Overall our stay was wonderful. We loved the house and everything in it. It was charming, comfortable and a great location. The only negative was the sheets on the fold out sofa bed were not clean. They were left on the pull out and all wadded up and soiled. So the first night of sleep on the sofa with just a comforter wasn't the best. But the next day we washed the sheets and we were good to go. We had a great time exploring Kerrville and enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The house is in a great location. It’s the owners have it fully stocked with pretty much anything you may need. We brought our two pups and the yard is perfect for them to run around safely. There aren’t any traditional doors except for the bathrooms, just curtains so keep that in mind with who you’re planning on sharing the home with. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are happy we found this gem!

Have been staying at Casa Carmen for the past few years! It has become our home away from home! It is perfect for us! Close to town, close to the park, and close to everything we do around the Kerrville area! Micah and Laura are such nice people and always there if we need anything. We would not stay anywhere else!

Best rental property we’ve ever stayed in!

We have stayed at this property many times- we have a big family that lives in the area and this is where we stay when we visit them! It is a great little sanctuary! The home is extremely well appointed- both a coffee pot and Keurig in the kitchen- wine glasses, bar tools etc. the patio is a perfect place to have a drink or rest at the end of the day- Furnishings and art are smartly appointed and comfortable but sophisticated with a good eye for design! The Den is cozy you can pull out the sofa for an extra sleeping spot if you need it- TVs are good quality and you have cable or can sign in to your own streaming services- Good linens and towels- king mattress is extremely comfy. Each time we visit this home is in even better condition- paint is always fresh owner makes ongoing improvements- Finally, you cannot beat the location - there is an Exxon near the house about 3 min away- a newish H‑E‑B grocery store about 5 min away- restaurants etc- You can get to I-10 in about 10 min drive- there are also walking trails nearby- that are beautiful and take you for a stroll by the river! We absolutely love our stays here- and are always looking forward to our return- Home is perfect for a couple or can comfortably accommodate 4 using the pull out sofa-

It’s a very cute house, wonderfully appointed in a southwestern motif. Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Micah was quick to respond when power went out, even though it was neighborhood-wide. He checked with the power company and kept us informed. This was the nicest of three we have rented in Kerrville, and definitely will be our choice going forward.

My husband and I stayed at this precious home for a long weekend. The house was clean and very comfortable for two. The home was spacious and we could have easily had some friends over, as there are two sitting areas, a large backyard and two bathrooms, so guests don’t need to use the master. I will say that there aren’t permanent doors separating the bedroom from other spaces, so not much privacy to stay with another couple (or kids if that would bother you). This didn’t bother us, we just didn’t notice that in the photos / before we arrived. Lastly, I am not a big coffee drinker, but the coffee they had available was delicious! Definitely try it out you stay there.

We loved the Casa Carmen! It would perhaps be helpful for future guests to prepare instructions on how to use the TV's throughout the house, as we were not able to conquer the remotes! The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed it immensely!

Stayed with friends for a short weekend trip. Used the house just for sleeping, and worked out good. The location is great!

This home is centrally located; only a mile drive or walk downtown. The home is nicely decorated, unique pieces throughout and very clean. We cooked most meals and had the tools we needed. The neighborhood is quiet.

We have stayed at Casa Carmen several times! It is the perfect spot in Kerrville to enjoy the Hill Country area with all the wonderful restaurants, wineries and parks to enjoy with our dogs. We love this place and wouldn’t stay anywhere else !

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, big fenced in back yard, all the amenities that we needed, cute decor. One highlight is the patio on the sideyard, a great place to host a couple of friends, or to have dinner as a family.

This house was so charming for a quick stay in Kerrville. The outside area is perfect, the house is great. It is the perfect size for a couple to stay.

The outside space at this house is amazing, a ton of places to sit and enjoy the weather with a nice beverage. Location wise it is walking distance to historic downtown and a beautiful park. My husband and I loved this getaway

Cute Adobe Style 1200 sq ft home that has excellent amenities inside. Spotless and very comfortable. Walk in shower and big back yard with side patio for grilling and entertaining.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything you would need. The huge backyard with lots of seating areas is a huge bonus! If you are looking for a true 2 bedroom this is not for you. There is one bed and the sofa in the den makes into a couch. It is separates from the hall and kitchen with curtains. Not a problem for us since we didn’t need the extra bedroom, just a heads up. We would happily rent this house again!

We enjoyed our stay, we thought there was a second bedroom but it was the living room with a hide-a-bed. It would have been easier with our child with a second bedroom but other than that the property was good.

This property was thoughtfully pulled together. Great bedding, clean, beautifully decorated with a Marfa, San Miguel flair. Close to everything. Will stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful visit with our dog and our infant. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is much larger than I thought and beautiful. The backyard was great to have, our dog loved it. We will visit again!
