Beautiful right on the River, Peaceful! Amenities were awesome!

The only complaint was the bathroom sink had no water pressure nor hot water not even warm water.

It was right next to the river with a great view. Very nice stay and will book again the next time I am in that area.

Neighbors did some partying but I left the tv on so to drown out their conversations.

The property was in a very good location and was close to the event we were in Kerrville for.

Everything was great!

The location was awesome! Right on the river and super close to the main part of downtown Kerrville. We were able to walk to several different restaurants. The facilities were nice and clean, owners were very friendly. It was quiet and peaceful all around us! Fun little extras like smokers, and fire pits, balconies, old school trailers to book, etc. Loved this venue and definitely want to come back.

My only complaint was we were attached to another room, and whenever those guests would arrive back every time they opened and closed the door the whole room would shake. They brought in a screaming baby after 10:30pm and the volume must've been up high on the TV because we could hear it all. I know them slamming doors and their baby crying isn't the fault of the location. Just be mindful that if you are staying in an attached cottage, the walls are pretty thin and don't slam the doors! =) Your neighbors will appreciate it.

The staff where very friendly, the place was very clean and tidy. Beautiful river view, also there is bomb fire and wood. We loved it.

River frontage was beautiful and staff responsive. The cottage was clean.

The bed was worst i sleep on ever- in fact could not sleep. The air con was high pitch and loud to various degrees. What they don't tell, there is an auto store 20 feet away with loud and crashing overnight truck deliveries. I left a day early and still had to pay full price. I left early because i could not get any rest

Right along the hike and bike trail and the beautiful Guadalupe River

Peaceful, there's a trail to walk or ride a bike. The river is so soothing. Place was nice and clean.

No table to seat and eat!! There's a light in living room but not enough for the little kitchen area. Never met staff, unless they are needed, you don't get to meet them.
