Betty B loft was outstanding. Excellent location, easy walk to Broadway. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the decor, the vinyl record player, and the ice maker in fridge. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds very comfortable, great to have the in-suite bathroom in the second bedroom. Couldn't be happier with the stay.

We had a great time at a awesome property. The location for our vacation was within walking distance for most of the activities that we wanted to do.

Great location to Broadway, quiet, but close walking distance. One thing I would note is the number of steps (28) to be exact. For some visitors that would not work. The sink bowl in the hall bath is not user friendly at all! The stepladder seems a little risky and unnecessary where you have wet floors. The biggest thing that would keep us from coming back was the lack of privacy between the bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen due to the opening in the walls around the HVAC duct! The exit instructions regarding trash access need to be updated as we could not access it from the front door. I know this sounds picky, but want to let you know things that were not ideal for us. We did appreciate using your property. Thank You and Good Luck in the futire.

Bettye B is the PERFECT location to explore Nashville! Three couples stayed comfortably and loved everything about this property. Photos are a perfect representation of this loft. Don't miss the best breakfast place in Nashville, 417 Union, which is literally next door. Also, try a Espresso Martini at Standard Proof...less than a block. Tons and tons of fun await. Can't wait to get aback

This place was everything that I thought it would be when I booked it online. It is very centrally located, spotlessly clean and updated and eclectically represents the music city. I would recommend this place to anybody.

We stayed at this unit on a couple’s trip and it was perfect. The location is ideal, each couple had their own space, the decor and vibe of the unit were fabulous. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Nashville.

This loft was all we could've ever wanted and more! It was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do and the pictures do not even do it justice. The ceilings are so high and the space is massive. We had a group of nine and never felt a bit crowded. The vintage album wall & the brick hallway wall were the ideal backdrop to tons of fun photos!

This would be an excellent place for entertaining a group of people or cooking at home more often. They had everything you might need. Be prepared you are in a busy area, and the building looks historic in its charm. But the noises can be heard between buildings and outside. They graciously included ear plugs. I needed them.

The family room and open kitchen was very big and allowed everyone to gather together.

This loft is absolutely STUNNING. We brought plenty of adult beverages, but it was a nice surprise to open the fridge and have beer/ wine available already as well. The walk to/ from Broadway is easy, although the temps were freezing for our weekend, so we did end up using Lyft/ Uber a few times. There is a cute breakfast spot right next door that helped us nurse our hangovers. We would absolutely rent this again for a girls weekend in the future!

What a perfect place to stay in Nashville! The location is ideal. Everything within walking distance. It’s very clean and so comfortable for 3 couples. We enjoyed every minute. Would highly recommend!

This place met all our needs and expectations. We walked every where. No need to drive. The rooms and space were all so picture perfect and amazingly styled for great photos of your stay.

Very comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom space for all 10 of us. Lots of towels and bedding for the sleepers. Decor was fantastic. Very close to all the fun in Nashville!

This place was perfect for downtown Nashville. It was just a few blocks from all the districts which made it so convenient. Loved that each couple had its own bedroom/ bathroom. Place was spacious and nicely decorated. It also had nearby convenient parking and markets. Will definitely stay again

The location of this property in relation to Broadway was great. We walked everywhere. Parking suggested by the property manager worked out seamlessly. The interior was updated and clean. The loft had all the amenities of home. We traveled with 2 other couples, so the 3 bedrooms with 3 baths accommodated us. The sofas pulled out nicely if you had 2 more adults and or kids.

You just can't beat the location for ease of getting to all places downtown, just by walking, but being far enough away from Broadway, so there's little noise and traffic. The only negative was the quality of the bath towels. They are small, faded and thin. For the prices charged for rent here, there should be fluffy new towels. Same for the toilet paper. Can't you spring for two-ply?
