The house was great for 3 couples. The location was perfect for the Grand Canyon South Rim and many other attractions in the area.

We rented this cabin for my husbands 50th birthday. It was a nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We really enjoyed the quiet and relax vibe. The weather was nice and chilly. The cabin had everything we needed; dishes, coffee maker, lots of extra clean towels, games..you name it! We loved it!

Such a wonderful house and experience. We fell in love. Got to pet the horses amd felt safe with the gates to enter property. Will be back for sure. Perfect distance from grand canyon and plenty of room for our 4 kids. Cant wait to come back. Steve was very helpful.

Spent a few days in the cooler weather of northern Arizona. This house is secluded and has something for everyone. From ping pong for the kids to a large wrap around porch to enjoy the out doors, this property was perfect for us. Plus, it’s only about an hour from the Grand Canyon and 15 minutes from Williams.

It would have helped to have instructions on working the fireplace, thermostat, tv remotes, and label light switches. The north door lock needs repair and master bedroom top dresser drawer falls out. Upon our arrival, the kitchen sink needed scrubbing, both the fireplace and grill needed to be cleaned and all the windows need to be washed to totally enjoy the beautiful views. We were all wishing there was more comfortable back porch furniture to sit and enjoy the awesome weather.

We enjoyed complete privacy on this beautiful cabin on 20 acres. The cabin had plenty games, basketball hoop, corn hole, too many items to mention.The kitchen was well stocked has a plentiful supply of dishware and cookware, electrical appliances, along with an ample supply of dried spices.Evening are perfect for stargazing, relaxation or hanging out telling ghost stories. The wrap around porch allowed sitting to enjoy the entire day.Sunrise and sunsets are perfect here!

The house was clean, very spacious, and was on beautiful property! The whole process was super easy, from renting online, to arrival and departure. Had great/fast response time when I had questions on the house as well.

Easy process and great location. Cabin was roomy and views were beautiful. Kids loved the horses and friendly neighbor.

Everything was great. House was beautiful, kitchen was perfect for preparing a lot of food for the wedding we were attending. Beds were comfortable but strangely carpet throughout the master bathroom and no door for privacy. The hot water went out which was unfortunate but Steve worked with a couple of plumbers to get it resolved.

Somewhat secluded, yet a quick drive to Williams or Flagstaff -- exactly what we wanted! A beautiful large cabin, and the perfect place as a home base for taking day trips to the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Horseshoe Bend, and amazing drive from Flagstaff to Sedona.

Home was an enjoyable experience, clean spacious and child friendly. Kids had a blast in the game room. Tons of games and puzzles in cabinets... Nicely equipped kitchen, with lots of accessories for a cook. Convection oven (a need to know)..

The property was super cool and we all had a good time. I was impressed with the amount of items for use in the kitchen especially a crock pot, it really was fully stocked. The internet wasn't super fast so we couldnt stream video very well but Dish worked well. The kids loved exploring the area and the parents loved that we were in the woods but with fences.

We really enjoyed our stay in Arizona and at the Grand Canyon. This home had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed the horses, especially having them come visit us next to the deck. ;)

Lovely home for our group of 8. We were able to get to the canyon easily and it had everything we needed.

We stayed with three couples so each could have a bedroom and private bath. The upstairs third bedroom/bath was disappointing. The claw bathtub had paint peeling and a plastic shower curtain.The upstairs bedroom needs some window coverings so the sun doesn't wake you at 6 am. The other two were very fine. The master suite was spacious and very comfortable. The furniture in the living area could be more comfortable. The ottoman is ripped. The setting is beautiful. You do get highway noise as you can see traffic and hear it from the front deck. We did however enjoy sitting on the deck outside seeing the amazing view of Mount Humphreys. What a beautiful way to start the day- breakfast and a cup of coffee! The kitchen is well supplied! Great for preparing meals. We also enjoyed using the grill. The Williams area is fun to explore. It is an hour from the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed a great week exploring God's beautiful creation in this region.

We wouldn't exactly say we loved it, but there wasn't another appropriate choice. The location was ok, and overall things were fair. The decor was fine, but we were disappointed with the following: the downstairs showerhead in the queen bedroom didn't work good and the closet was unable to be used because it was locked, the bed in the loft was uncomfortable (springs poked through mattress,) the tub upstairs didn't have a drain stopper, and half of the house not cleaned the best--trash left in one kitchen basket, carpets not vacuumed very well, parts of equipment left around. Also, there was no green trash dumpster to be found as stated. We had to cart our trash with us until we found a place to dispose of it. Things really should've been more satisfactory, especially since we were required to pay a cleaning fee for two nights, which didn't seem quite right, being no one came to clean the first day, and we did half of the work when we checked out. The house was clean and well stocked. Centrally located to make it easy to run to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon , Williams, Flagstaff and Sedona. Steve, the property manager, was very attentive to help with any issues.
