ... Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in earlier than stated. The view from the Lanai was phenomenal!

Everything thing was as advertised it would be. Good neighbors who all respected quite times and very family oriented.

Wendy was a responsive and informative property owner and Julio was accommodating when we need more toiletries. Excellent staff! The room is as described, but even more magical in person. The property itself was unanimously declared perfect by myself and my husband. It has a stunning view of Napili Bay, great beach access to one of THE most beautiful beaches on Maui, close to other businesses (shopping, restaurants), and plenty of amenities to accomodate our stay. We visited during the third week of March and saw so many whales from the lanai. It was warm in the room during the day but the open blinds and fans helped cool the room down. At night, the open blinds, trade winds, sound of crashing waves, and fans made the room temperature perfect. All guests were respectful - we hardly heard any noise from the rooms from this unit! Overall, the unit is a pristine beach getaway and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Maui! Mahalo! 🌺

My husband and I loved everything about your place !! It is exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need ! The view and location is amazing… we saw sooo many whales going by it was awesome!! We’ve stayed on Maui many times and this is our favorite spot … we definitely hope to come back soon and we’d love to stay at your place again 😊!

What a nice little gem. The view from the lanai is better than expected. Quick access to a beautiful beach. The place was clean on arrival, and had everything I needed. Never had a problem finding a parking spot close to the unit. I locked myself out of the unit when I was on the lanai. Luckily I had a key to the front door that doesn’t work on the lanai door. I was able to pass the key to another tenant who rescued me. LOL! Would love to stay here again. Kenny, Santa Cruz, CA

Steps from beach. Lanai had a gorgeous view of ocean. Able to have breakfast on the lanai and watch the whales. The unit is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The laundry room and BBQ area is very nice and well maintained. Beautiful neighborhood.

An amazing condo in a location that can't be beat. Literally a few steps away from the beach and a perfect balcony to watch the sunset from. Would absolutely stay here again

We loved this location. The host responded very quickly when I had a question in regard to a nearby walking path. Great beach, quiet at night. We loved hearing the waves. Don't worry about no air conditioning, there is a wonderful breeze that flows through the room. Do not hesitate on this one!

Everything you need for your stay in Napili. Excellent location, great beach and a condo equipped with all the necessities. Wendy's communication was great. We watched whales spouting and breaching from our lanai while drinking our morning coffee. Would certainly stay again.

This is a great unit within a great property. It's a studio, which was perfect for my husband and I. The bed is super comfy, and we were happy that it is not tucked away in the back of a one bedroom condo unit, which is common for the area. This property is very traditional Hawaiian. Only 2 stories with wooden louver slats to open and close the windows. No air conditioning, and I wouldn't want to change that and change the overall feel of the authentic Hawaiian experience. There are plenty of fans in the unit. Everything is laid out very efficiently to make the most of a tiny space, that doesn't feel tiny. The kitchen is well equipped and more than what we needed. I love the family feel that we got when booking, even though we never met, I feel like we know the owners! The decor and the comfort of the unit made our short time in Napili exceptional. If you are looking for a place next to the beach, this is your spot...you do hear the ocean, and the sand is steps away. The lanai has a great view of the ocean, great for morning coffee, but our best sunset was from watching it on the beach. Our only regret is that we did not book more time here...Would love to come again.

We had a wonderful time and the condo met and exceeded our expectations. Location on the beach with a great view from our patio, comfort and ease of getting to/from the beach, and furnishings in the unit were just right for us. Also, Wendy a great host that responded immediately to any questions we had.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The view was breathtaking from the balcony & the inside of the condo was clean, & nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped & the shower was very nice. Loved the beach & was very pleased that there were beach chairs, umbrellas & an ice chest. We would certainly stay there again!!

Front door of the property is just a few steps to the beach--our first preference. The amenities are complete to making living there for two or three weeks very easy. Our personal activities are close by--swimming, hiking, snorkeling--so we are happy from sun up to ending our day with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Can't beat it at any price.

I have stayed in these condos before and this one was by far my favorite condo. It’s tucked back, so it’s private enough with the right amount of ocean view. I will absolutely be booking here again!

Perfect accommodation almost on top of the waves. The location can’t be beat—Napili is wonderful! The room was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Will definitely come back!

We enjoy staying at The Napili Bay. This is our 4th stay at different units. This unit has a great location and view. We cooked every night and love the communal barbecue area. Only wish was that this unit does not have a remodeled kitchen and counter space is very small but we managed and enjoyed.
