We stayed with some family and friends at this house and we had a great time. It has lots of room and we really loved the “hidden” kids room for our children. Highly recommend this house!

Such a beautiful home. It met all adult needs and the children had a blast from swimming in the lake, golf cart rides to the pool and playing in the play room. Definitely a great place for a family vacation.

The house is in nice location and nicely decorated, it’s definitely older home and could use some updating in some areas. We had everything we needed inside. But the property is infested with wasp and made it very unpleasant and unsafe to be outdoors on back patio and in backyard and even the deck as much as we would have liked. They were everywhere and getting in the house when we opened any door. Lots of spiders and cobwebs too. Overall the outdoors needs a lot of care.

My family and I stayed here to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation. Upon arrival the house was sparkling clean. We had a good time exploring the home. The kids were super excited to find the hidden playroom! The house has a lot of charm and character. The golf cart was a big hit! We drove around the neighborhood and were delighted to see how friendly the neighbors are. We enjoyed our evening trips to the local quick marts to get ice cream. My husband and I had brunch at the Yacht Club, The food was good. Denise was very responsive and answered our messages within minutes of being sent. We will definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely great for a large group and ideal for family fun. Situated right on the edge of the lake of Lake Conroe. We had two boat slips, access to a golf cart in the garage, a karaoke machine, a foosball machine, a new grill and several TVs throughout the house. The house sleeps 14 but there were still several cots in the closet and it could’ve slept more. All of the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean and there was a starter roll of toilet paper, paper towels, as well as laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and hand soap in every room, all waiting for us upon arrival. After checking in, we noticed that a few of the items were not functioning as promised (for example, the foosballs were missing out of the foosball table so we couldn’t play) so we reached out to the owner, who immediately rectified any and everything that evening without even asking for an explanation or attempting to blame us (I.e. for losing the balls). I really appreciated her swift, prompt, blameless approach to handling our complaints. Once our details were handled, she continued to ship us more comfort items like new grill pieces, and even more foosballs throughout our stay. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and we not only felt comfortable, but have had very loving memorable stay in her home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely use it again.

Everything was fantastic, we had a great time

We were in the area to play golf. The house was 4 minutes from Walden Golf. We fished off the piers ate, cooked, etc. We had a great time. We were lucky with the weather also.

There was plenty of room for sleeping areas. The backyard is great w/ waterfront pergola. Plenty of areas to relax and enjoy family bonding.

My family and I came down for the week of Spring Break. We had a very enjoyable visit. The house was very nice as was the location. I brought my boat and the 2 slips came in handy as well as easy access to a nearby boat ramp. Everyone loved fishing off the docks and yes, they all caught fish. The only real problem was the WiFi was very slow which I addressed and the management promised to fix quickly. This is a nice property in a nice neighborhood and great access to the lake. We plan to use it again over the summer.

We booked this home for our daughters wedding weekend. Great house, great location for us. House does need fresh coat of paint and Wi-Fi was very slow, but NO regrets. It had the perfect space for us and our 8 out of town guests. Beautiful back porch to enjoy lovely weather. Would definitely book again if the need arises.

Stayed here to accommodate young and old for a rehearsal dinner in The Woodlands at Tommy Bahamas and a wedding at The Homestead in Willis. A bit of travel but the accommodations worked very well for us.

The house was actually as pictured and had plenty room for my friends and I. We plan to rent again.

My family stayed here for my brothers wedding, and it had plenty of space for our family of 7 and 1 baby. Plenty of space to hang out, play games, sit and chat, etc. We would stay here again!

It is a good size home, comfortable, with many amenities. It's definitely set up for groups of people. The bedrooms were all set up well, the master is quite lovely, it's the size of a studio apartment! The home is older, and yes, there were a couple of issues, but the owner and I were in communication, and they addressed an questions or concerns I had. It was nice having the fishing pier, and the golf cart. Being able to enjoy the pool at the yacht club was fun. This was my first time using VRBO, And definitely will be planning more getaways in the future.

House was great for what we needed. A very memorable weekend. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with property manager was perfect.

We had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable and just as described. The area is quiet. We had a visit at the dock by some ducks and geese. We took up the offer of the golf cart to tour the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family weekend

The property had dust and hair everywhere. The home smelled old and stale. We had to go buy cleaning supplies and air freshener. We personally swept and mopped the floors and wiped down counters and bathrooms the moment we arrived. The fridge was filthy, we cleaned it before we put any food in it. We had to clean the tubs so that our younger children could bathe (they were full of hair). The view from the backyard was of the lake canal and a boat ramp. The down stairs restroom had a leak. There was water everywhere. We think it was the shower so we just stop using that shower and we put towels down to soak up the water. The Main bedroom upstairs was nice however the bathroom toilet seat is falling apart. Also the backdoor door knob was extremely loose to where we decided to block it with a chair and tell visitors to use a different door. My husband finally decided to fix it the last night we was there. The furniture is old and dirty. We asked for the neighborhood pool key and the host accused us of stealing it. We went back and forth with Denise saying we must have took it or something. I do not know what she was talking about. Just so happened the pool gate was open so we took a few children to swim. Soon as we walked into the pool area a family was there and they got out of the pool and walked by us calling us the N word. Now we know why the pool key was not left on the counter for us to use. Other than that the house does have the space it claims to have. The backyard is nice and spacious.

We really enjoyed the house a lot. It is very spacious, so a great place to stay. Denise was awesome and very accommodating. We will definitely stay again, hopefully soon.

Beautiful home with a great game room and excellent location. Owner is very helpful. suggestion for your house keepers. 1) supply backup toilet tissues and 2) Check for mossing or bad light bulbs.

i would highly recomend tuscon enough space tohave alone time but not to big to reconect with family the beds wore confy as well as indoor and outdoor seating areas a great house with great views of the lake
