the carpet upstairs was filthy, made me want to wear my shoes. Pitch it!!! The beds upstairs squeaked with movement. WD-40!!! Needs towel holders in bathroom and permanent hangers. Could use more seating for the living area to relax sit back watch outdoors and hang with friends...but not very inviting. We had an issue with TV and connection so could never turn on. It was our friends first time so we did not spend much time there anyways.

Perfect location. Walking distance to Broadway near restaurants and bars. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very easy to check in and check out. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment wasn't ready when we got there. It hadn't been cleaned. It was finally ready at 6:29 PM. It was supposed to be ready at 3:00. They did let us shower in another smaller unit while we waited for our unit, and they did say they would refund the $150 cleaning fee. The place was very nice. The cleaning staff was very nice, and they were very sorry about the wait. Stressfull while we trying to contact the management and wondering what we were going to do, but it worked out ok. The only other complaint was the noise. One bedroom was directly above the music venue below. The sound of the base actually shook the floor. We used a box fan to drown out the noise so we could get to sleep.

i I contacted management the first day we arrived bc the WiFi wouldn’t connect, the tv remote wouldn’t work so you couldn’t use the tv and there was a nail sticking out of the carpet that went thru my foot. No one ever came to address anything. The tub was FILTHY but probably bc the hard woods were so filthy and your feet would be black when you shower. Honestly, I was embarrassed for picking the place and appalled that no one showed up to address our issues.

the bedroom upstairs needs curtains or blinds, a bit uncomfortable worrying if someone was coming up the stairs while getting dressed. The beds were a bit hard but hey that’s gonna happen when your used to you own bed. over all everything was clean.

Dirty floors, Crumbs of food on sofa Sink didn't drain called to have someone come to fix it, Smoke detector in upstairs bedroom had plastic bag tied around it. Very noisy at night I had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

FANTASTIC location! Nightlife was right outside the door.

Dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. saw multiple cockroaches (technically waterbugs but still too many). cobwebs in all the corners. we even found someone’s pants in the spare bedding in the closet

Can’t beat the location!

Not clean. Stains on both couches, the shower didn’t work very well, and there was a cockroach in the kitchen.

we got there and shortly we found a water leak. it was coming thru the light down stairs. we called and reported it. we were asked where it was coming from. we didn’t know. then got a call back and we were asked where it was coming from you that time we realized it was coming from the bathroom up stair. when you used sink, toilet and shower the water cane thru light down stairs the called maintenance and when maintenance got there they could not fix it. well the office had closed and we called the number and got the answering service. yes we called three times and we were told yo send an email and I was told they would get back with us the next day. well some from property finally called us back and said another was clean and we could move there and we would not be charged. it was 9 PM before we could get moved. why would put someone in that room in the first place the carpet was dirty and nasty looking. there was a soft spot in the floor you could feel when walking in upstairs and the ceiling fan was dirty so when you turned it on dust blew. yes they moved us to another loft. but for what we paid (1300.). we should have been put in a loft the first time that did not have all the problems. also the answering need to be more helpful. the maintenance man was nice and tried to help us as much as he could. I did finally call booking and they did help us get moved.

The property was unclean and showed excessive wear and tear. Couches and beds were grubby and uncomfortable. We were completely unhappy with the standard of the property as it looked NOTHING like the photos advertised. There were also significant privacy issues at the property. Both bedrooms had windows with no curtains, and in one of the rooms anyone walking up the stairs could look directly into the room. The property was also very very loud. We contacted the properties customer service and they took ages to respond, thus providing no assistance. Overall, we had an awful experience and would never stay here again.

The rug was filthy, pillow decoration stained, the wall need a paint job, got stuck in the bathroom due to broken door knob good thing my friends were still their to help me out. Dirty floors too , I’m not one to give reviews but I was insulted & disappointed .

The overall location was ideal. We could walk everywhere.

The unit itself was very dirty! Soiled couches…matted carpet. Evidence of water damage. A horrific smell in the stairwell. Also, dog feces on the steps in the stairwell.

We always enjoy our times with the Lofts! This is our second stay. The location is great. But the other residents were super loud. We slept in the bed in the living area, and you could hear everyone who went up and down the steps. I'm not sure if the others were running and jumping in the hall or what...but that was super loud as well. Maybe next time we will bring a box fan to help drown out other noise. Bedrooms upstairs are always hot. The rug in the living room needs shampooing..lots of spots all over it, as well as the pink cube chair. The beds are memory foam/tempur-pedic style and I found them very comfy. The huge windows do open, so you can hear the sound from the street which we loved while we were getting ready to go out. Great for people watching! We will continue to seek out this place for our stays in Nashville but the living area could use a good deep cleaning for the price point. Overall satisfied.

Living area cleanliness

The location was perfect for a bachelorette party. The back rooms were quiet and the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a lot of room. We had an issue with Unit 5 which the management company responded to very quickly and as they could not resolve it, they offered a viable solution. I would recommend this for young people!

Unit 5 needs new carpet or flooring on the steps - very stained. The futon and one of the chairs in unit 7 was broken. The sleeping areas facing the front of the units were very loud - just remember to bring earplugs or a white noise machine OR stay out until the bars close!

Location was excellent. Plenty of room for my family.

Nothing was clean from the moment you get in the entryway. The carpets smelled like urine in one room, door knobs has been broken off on many doors. The place has definitely been neglected and only the bare minimum done to prepare for the next guests. Codes to get into doors often didn’t work we met several other people staying here waiting on the street outside because they couldn’t get into the door. Found a dead roach immediately upon getting in… at least it wasn’t alive.

The location of this property couldn’t have been better.!

There weren’t enough towels for the amount of people staying in the loft. The hot water was good for about two people to shower. Very dusty/dirty walls. The way the door works to get in and out of was slightly confusing. Could hear a lot of outside noise.
